   Arrived 15 minutes early, we were met by a locked door and two barking dogs. Saw a male and female inside who completely ignored our presence. The female finally came to the door to settle the barking dogs and from behind the closed said they were closed. We would recommend you no longer take reservations for this establishment. We will tell everyone one we know about this unfriendly ugly experience.

   Nothing could have been improved. It was perfect. Thank you for a great time.What an awesome meal! We had such a great time, the serworth vice was impeccable, the food "to die for", the ambiance....very romantic! It is well the money.

   Excellent service, nice atmosphere with low/moderate noise level, Chef Young menu was well executed, food quality very high, nice surprise for Tacoma restaurant.

   My wife and I recently went to the Aviateur after reading on line reviews and scanning the menu. When we arrived at the dinning room, we were informed that their was a set price 10 course meal. We accepted and were promptly seated. The restaurant was not busy and we enjoyed a very comfortable booth. Over the next almost two hours, we were elegantly served a wonderful variety of tastes, textures and colors. Each portion was served with explanation and warm presentation. The portions were small, a pleasant relief from the heaps of food often dumped on plates and seldom finished. If you can sit and eat a 24 ounce steak, this is not the place for you. This is a place to put your phones away, and enjoy time with a special person and the art of cuisine. It is expensive and different and meant for special moments with those special people in your life. We personally thanked the chef, who met us at the table after the meal. My wife and I will return with special friends who enjoy the art of a great meal.

   They only offer a 10 course meal when you dine. Overall the meal was very good. Service was disappointing. Asked for a glass of wine that didn't arrive. Couple of times I tried to flag down the waitress just to have her walk by. For the cost of the meal I would probably just stick to one of my regulars.

   We came here for dinner I honestly forgot what the whole thing was called but it was so good!! Definitely something that made my whole Tacoma trip amazing. Mind you this was my first time in this town as well! This brings me back such great memories from other place i been and remember me how I love Paris..

   Came here for dinner in celebration of my birthday. The service was amazing! Very attentive and genuine. We asked our waiter what kind of whiskey they had and he sugest the French one " Bastille" amazing, this with the 10 courses testing menu made our night very romantic and special,

   My wife and I both had excellent entrees, salmon and beef. The restaurant was not busy. We enjoyed the background music, the quiet setting and entire meal from appetizers to dessert.

    Aviateur restaurant was a deliciously marvelous surprise. It is wonderful to have a restaurant in Tacoma that not only has delicious food that is exquisitely presented but has a warm, even romantic atmosphere, where one can enjoy a delightful meal while engaging others in your party in pleasant conversation at the same time.
