The food and service was great!

As always, a terrific meal and fantastic service. Being a holiday we weren't sure what to expect. Never to disappoint, everything was excellent. You will never go wrong at Austins. Special occasion or not you will not be disappointed!

Service is always excellent. Manager even sat at our table to discuss options for allergies. Great service, always a favorite of ours for years.

Highly recommend. We are from out of town and tried Austin's for a date night. So glad we did. Food, drinks, dessert were all excellant. Service was top notch! Be stopping in again next time we are in the area.

Everything was great! My steak was a little over cooked. I did not complain but the waitress was lovely and offered free dessert because she noticed. Great experience!

A last minute decision to go out to dinner on a Saturday night was well rewarded. The service and the food were exceptional.

Saturday night, place was packed, like no pandemic going on. Food was delicious. We had ribs and steak.

Our evening was relaxing and made us feel very safe from Covid. The food was delicious and served nicely by a very good waitress. I had ribs and they were delicious, falling off the bone tender. The other three at our table raved about their dinners and were happy that we decided on this restaurant for a thank you dinner! Such a pretty and clean place to spend a couple of hours away from the problems of the day!

Prime Rib was very good. Menu could use more variety.

We have never had a bad experience at Austin’s Woodfire Grille in Brecksville.

Our food was delicious. Steaks cooked to specifications. I have to be honest, I couldn’t tell the difference between my prime strip and the steaks I’ve had at casual chain restaurants, but my husband said his Delmonico was wonderful. Our server was prompt and attentive.
I specified that it was my husbands birthday when making reservations. Our special occasion was not mentioned or noted in any way. A bit disappointed in that, even the most economical, casual eateries offer a birthday dessert at the very least. We were seated by the fireplace, which is separate from the main space. As we were getting our appetizer, a large group of extremely loud people showed up. They took forever to settle down to a dull roar. It really put a disappointing spin on our first experience at Austin’s.

The food was excellent as well as the service. I felt very comfortable in the restaurant.

Valentine's Day

Went for Valentine’s Day. I ordered the Austin burger medium rare and it was well done and dry. Completely grey and grainy. By the time the waiter came back, I had gone ahead and eaten a third of it, so I just suffered through it. When I told him, he offered to take it back, but when I declined he never mentioned it again. My date has a gluten allergy and ordered onion soup saying, “I can’t have bread, so is it possible to have onion soup without it?” followed by, “No croutons either if it comes with them.” The onion soup came, he spooned a mouthful with cheese, and it was loaded with bread. Nothing sucks the life out of a nice dinner like wrong/bad/poorly cooked food. An offer of a free dessert or discount on our order was warranted, I believe, but we got neither.

Everything was great! The only thing I was disappointed about was the Mac and Cheese! It was so dry and had zero taste almost like it was made and then reheated.

Food and service was phenomenal! My husband thought the steak was one of the best he’d ever had. Reasonable prices for how much attention to detail and fantastic everything was. We live an hour away, but will definitely be regulars!

Valentines eve. NY Strip was awesome not too mention the stuffed peppers appetizer. 5 in party and everyone enjoyed their food. We will be back.

The service was exceptional. The food was perfect. This was not our first time to this restaurant, and every time has been great.

Nice atmosphere. Good social distancing with the seating. Entrance got crowded with people that we had to walk through. Clean bathrooms. Food was excellent. Great service.

Early Valentines dinner. Had their Valentines special, tomahawk ribeye for 2 with 2 sides. Ordered medium. Was cooked closer to medium rare but excellent taste and tender.

Very good menu hello . Shrimp and scallops were awesome. Bloody Mary’s here are as good as any I’ve ever had . Spicy but not hot drink. We’ve had them a few times before, and will order bloody Mary’s again I’m sure from here. Sitting near the fireplace is second to none.

Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere.

Overall, food was very good. Shrimp cocktail was very good and was a very large portion size so a great value at the price. Wings were very good, but only one flat and the rest drums and I asked for all flats (even at a higher price) but they couldn't do it. Service was good, waiter was personable. Seats are very uncomfortable, both my wife and I noticed.

We have been here before and really like that they take reservations. We both ordered the larger cut of prime rib. I was disappointed that it was quite a bit thinner than I had had before. My brussels spouts were burnt. The drinks and dessert were good as usual. They do not serve bread and butter as in the past. They offer this cheesy bread on the menu, but would have liked some bread or rolls. Service was excellent and atmosphere relaxing.

The food and service were fantastic. I had the pork chops which were cooked perfectly and the service was excellent as well. I will definitely be back!
