At Austin's, we've been cooking the old fashioned way since 1994. We start with the freshest ingredients we can find, delivered to our kitchen each day of the week. We make everything on our menu from scratch, every day. We grill over hardwood, not gas, the way that it was a long time ago. It may not be the fastest or least expensive way to do business, but for us, it is the only way. We want each meal you enjoy with us to be a memorable and delicious one; so we work hard preparing each dish to order, smoking ribs and brisket, filleting fresh fish, hand cutting steaks, preparing homemade soups daily and baking our fresh breads and desserts. We serve only Black Angus or USDA Prime beef. Prime beef is the highest USDA beef grade and is the best quality of beef you can find. It is tender and juicy because of the marbling (fat), and has a rich meaty flavor. Hand cut inhouse, seasoned with Austin's 5~spice blend and finished with our steak butter. Elisa out waitress was awesome! So friendly, so upbeat, so sweet. Elisa set the tone for our evening and she did a great job seeing to our dining needs. The food was very fresh, not overly seasoned, and tasted just right. The brisket, salmon, and french dip were all generously proportioned and came with adequate side dishes...fresh broccoli, cheesy Mac n cheese , delicious fries too. Prices were reasonable and didn't gouge. Noise level was a little loud dispute the noise cancelling ceiling tiles. No complaints, will definitely be back.

Remove brunch menu from Austin's website. Specifically made the Mother's Day reservation because the website advertised the Sunday 11:30-2 brunch menu. Got to the restaurant, seated, and was told a brunch menu did not exist. Disappointment on Mother's Day and the food was okay/nothing special.

HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR MANY YEARS. MEALS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TASTEFUL AND FRESH. SERVICERS HAVE BEEN PLEASANT AND QUICK TO PLEASE THE CUSTOMER. PRICES ARE MODERATE AND REASONABLE, ESPECIALLY IN THESE DAYS. WE'LL KEEP COMNG BACK RELECTIVELY OFTEN.

Our experiences was not that great. We had stuffed mushrooms, and they tasted like they possibly were microwave. The cheese was not melted, and they were not seasoned at all. The vegetables that we had taste taste like rubber with no seasoning my fiancé had steak, but it didn’t taste like it was put on the grill like a taste like it was either cook in a microwave or not cook well at all and all that well done of course it came out paint. We just didn’t have a good experience there and they really didn’t seem to care.

I’m Gluten Free. I told the waitress I’m Gluten Free. The Salmon entree has GF written next to it on the menu. It list’s broccoli and rice as sides. Just to make sure because I had an issue last visit, I asked what kind of rice and she answered Rice Pilaf. I went off a minute and told her Rice Pilaf is not Gluten free. The Manager didn’t understand my point of view that someone not experienced with this disease may have eaten it because the listing stated that it is Gluten Free.I will contact the owner later today. I think they should list the sides, and write GF next to it and just say pick two.

Food was horrible. The swordfish was to fishy and overcooked. The salmon was dry. The steak was hard as a break and inedible. Water tasted like old pipes . Ewww I can’t even believe this place is still open

We expected above-average steaks and (for the price) above-average service. The service was above average. Not awesome, but solid. The ribeye was cooked as ordered, but otherwise quite average. Reservations were taken (and honored). This is a good steak house, but not the place for an important celebration.

Highlights were the ribs, cole slaw, and, oh, my, the apple crisp. The ribs were not fatty at all, yet moist, with a zesty sauce. The cole slaw was crisp and creamy. The apple crisp was exceptional, great apple flavor, crisp oat crust, and a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream to compliment it. The sausage tortellini soup had a good flavor, but little to no sausage. The fries were OK. We've been there before and would go there again.

Austin's Smokin' Steakhouse is a great place to dine. My wife and I will be going there often from now on [we took a break from all restaurants during Covid, but are now returning to some of our favorites, of which Austin's rates right up there!]. Incidentally, my wife and I have been dining there for approximately 25 years and on a scale of 1 - 10 rate it as a 10.

Casual environment, different from other Austins; however, the food is the same. Excellent steaks in a relaxed tavern-like setting. Booths near the bar can see sports on tv, and hear everything, but booths in back are quiet. One of our favorites.

Enjoyed petite filets for New Years Eve. Very tasty-no leftovers. Service is always good at this location. Older crowd. Chef came out to discuss menu options for a very particular senior citizen who wanted kosher food-she seemed satisfied with her dinner. One of our favorite nearby restaurants.
