Established over a decade ago, Aurora restaurant is a landmark of the Italian cuisine in the vibrant neighborhood of Williamsburg.
Aurora creates a perfect balance of tradition and innovation, with a great respect for seasonality, by combining top quality Italian imports, sustainably grown local produce and house-made specialties. 
The wine program offers a list of over 150 labels, along with craft beers, signature cocktails, and a full liquor bar.
The rustic and charming dining room with exposed brick walls and high ceilings, opens to an intimate, leafy garden, enclosed during the colder months, and perfect for a relaxing dinner "al fresco" during the warm season.

    We had a wonderful brunch at 1pm on a Saturday. The menu had a very nice selection of choices, and the food was delicious and very nicely presented. Service was excellent with few interruptions but there if we needed them. Wine and cocktail menus also had a nice variety of selections. I visit Brooklyn a couple times a year. This is my second time at Aurora, and it was as good as my first. I highly recommend it and look forward to going back.

    My family and I loved the parpadelle with oxtail. It has a light creamy tomato base which we prefer over a brown gravy base offered at many other restaurants.

    Everything was fabulous! The food was delicious and creative with special touches, like the black garlic truffle aioli with the porcini risotto arancini! Every dish we had was great. Especially liked the duck, lamb 2 ways special, steak tartare with bone marrow, and the 2 pastas. Good cocktails and desserts too! Gracious service and festive ambience. Perfect after a performance at Streb, nearby.
