Top-end dining in Las Vegas. Selected a six-course tasting menu and wine pairing. The dishes were a blend of familiar and inventive flavors. The wine selections were notable - some of the best I've had. The wine selection, in general is nearly limitless.
Disappointed.. the food was salty and had no flavor
Had great food, great cocktails and even bottle of wine, the only thing that wasn’t very customer satisfying was being charged for a refill of pepsi? Anywhere else not being a fancy restaurant doesn’t charge for refills! This just tacky!!
excellent meal.
Bar service is excellent!
Fun spot to eat with great food options for all. Very comfortable setting with plenty of room and an amazing wine selection.
Tasting Menu was perfection!
The service was slow, it took about 90 minutes for us to get our food. The food quality was as at best average, especially for the prices. I was in a group of 10 and the cost for the meal was $1,300, including tip. For that much money, you would except amazing service and food - neither of which we received. I would not recommend this restaurant because the value is low.
Spanish octopus = delicious. CO lamb = cooked well but relatively bland. Peanut Butter Heaven = tasty but too rich for me. Wine = satisfying. Service = professional but slightly slow.
Nice place.
The resturant has an impressive wine list, you can easily get lost in their varieties. The appetizer was amazing (grilled octopus). Unfortunatley that is where the enjoyable experience ended. The entees were both a disappointment, the filet was tough and not close to worth the price and the scallops seemed off. The service was attentive for a busy night, but not what I'd expect from a resturant of this caliber. Overall, it was okay. Not awful, but not great.
This is one of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. It has great food and an incredible wine list. It is also one of the most romantic restaurant. But be prepared it is a little pricey. So well worth the money.
The food was overpriced and our waiter wasn’t very nice . We have dined here before and loved it but were very disappointed with this visit . We will not return . I asked if I could have a different veggie and was told no , the chef didn’t have enough carrots to substitute!
Overpriced for miniscule serving sizes. The wine selection was good and the service very good. For the money go elsewhere.
Excellent food and superb wine selections!
Probably the best restaurant in the Mandalay Bay complex and one of the most consistent restaurants in Las Vegas. Worth the trip . Outstanding food, super wine list, service was sensational. A very enjoyable comfortable dining experience. Try to go every time I am in Las Vegas and have never been disappointed. Great waiters. Excellent options in the menu. Wonderful desserts. Just the way a memorable dining experience should be.
We had a table for 15 people at 7PM. We were seated on time and waiter immediately came over to take out drinks. Service was amazing as was the food. Everyone was pleased with what they ordered
Food was outstanding. Service was good. Portions were extremely small and they allow people to come in and out of doors in the dining room giving a burst of cold air on an extremely cold night.
Pricey, but what isn’t in LV? This is a Charlie Palmer restaurant and both service and cuisine are absolutely impeccable. Ambiance is perfect. Sit by the towering windows for a reminder that there is life outside the casino.
Spectacular wine list. Good food. Attentive service.
Our server, Ricky, and his team provided great service and our salmon was cooked to perfection.
Food was average. Drink pairing was good. Service was miss. Sommelier forgot dessert wine during dessert course. Food overall overcooked and salty. Restaurant was dead. Not worth value.
Way overpriced, very limited menu, food didn’t taste so good. Bad value overall!
I have been to a number of restaurants of this caliber and this restaurant missed the mark. I was expecting a quality dining experience and unfortunately it wasn’t there. We did not do the tasting menu and went for appetizers, entrees and sides. None were anything to speak of in taste nor presentation. The restaurant is attractive and has a good wine list. In a town full of outstanding options I would try another restaurant at this value point.
New Years Eve tasting menu was only fair. We have had better experiences at Aureole ordering off the menu. And have previously found tasting menus here disappointing. I think we decided this time no more Aureole tasting menus.
Service seemed off tonight as well. Almost like the wait staff didn’t want to be there or was somehow distracted.
A little disappointed because we have always liked Aureole, so wanted a great meal before the concert on New Year’s Eve, but the choices were 1) a limited regular menu, and 2) a multi-course tasting menu that just wasn’t that appealing to us. We really wanted to be able to order off the regular full menu, or have more choices for the tasting menu.
We still live Aureole but maybe need to be sure they will have the full menu available before we book there again
The food was served quickly and all ordered meals were excellent
I really love the new updated renovations. I get it’s pricey for what you get but the food is good. We didn’t have a bad meal. The octopus was perfectly cooked and not chewy. Appetizers are small so ordering 2-3 for a full dinner would be fine. Entrees are large so skip an appetizer.
New Year’s Eve dinner a day early to beat the crowd
This is not, and never should have been, a Michelin Star restaurant. I have had better filet at Outback Steakhouse. Everything was below the standard service and quality expected at a normal restaurant, much less a restaurant averaging $50-100/plate before drinks. Highly recommend avoiding this disappointment.
Excellent delicious superb food and presentation. The second hostess ignored us at first, the gathered our menus and walked to our table without giving us instructions. When she did speak with us, she was pleasant and polite. Was not a nice way to start our expensive dinner. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable, but seemed hesitant. Again, loved the food.
Outstanding food and service. There was a small issue with the heating so it was quite chilly but once we got our food- forgot all about the chill.
We love this restaurant and it's a must every time we visit Las Vegas.
Fabulous Thanksgiving Diiner. Great value at $120 with a generous wine pairing. Best Thanksgiving dinner we have ever had in Begas.
We enjoyed a excellent Thanksgiving dinner here. The selection was diverse and interesting. Everything was perfectly prepared. The service was just right, present at the right time but not hovering.
Slow Tuesday evening - so made restaurant a little quiet . But service was amazing and servers had time to char and explain about the food etc
I had a wonderful time here for my birthday- fantastic food and service!
Food was barely warm and very ordinary. Quite overpriced for what we got. The wine angel didn’t look like an angel or fairy at all. Disappointing.
Fantastic food, knowledgeable sommeliers and overall excellent service. The squab was a pleasant surprise and worth trying out. That wine tower has many treasures.
Compared to other restaurants, there are good wines at affordable prices.
A special restaurant with an extensive wine collection that complements their broad dinner selections and elegant atmosphere. This is one of our favorite restaurants in the country. We love introducing our friends to this fantastic restaurant.
Excellent choice they never disappoint
