Waitress in the bar side of house was the absolute worst I’ve ever experienced. I wish I could have gotten her name but she was never at our table long enough to read her name tag. Absolutely the worst.

Breakfast was just ok, nothing I’d ever go back for.

I made a reservation at Augustino's for a lunch with a friend I had not seen for a long time, looking forward to good food in a quiet atmosphere. The atmosphere was quiet. However the food left much to be desired. Although the salmon was fine and well-prepared with a tasty sauce, the shrimp and grits was tasteless and literally floating in visible grease. The caesar salad was overwhelmed with too much dressing; we sent that back and got another one with dressing on the side. Service was fine, not outstanding. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation, I would warn them to take great care and not to order the shrimp and grits.

My biggest downer about our dining experience was the fact that the televisions in the bar were very loud, and they distracted from the expected ambience of the dining experience at a restaurant of this caliber. This is not our first time driving here, and overall we thought the food was adequate, and the service was excellent. However there needs to be some kind of buffer between the bar and the tables.

Fairly good experience. Unfortunately, it was early yet there was no veal. Food was good but not as great as it usually is.

Took over a hour to get food. One entree had to be sent back because it was over salted. Group was finished eating before replacement entree was brought out. Has to get up twice to get waitress. Coffee and deserts were never offered. Another entree didn’t come with all items. Will not return no matter how convenient.

My sister had eaten there before so on our yearly sisters trip I wanted to go there. Their menu was delightful and could handle my strange dietary needs. The service was excellent, bartenders gracious, and will be going back whenever I get the chance to be in Augusta!

We couldn't have been more pleased. The food, the atmosphere, the wait staff were all wonderful. We made our reservations and your choice of table was perfect. Our family was able to talk, reminisce and hear one another while enjoying lunch. Thank you.

A team of our people are staying at the Marriott at the Convention Center every week for months and that is where this restaurant is located. We've eaten lots of meals there and can always count on it to be good food, good service, at a fair price. We've tried just about everything on the menu with every thing good. Also have been there for lunch which is a great deal. Soup, Salad, and pasta bar where a chef makes your pasta dish from ingredients displayed and you get to pick. What a deal at $13! Thanks staff at the restaurant and hotel for taking good care of us!

We drove into Augusta a little after 9 PM to stay the night on the way to Charleston. We decided not to drive around and find a restaurant on a Monday night at this hour.
To our surprise the restaurant and hotel bar were tied in together and we decided to have our meal at the bar just after 9:30pm. We had the flat bread pizza, calamari and chicken Parmesan.
Everything was prepared well and was better than expected for "hotel food" The pizza was described as a 12 inch flatbread and this thing was at least 16 inches in diameter and very good. The calamari was also well proportioned and was devoured.
We enjoyed it!

Menu items were decent. Pricey- especially the salmon at $29 for a piece of it. Staff was friendly. Bar visit was pretty good. Had the shrimp and grits while enjoying a cocktail.

The whole experience was fantastic. From the initial greeting through when we walked out. Our server Ryan was very knowledgeable of the menus items and took the best care of us. He was a true professional that obviously cared about his job. The food was amazing in presentation and taste. We had been on the road traveling all day and did not have to worry about anything as our every want and need was addressed. Outstanding venue to eat great Italian food.

Friends came into town and stayed at the Marriott, where the restaurant is located. Easy enough to get there. Greeted appropriately. Not sure why, but specials were never announced to us. Our waitress asked if we wanted the braised rib special when we were looking at the menu. How are we supposed to know? Then when I decided to have the special braised beef, she starts in on another special with soup or salad. Quite frankly, Everything else was great. The service was subpar for the prices on the menu.

I cannot recommend this restaurant. My food came out cold and was sent back only to have the same dish right back to me again. I had a lasagna and I would've thought they would've brought out new plate. What they brought back look like lasagna soup. The manager did stop by to say he was sorry but offered no compensation.

The table was set nicely. Water already there. The environment was clean and neat.
Our waitress was nice and had appropriate professional skills. The food was enjoyable
by most of the group report. One person said her sandwich was cold. The environment
was not noisy. We all enjoyed everything basically and would definitely want to
book this room again.

We've dined at Augustino's several times and the food and service have always been very good. However, the restaurant needs some updating and cleaning. Woodwork and carpeting look worn. It was amazing in that we were there the week after the Master's and the windows looked like they haven't been cleaned in months. The facility needs updating and brightening.

The veal piccata was excellent. However, getting a table for 5PM was not happening with Open Table, so I settle for 2:30 PM.. Yes, the place is close at that time. It was great that the manager realize this and allow us to eat at 5PM.. The only problem was only about two tables were occupied at that time, yet I couldn't get a reservation for 5PM through Open Table. What goes with that?

We had reservations for the Christmas Day plated dinner special. The ambiance, service, and food quality was perfect for a quiet holiday dinner for two. Best of all, we enjoyed a holiday meal without the associated exhaustion of shopping, cooking, and cleaning. Wonderful for busy people like us! This afforded us the opportunity to leisurely embrace the significance of the holiday and our relationship. Thank you!

Initially we had to ask who was our server as nobody came by to take any orders. Then it seemed like a long time before we were served, but that could be my perception. One meal was incorrect but that person ate what was received. So it wasn't an outstanding meal but good.

Our trip to Augusta was unplanned and found us at the Marriott hotel after a LONG day of driving. My husband and I were both tired and just wanted a good meal and a clean bed. After we checked into the Marriott I searched Augustino's website for their menu and we decided we'd eat our evening meal there.
The maitre d' was Alberto and he was SO pleasant. He came and welcomed us to the hotel and to the restaurant. He recommended boat tours and fun things to do during our stay. He asked where we were from and went on to talk about our home state of Pennsylvania.
J.J. (not her real name - I can't pronounce it - I'm sorry!) was our waitress and she was exceptional! The food was perfectly cooked and the citrus salad dressing that she recommended was phenomenal. I had the flourless chocolate torte for dessert and it was worth every carb and calorie.
We were under dressed, as we were traveling and hadn't planned on frequenting such a fine establishment, but we were never made to feel as though we didn't belong.
Thank you for a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

The food was delicious. We went because we saw the restaurant listed in a magazine at the grocery checkout as one of the best restaurants in Augusta. It was a very peaceful, quiet atmosphere which is what we needed with four kids at home. We had the marinated shrimp appetizer, a polenta dish, and the braised beef dish. We are making plans to go again within the next two days.

The dinner was great. Eleven people and you were able to accommodate in a lovely room. JJ our server was unbelievable! So pleasant. Everything done perfectly. Had separate checks and all were perfect. She even remembered the wine one of the ladies ordered when she saw us in bar next evening. Bar was fantastic too. Good drinks. Servers were wonderful. Can't say enough good things about our experience. Since I made the choice for the group I was really relieved that all had such a great evening. Thanks to Dwayne for setting up for me.
