   My favorite Italian restaurant in Augusta. The weekend brunch is awesome as well. Food is delicious. Emily is our waitress almost every time we go. She is great. I highly recommend Augustino's.

   This is one of our favorite Augusta restaurants. A really polished operation with all the little things done well. The food is outstanding, Menu is the right size. Enough food options with needing 15 minutes to read it.

    The service was very good. No complaints, they remembered the occasion to be an anniversary. The ambience was pleasant. Not much noise and pretty roomy with nice music. The menu was very limited; however, the wine list was expansive. My rum beverage “the painkiller”, tasted like it barley had rum in it. Mostly tasted like pineapple juice. The appetizer was the best tasting part of the dinner. Recommend the meatball. The salad was very refreshing. Little pricey for a salad, but solid serving size, in respect. The entrees were rather lacking of flavor. In regard to the cooking aspect, it was spot on. No overcooked scallops or pork chops. However, the flavor was highly lacking. Very bland. The garlic mashed potatoes were not very garlicky. The pork chop tasted like.. well a pork chop. The pasta was lackluster. Don’t really think it was worth the $35 per entree. Pretty solid onion rings. Bread was nice. Having said all of this, the staff remembered our occasion was an anniversary and surprisingly brought us a desert, free of charge! It was magnificent. Best part of the meal! Interaction with staff was nice. I give it 3 stars primarily due to cost to flavor expectation.

    Not a good value for the price. All of the hot entrees tasted pretty much the same due to all having the same sausage in them. The eggs in the chafing dish were cold. It was just after noon, and some of the food was running out and not being replenished, though there was still an hour left for the buffet. We didn’t get our water until we asked several times, and the juice pitchers were near empty when I went to get SOMETHING to quench our thirst.

    The only thing I had issues with was parking. Everything else was amazing. Food and drinks was really good. Great service!!! Very friendly staff and manager. I will be going back. My husband had an amazing time as well for being the first place he went to eat before his birthday.

    had a very enjoyable dinner with friends. food (pizza) was excellent and our server was friendly and we had very good service. a good place to go before symphony or POPS. everyone in our group enjoyed our evening there.

    First time dining at Augustino's and let me say that the food and service was amazing. JJ was out waiter and she had great recommendations for food and drinks. The drinks and appetizers are great! Highly recommend giving them a try!

    I previously did work on your soda machines I thought the atmosphere was nice & thought that would be a great place to bring my wife. So I made reservations for her & I on feb 11th at 7pm, my wife ordered a dish she wasn’t happy with & didn’t eat it. She let the waitress know the waitress trashed it & still put on our bill,asked to speak with manager not sure of her name but she came over asked my wife the issue my wife explained & her exact words was she totally understand & she sometimes order things she doesn’t like & she has to chuck it up & that she made a bad choice. I think her response was rude she never asked my wife would she like something else etc. I paid my full bill & left. On the ride home my wife & I was in a complete awe about how the manager handled the situation.

    Server was slow had repeatedly remind her of refills and to check on our order. Asked for 10oz sirloin brought out ribeye and was told that's what we ordered until manager check her order book and see she didn't give us what she wrote down. Manager rearrange the bill according

    The atmosphere was nice, I ordered the Chicken Conchiglie and my fiancée ordered the Scallops Augustinos. The Chicken Conchiglie had a good flavor, but the chicken in the pasta stuffing was so shredded and blended in, that I couldn’t tell chicken was even in it. The Scallops Augustinos on the other hand was a different story. The scallops weren’t overdone, and that was about the only good part about the dish. The tomatoes on the dish weren’t blistered at all and overall the dish was lacking of flavor. After finishing our entrées, I noticed that the rest of the guests around us had bread on their tables and I asked why I didn’t receive any with my meal, after which I was told that it was by request. Then came dessert. The bourbon pecan pie was decent, I don’t believe it was made in house, but it was good. This was my first time trying tiramisu, and it was good, but they plated it on top of Hershey’s syrup. Not a fudge drizzle, not cocoa powder, Hershey’s syrup. At an according to Google, 4.3 star restaurant.

    Emily was our waitress. She was wonderful and made our visit great. The atmosphere was upscale and the food was great We had the Chicken Saltimbocca and the Salmon. Both were perfectly cooked. The manager visited the table to see if all was ok. It was definitely much better than just ok! We would recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to enjoy an evening with great food.

    A very nice dining room but we were seating next to the bar which was a bit noisy and since we had 5:30 reservations the place was almost empty. Service was excellent and food was very good but a limited menu. Maybe a special or two would have helped. Did not want to pay $50 for a small steak and did not want pasta or chicken.

    Server never introduced themselves. The pasta did not appear to be homemade which was surprising given it's a pasta restaurant. The food is too expensive for what it is. The artichoke cheese dip was actually really good.

    We went to Augustino's to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. Upon receiving our main dishes, we saw that parmesan cheese was already on the food. The menu did not indicate parmesan as being a part of the dish. Her dish, the Sprimp Pesto had a overwhelming amount of tomatoes and they were hard to chew. It was suggested that parmesan cheese be put on the tables or ask beforehand is the customer wanted the cheese on their dish. Also, moist hand towels should be readily available for dishes requiring picking up of food (e.g. mussels, etc.).

    This was my first time eating at Augustinos in several years. I remember it being somewhat elegant with delicious food. The Sunday buffet on Christmas day recently was a different story. Our table had plastic placemats instead of a tablecloth. The waiter appeared rarely and brought the bill before we had eaten dessert. The biggest disappointment was the food. There were three of us dining and we sampled many of the dishes but none of us tasted anything that was really tasty, much less outstanding. Everything was just "meh", including the desserts. On a positive note, the hostess, bartender and manager were friendly and pleasant.
