   Had an excellent experience here for my fiance's birthday dinner. Escargot, Fois Gras, and Cod were amazing. I was slightly underwhelmed with my waygu main. Service was excellent. In particular Ashley was very hospitable. Would recommend and attend again.

   Delicious food, quite attentive staff except there was a point where we were waiting a while for our appetizers and dinner. However our dessert was not long and the best. Will definitely be back.

   For years I passed by this restaurant and promised to visit but hadn't until May 24th... and it was simply exquisite, in every way! The ambiance was second to none, the service stellar and the food amazing. Bravo O&B!

    Always a beautiful place to dine. The lamb special for two was superb! The truffle mashed potatoes were delicious! The country pate quite average - actually almost flavourless. The real disappointment was the Wagu steak which was “chewy” at best. Noticeably challenging to even cut in to. You would expect better from a menu choice with a price of $92.00. Whoever is supplying beef to the restaurant should be working on their quality control. Unless you do random spot checks at the restaurant you would never know. We did mention it to the waiter who said he would pass it on to the chef but the chef apparently didn’t wish to comment. The good news is that our dog benefitted - he loved the chewy Wagu!

    Went there for Mothers Day brunch. The food was subpar. Our food came first before the drinks and bread which was odd. They served over salted soup, poached duck egg with bread and like one piece of small bacon and the bacon overpowered the entire dish, and raw steak. Turns out the chef left and they hired a new one. Quality of food definitely went down, not worth 350$! The only good thing about it was dessert and our waiter, Walter. They are also not wheelchair accessible.

    I'm not sure if it was the brunch or this time we got unlucky with the service. Our waitress seemed to forget about us right after delivery if first drinks. Considering, we were so used to get pampered in there, I got really upset. We couldn't order all things we wanted cause we couldn't get her. She would just disappear for a half an hour every time. Food was good, dessert disappointed. Not returning for a brunch again.

    Went here for Mother’s Day & everything was lovely from the food to the service to the drinks. I can’t remember their name but the male manager who was looking after us was absolutely amazing, he was on top of everything.

    Our server Chad was outstanding. Our water glasses never got below half. They understand the progression of a 5 star meal: cocktails with an appetizer, wine with dinner etc. Serving staff explained each course. Music was light jazz at a low level: perfect!

    Something must have happened, as the food here used to always be outstanding. In this case, everything I ordered was poor and in fact I left over half of the food as it was not worth eating. Tasteless and dry and no where near where it used to be. Even during the pandemic we used to pick up the "at home" packages and they were outstanding. Very, very disappointed, especially some $360 or so later....

    From the moment we walked in the door, we were taken with the charming and attractive setting. The table we were taken to was well placed and well lit. We were very impressed with the excellent and knowledgeable service. The food was absolutely outstanding and having spent a week in New York, we can say that our dinner at Auberge du Pommier far outshone all the expensive restaurants we visited there.     The staff / service are amazing and the food is outstanding. In particular, the beef tatare, rib eye and sablefish are our favorites. ( Although those are just personal preferences and the other dishes we've had here are still scrumptuous).

    Wonderful ambiance and glorious food! I've celebrated my birthday with a small group of friends and we couldn't be happier for choosing this place. The server was friendly and helpful, and the food so good. A few of us had the veal tenderloin with sweetbreads and it was a hit. So perfectly cooked and seasoned, with just a hint of Marsala.     Auberge is one of our all time favourites! We even got married there! Every experience is first class from beginning to end. A character filled cottage just south of the 401. Validated parking to avoid the elements. A friendly greeting as soon as you walk under the arch and into a quiet cozy paradise. Sitting fireside! (or candle side on this night) Delightful cocktails. A great caviar service. Dishes so delicious it can be a challenge to pick something to eat, because you want them all! (The tasting menu offers a little bit of everything for those who can’t decide!) Wines upon wines upon wines! Somehow, if you save room for dessert, you’re back to being faced with another challenging decision to make. Oh, decisions decisions! Yet, above all of those amazing things, it’s the people who make Auberge what it is! Frederic made our night so enjoyable! The FOH team are all lovely attentive people! The BOH team are the culinary geniuses that produce such magical menus & meals! (Shout out to Eric!) To everyone, merci beaucoup Auberge du Pommier for another spectacular night!

    Our table of four were of equal disappointment. The food in particular was not distinguishable or flavourful. We ordered the escargot appetizer, it was served in a small white dish in some olive green sauce that looked like puke, with maybe three escargot and an unknown taste. Similarly, Our main course was Dungeness Crab,terrible! It was some shaved glob of white something that had a taste that was not even close to Crab or anything else for matter. Unfortunately , I could go on.

    All of the appetizers and main dishes were amazing, but as a steak lover, the rib eye was a little disappointing as it was slightly dry, and maybe due to my cheaper tastes being accustomed to The Keg's big and juicy steaks. The servers were top notch and very knowledgeable, making great wine recommendations that paired well with our food choices. Will definitely return to try all other dishes.

    My all times favourite/perfect French restaurant for a nice catching up lunch with girlfriends for gal chats! Superb services and food/drink that never disappoint me! Can’t believe the host placed me at my preferred table! That’s why I always come back to Auberge du Pommier! I will be back!
