We generally have great meals and service here. On this night There were several large parties there that got most of the attention. We were seated next to one and it was very noisy. My dish was unspectacular and had far too much garlic in it. It was inedible. The other three in my party enjoyed their meals. But the service and atmosphere were lacking this time.

The bread and wine by the glass was good. The salmon, without the sides, was good. The risotto, sides and coq au vin were greasy and tasteless. Also, we were there on a very cold evening and our seats by the windows were drafty. We never warmed up. Our experience was "fair." There are so many excellent restaurants in Atlanta, that we won't be back.

A great place for a cozy intimate gathering. Authentic tasty food, attentive service, decent wines, and not-so-noisy comfortable setting.

Atmosphere is a favorite restaurant for our group of friends who get together several times a year. Accommodating wait staff, good food, valet parking. Convenient.

We met some close friends at Atmosphere Bistro and had great service and great food. The escargot, pate, duck confit, and dessert trio were Devine!

Our experience here was impeccable! The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was authentically French! We ordered the duck and the lamb. Both were excellent! For dessert, we had the apple tart and the chocolate mousse. Again, both were wonderful. This was an ideal way to celebrate our engagement, which happened earlier in the day. When the staff found out we had just gotten engaged they sent over complimentary glasses of champagne, which was incredibly thoughtful. Atmosphere will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We plan to come back at least yearly on this day to celebrate our relationship. Thanks for making our night special!

Food is always good. Classic French cuisine. Nothing exceptional. But consistently good. Our server that day though was less than qualified for the job. He didn’t know the menu, kept forgetting things and then got mad because he had to make extra steps. Probably not the right career for him. We did not let it affect our spirits and had an enjoyable brunch anyway. But we will definitely ask for a different server next time.

On vacation from Miami. We love neighborhood gems so thought we would try out Atmosphere Bistro. The food and service were both decent. Owner was warm and friendly. We started with tasty Tuna Tartar for appetizer. Out of our 3 main dishes ( Mussels, Lamb loin, Chicken) my daughters chicken (Con au Vin) was the tastiest. Everything was good!

Thanksgiving dinner was mediocre. Ambiance very good. Noise level was low enough for conversational level. Cost was high for quality of food. Would not recommend for Thanksgiving meal again.

My wife loves escargot and I know nothing about French food so I picked this restaurent according to the rating. The drive is worth going. The restaurant is an old Atlanta style house. Very well kept and seemed clean, I wandered around 😁. The tables were rather close, I thought they could take 1 out and it would make a big difference. We were there later in the evening; I thought our waiter looked a little disheveled but he was polite and on top of things. Everything seemed to slightly echo so conversations were kept low and the music was fantastic. The food was OMG! No words can describe but orgasmic ecstasy comes close. The bill was slightly more than what I was planning and way too expensive for everyday dining. Definitely in the top 10 ethnic formal dining.

We had a party of 8 and sat at 8:30 on a Saturday. We sampled a large number of dishes as a result. I used to enjoy Atmosphere but these days I think there are better options out there. Service was attentive but not sophisticated. The soup course was the best part of the whole meal. Drinks were mediocre- how do you mess up a French 75? Coq Au Vin was also forgettable, the bland pasta side item is a bizarre choice. The profiteroles we tasty, as was the mousse but the creme brulee was less than stellar. All in all, I can’t say I’ll be rushing back.

The onion soup is a must. Ditto the mussels, beet salad and trout almandine. Profiteroles or creme brulee for desert are a toss up. Order both.

Had a wonderful date night dinner. Service is definitely 5 stars, fine dinning. The food was delicious and very well prepared. We had the filet and the duck. It’s a small house like restaurant so the only down side is if your sat next to a table with loud talkers it can be slightly annoying but that’s not really the restaurants fault. We will definitely be back.

What a shame, such an adorable restaurant but desperately in need of updating. Classic French dishes were lackluster, Co au Vin was mostly bones. Mussels were rubbery, wine list is nothing great. Desserts were delicious

Atmosphere affords us an opportunity to be transported to France for a couple of comfortable hours of good wine, attentive but unobtrusive service, and WONDERFUL food. A true neighborhood gem, it is worth a drive as well for a truly enjoyable experience.

The food is good, i like the seasonal menu. They did present a menu that was not available and a couple of people wanted what was on it; either don't present it or tell me immediately.

Some dishes were well presented, others lacked artistry. Part of the dining experience is presentation.

It was great! We went for lunch on the New South Culinary event on Friday. I had the Beet Salad, Salmon Salad, and Creme Brulee. The Beet Salad had thin beet slices over hollandaise sauce, topped with walnuts, apple slivers, and parmesan(?) cheese. Having never combined any of those items, I was pleasantly surprised at how well they went together. The Salmon Salad had a good-sized piece of salmon alongside mixed greens, goat's cheese, and marinated tomatoes. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and seasoned to compliment the goat's cheese in the salad. For the first two coarses, my partner got the white bean soup (the soup du jour) and hanger steak. Both were delicious, but upon comparison, we agreed that my picks were better. We both got the Creme Brulee though, and I'm glad since we might've been hesitant to share bites If we hadn't! It had a beautiful layer of caramelized sugar, and the custard was so smooth and creamy I found myself pausing between bites to savor it.
The restaurant was quiet for lunch with soft background music. The decor had a warm, happy feel to it with yellow throughout the rooms we were in. Our server was attentive and friendly. We spent a little more than an hour in the restaurant.

If you are visiting Atlanta and want to get away from downtown, this is a delicious and charming option. On the Sunday before Labor Day, the restaurant was not overly busy; it is in a small house with parking in the rear. Our server, Sigrid, was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. Entrée choices were the veal chop and trout almandine, and they did not disappoint! (A meal could be made from the appetizers.) Thank you for a very nice evening.

I along with my dining companions ordered the steak which was very tender and good. The steak comes with made from scratch french fries and while they were good, they were overcooked for my taste. One of my companions ordered escargot and the garlic was extremely strong. For dessert I ordered the Dame Blanche which had chocolate and Chantilly cream. There wasn't much chocolate syrup and it was more bitter sweet, but as I got to the bottom the mixture of the scoop of vanilla ice cream and Chantilly Cream was really good. Had I known and given the choice, I would have ordered the ice cream with just the Chantilly Cream. All in all the meal was good and if you like French food and in the area, it's worth a stop.
