We have been here quite a few times, but this was our 1st time since the 2nd Covid-19 reopening. They really know how to cook steak to perfection. Everything we've tried has been outstanding, including the vegetables and the mashed potatoes. We love the Tomahawk, and always end up taking half of it home.
When we walked in and the bartender welcomed us back as did several of the wait staff. Our favorite waiter is no longer there, but the service was still fabulous.
Price wise they are half the price of a Manhattan steak house, but just as good. Their steaks are dry-aged in house., their attention to detail is great.
Great for special occasions, date night, a gathering of friends, or just a great dinner.
We'll be back here soon.

Paul was great. Its hard to find a great medium steak outside of Manhattan. Atlas will be on my takeout take-out rotation while we do not have indoor dinning effective Monday.

Our group of five visited here on Thanksgiving Day 2020. Each of us was very happy with our meal, and our entrees included filet mignon, pastas, and salads. Waiter was great: attentive but not intrusive. Very nice jazz as background music.

We went for a birthday dinner. The ambience was good and the food was good, although a bit pricey, but the service was great. We totally enjoyed our evening.

My first visit to Atlas Steakhouse was wonderful. While (due to Covid-19 considerations) the outdoor dining atmosphere left a bit to be desired (mainly due to location, and not any fault of the restaurant itself), it was VERY evident that when indoor dining will again be a possibility in the future: this is a quiet, intimate, family-friendly, community restaurant.

The servers were kind, attentive, and competent - and the ambiance (aside from local foot and car traffic that are beyond their control) was delightful. The food was absolutely delicious, and worth every penny (the creme brulée in particular was delicious). I will definitely make a return visit, and bring friends.

Due to Covid, you had to be seated outside. Not the greatest of neighborhoods but they make the best of it. The waiter was very good. The food was good as well.

I WISH I KNEW HOW TO DESCRIBE THE PLACE. I HAD RESERVATIONS AND MODIFIED THEM TWICE ONLY TO TAKE A $27 UBER THERE AND IT WAS CLOSED. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!

I only gave it 3 stars Because we had to sit outside on the sidewalk due to social distancing (not their fault) BUT the restaurant could of done more to make it look a little more presentable outside. All they did was move the tables and chairs right in front. No umbrellas or covering if it rains and people were walking right next to your table instead of having it sectioned off.

The location is on a sidewalk amidst your everyday NYC noise pollution. The two fish plates we had were delicious. The steak was a bit tough and needed a bit more flavor. The mango margarita was excellent; just a tad sweet. Great service. Location is eh; could use a better one.

It was ok, the food is very expensive but it did not taste good at all .

I made the reservation and was denied service. They stated that they did not understand why Opentable allowed me to make a reservation because they were not taking anymore people for the night.

I love this restaurant, talk about above and beyond!!!!! The quality in service, ambiance and food. Nice, quiet romantic date night with amazing food to match. I’ve been to all the top steak restaurants in NYC and this is by far my favorite.

The Steaks here were rubbery. I had a few Cocktails here and the cocktails could have been better.
I had the Morrocan Cigars with cheese and this was excellent. I would not dine here again.

Horrible, waited 2 hours with a 9:00 reservation. Ran out of food and not even to buy us a drink. Poor ownership and management! Do not waste your money!

Worst place I have ever been to in my life made reservations and still had to wait a hour the host was so lost and was seating before people that where there 2hrs before them I will never recommend this place to nobody not even my Cat and Dog

Very nice setup for Valentine’s Day. Live music, menu was really good and the food was amazing. Especially the Rib eye Steak.

Birthday. Service was outstanding. The food in quality, taste and presentation was beyond superb.

The waiter was great. The bread was great, the crab cake was great! Really enjoyed the tomahawk steak for two. Overall I enjoyed this restaurant a lot and wouldn’t highly recommend it.
