Superb food and service. Servers were all friendly yet not intrusive. Fresh rose on each table is a nice touch as well as the sprinkling of rose petals on our table. We always look forward to dining at Atlantis Steakhouse.

Really enjoyed this experience. Have been to other steakhouses so I had expectations, and the Atlantis did not disappoint. I love the unexpected little goodies they give you, and send you home with. The wait staff was top notch. Don't miss the Atlantis Steakhouse. WE'LL BE BACK.

We were there celebrating a birthday and they brought a baked alaska for the birthday girl. The servers and support staff were very attentive and they were not overbearing. The prime rib was outstanding and the shrimp scampi was prepared table side. The chef was very cordial and his technique with the scampi produced a dinner that was cooked to perfection. The ambience of the room was perfect and we could talk without raising our voices…very relaxed and never felt rushed. Overall a very nice dinner with outstanding food, exceptional service by Alex and Michael and made for a memorable birthday.

Beautiful food, beautiful service thank you Logan and Hannah! We checked in today at 8:30 pm sharp for our reservation and were led to our comfy booth table , no waiting. This is probably our 6 or 7 th time here for dinner have lost count. I had the oysters, french onion soup and foies gras and my husband had the filet mignon 12 oz and bone marrow with a side of the creamed corn god everything was so good, also had a heavenly cosmopolitan and a Spanish sparkling and husband had the whistlepig ? Don’t miss this place if you are in Reno, this is the best , we will be back in December for our anniversary! Classy place, Cheers !

Amazing experience from the moment we entered. Staff is super kind and friendly. Noticed my wife was here for her birthday dinner and went above and beyond to make her evening awesome. Our host for the evening was Logan and he gave us probably the best dining experience in about 20 years and we've ate at some really nice places. We will be back soon

We went here for our Anniversary and we were really excited. The waiter (older gentleman whose name was something like Idis) was very unfriendly/rude. The other servers seemed great though. The drinks were very good. My husband got the bison and said the mashed potatoes were cold. My shrimp scampi was ok (came with rice pilaf which I thought was weird). Ambiance was fantastic. The vibe was just really weird with the waiter being almost hostile (and as far as I could tell, we were his only table). Western Village steakhouse is much better. We were disappointed.

our first visit was not so good, the atmosphere was quite loud, we got the wrong bill when we we're finished and the food was ok, the waiter was quite excellent.(Alex). Our 2nd. visit was much better. we we're sat at the exact same table as our first visit, had the exact same waiter,(Alex). A much better experience second visit. Alex remembered us and welcomed us back. Still a little bit loud in there, but the service was excellent, Alex was very wonderful. I recommend you ask for Alex as you're waiter, He has his timing down very well and provides excellent service! We will return just because of him. The food was EXCELLENT! Boneless ribeye was to die for, my lady had the shrimp scampi, prepared at our table, excellent service with that. very satisfied this second visit, can not say enough good thing's about Alex, seems to really enjoy what he is providing to customers.

This is the second time in a month that I dined at the steak house. The food is delicious and the service great BUT- the noise from loud guests was horrible. People all around me were complaining and no one asked the people at that table to quiet down. When I left, the people across from us asked me to mention the noise to the manager. It really does ruin your dinner when one group is so darn loud.

They are attentive to your needs and the first thing they did after we signed in and greeted us was to ask if you had any food allergies. each person that came to our table when we sat down and before we ordered asked if we had any food allergies. They are very attentive and there service was great and the food was fabulous. They are on the pricey side, but who isn't now. But as we said they are great for your special occasions. But regarding the price, this is just our opinion. we do not get out a lot any more.

Have dined many times at the Steakhouse. This is the first time I was disappointed with the food. Had a spinach salad prepared table side and it was delicious. Ordered the Red Abalone for my entree. It was mushy (overcooked?) had no flavor and was poorly presented. I hope this meal was an anomaly. I will continue to be a customer because my past experiences have been very good.

Ambiance was amazing, servers were friendly and quick! Overall exceeded our expectations and we were so excited when the chef gave us his recipe to a delicious soup we were served!

One of the best steak dinners we've had. The service was excellent and we felt completely taken care of. Every dish we ordered was perfect.
