   We were here for our anniversary.. the food was great, as well as the ambiance. Wonderful view of the ocean!

   Despite our reservation for 14, made a full week ahead of time, the kitchen failed to provide our meals to the table at all together. Most egregious was that one of the children in our party was served last, having waited over an hour and a half for the hot dog she’d ordered, while even most of the adults were done eating by time her dish arrived. Meanwhile, there were only 4 other people in the restaurant the whole time.

   The pre fixe dinner was awful. Waiter was inexperienced and rude. We were seated for over 20 minutes and only got water. The waiter asked for our dinner choices before we ordered drinks. One of the guests in our party ordered filet mignon and it was like shoe leather so she sent it back, the waiter came back and told her there were no steaks left. Cocktails tasted bad (3 of us ordered the same thing) and the manager said he would cover the cost of the first round of drinks but when we were leaving he was nowhere to be found and the other manager didn’t believe us. The waiter made a comment to us that “$99 is nothing”. Maybe to him, but not to any of us! Gratuity should not have been included. This was not a good New Years Eve experience for anyone in my group. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

   Sorry to say this but Atlantica restaurant on New Year’s Eve was a bad experience. They were clearly not equipped to serve all of the people who came to party. We had to wait 1/2 hour for drink orders. When the drinks finally came they were wrong…TWICE! Appetizers were late in arriving but ok. We finally received our dinner at 11:30, which was brought out cold! Never going back for New Year’s Eve.

   The food was delicious! Our server, Veronica was fabulous!! And the view , well, there is nothing better than the ocean!

   I hate to do this, as I love trying new places and supporting local places, but I feel that people should know this prior... I thought by making a reservation here, I would be treating my guests to a memorable and nice meal, however the food was stale and sour. It tasted just like it was the previous days leftovers. Allegria is only good for the bar and ambiance, so don’t come here to sit for a meal expecting anything special. I was so disappointed.

   Went there for Thanksgiving Buffet. Had reservations for 4:30 and got there on time. Then pandemonium broke out. A line of 10 parties waiting to be seated. The host was in multiple arguments with patrons who didn’t have proof of their pre-paid ($185 for 2) reaervations. I guess the old-fashioned, “what’s your name?” Is no longer good enough. After about 40 minutes they forced us to sit outside of the restaurant, with kids running around and absolutely horrible service. Went up to get our meal and there was no turkey gravy, carving station meat, including sawdust white meat turkey ( no dark meat), were cold. And many of the side dishes were out of stock. A real nightmare. And once , a guy, I suppose the manager came by and asked how everything was going. After you told him, “horrible!”, he never came back. Didn’t volunteer a comp of drinks or nothing.

   Very chaotic staff even cursing and I was asked twice to show that I paid. If I received a confirmation doesn’t that mean I paid on full. It was embarrassing I wouldn’t go again. I hope this helps for them to do better

   Service was good. Set up for a holiday buffet caused back up in lines - food should have been spread out more. There should have been more of a selection and some appetizer or cheese plate as well as a pasta course. Turkey breast only - not a great option for Thanksgiving.
