We had a reservation. We arrived on time but the restaurant was locked and closed

It would help if there was a restriction in preventing reservations while the restaurant is closed.

Although we made a reservation on open table for Saturday night February 20, we arrived on time for our reservation but the restaurant was closed. Doors were locked and nobody contacted before hand

I had a reservation for four people, at 1830 on February 17, 2021. We arrived and doors locked. No call, no email. I walked around to the 65th street entrance. I saw someone and tapped on the door. The woman opened and said “we’re closed.” I said, “wow, I have a reservation that I confirmed and we have folks traveling in from out of town.” Answer: “yeah, we’re closed.” No explanation. NO APOLOGY. No acknowledgement of the inconvenience which could have been easily remedied by an email or a call.

Even today, now 22 hours later...nothing.

Things happen. Call your guests.

The sushi and fillet mignon were phenomenal. We were seated at least 15 feet from any other tables. Highly recommend

The drinks and service were top notch. Our waiter was v. attentive and proved all around excellent service.

Booked a table for Sunday Valentine brunch after checking the menu online and outside the restaurant, but no brunch menu was offered.

Salmon tasty, portion got smaller.
The squash or pumpkin was cold and not well cook.
The presentation this time around was awful.

One of my favorite restaurants in New York City; my go-to place. Friendly staff delivering notably fresh seafood selections within a quiet cavernous layout. What's not to like?

We are regulars at Atlantic Grill Lincoln center. Every time we walk in the door it’s a special dining experience . We took our son there for his birthday and were thrilled with the meal , the service and the atmosphere especially under Covid restrictions which were well applied. The raw bar, sushi and chicken entree were top notch. Just a very wonderful neighborhood spot. Thank you for keeping your doors open during this tough time.. we are grateful to have the opportunity to continue to patronize such a wonderful place.

In light of CoVid we appreciate the dining spacing but a larger table seated by the waiter’s station wasn’t ideal. The bustle behind our table was a noisy distraction.

Food choices are varied, food is excellent, perfect indoor room for dining in covid times as tables are far apart. Waiters are excellent. We had a perfect experience.

I celebrated my birthday here last night, and everything was awesome. From entering they took our temperature which I felt was a great idea, because most restaurants don't do that. Our waiter was awesome, the food was awesome. Overall I had a great time.

We were there for Thanksgiving dinner - and most of us had the Prix Fixe Thankgiving Special dinner: 1) Appetizer (I had steamed shrimp & pork Chinese dumplings), 2) Main dish: Turkey Breast and Dark meat, Chestnut & Apple stuffing, Puréed Sweet Potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, home-made gravy, 3) Dessert of our choice (I got the Spiced Pumpkin Pie with ginger ice cream. I split it with my husband who got the Bourbon Pecan Tart with Maple ice cream.) And they served the most deliciously crispy, buttery, flakey biscuits I have ever eaten. Others with me had either the Chopped Salad or the Tuna Tartar appetizers. One guest had the Chirashi Bowl as his main dish. We all had wine (but different choices). We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

Delicious food and excellent service from beginning to end. We will definitely be back.

Bad. They did not prepare the dish the way they had in the past. They wouldn't give me desert with 30 minutes to go before closing. A manager named Jose stopped the waiter from handing me the desert menu and had an awful attitude. Terrible experience

This is one of the best spots in Lincoln center /Columbus circle! I cant wait for things to get back to normal but the staff is doing a great job to monitor safety and give you a great experience! So accommodating and friendly!!

Service was really off this week. Disappointed because it is not what we are used to from this establishment. We have gone to the Atlantic grill many times over the years, east side, west side. Drinks and food orders were forgotten

Grilled shrimp tacos made to order- not spicy. Husbands crab cake sandwich was substantial and delish.
