Valets stood at the booth while I stood in the rain waiting for them to come get my key? Am I missing something, why are they even there??? Waitress was great until we asked for dessert menu, then she stood at the wait staff computer area joking with other staff for 10 minutes. We were going to order dessert, but after the wait decided to just take the check and leave. Very unfortunate because this is our "go to" place for special occasions.
Pineapple martini was phenomenal. Ordered the spinach dip appetizer and lobster rolls for the meal. Amazing food and service. My sister wanted 1000 island dressing for her salad and the waiter offered to make it fresh for her. I’d go back in a heartbeat. I do recommend taking an Uber here because it’s valet only and the lot was really tight.
The food was ok but honestly, Red Lobster is just as good and 75% less. I was disappointed in that a friend gave me a $600.00 gift card and when I presented the card, I was advised that it did not cover gratuities or taxes. Imagine how surprised I was when I had a $600.00 gift card and I still had to pay over $100.00 out of my own pocket. I consider that a ripoff. A giftcard is a giftcard and it should cover everything. I would never recommend that any go to your restaurant with a gift card
The selection of fresh seafood is impressive, the quality of the sea bass, lobster, and the sushi was excellent. The sushi had too much rice but the freshness of the fish rivaled the best I’ve had in Atlanta. The service felt a bit rushed but you really set the pace of the meal. Great cocktails and the bar service (pre-meal) was good. The server’s assistant was weak on attentiveness, but overall the service was decent. Most surprising was the good value for quality of the food. We’ll be back.
Best swordfish EVER!!! More casual than we expected and a little noisy for "date night." Guess our previous visits have been mid-week when the crowd wasn't as lively. But the food was off the scale and the waiter was friendly, helpful (helped me decide on the swordfish) and efficient. Will definitely be back and will recommend the place to friends.
We are regular patrons of this restaurant. This was the first time the service was so poor. Our son, who is in the restaurant business, was shocked at how unresponsive the wait staff and support staff was. Food came cold, requests for silverware, bread, butter, had to be made three and four times, to more than one staff member. The manager seemed disinterested when we explained the situation. We had begun the evening’s conversation speaking about Leslie Jones and how her bad experience was. We thought she was way out of line with her complaints. By the end of the evening we understood why she was upset. We spent $240 for dinner. What happened to this excellent restaurant?

The hostess was rude when we entered, the server was knowledgeable about the menu but not overly helpful. They somewhat rushed us, as well. The food was okay, nothing special and certainly not for the price ($3.75 per oyster - we ordered a variety and they didn't tell us what was what when they came out, $14 for a basic sushi roll, etc). And on top of that, there is a charge for the valet, which you would think they would bring up when you gave your car to the valet or at least when you checked out with your server? Just a disappointing experience all around.
This has been our go to restaurant for 15 years. We live 20 miles away but make the drive for the exceptional food and service. Have never had a bad meal ever. Fried lobster tail crab cakes and super crunch sushi are our favorites. Tried a new dessert on this last visit, banana creme bru la and it is outstanding. If you haven't been you must try it. They will not disappoint. Ever.
