I eat out 4-5 time per week. I have been there pre Covid and post covid. Experience was the same
-waitress didn’t listen to my order, brought the wrong sides
-didn’t check on us after meal was delivered
-has to ask for bread
-food was just so so - honestly Bonefish Grill does a better job with fish
-clam chowder was ‘gritty’ means they didn’t clean them properly
-Mahi Mahi was undercooked
Overpriced because they are in Buckhead - the valet guys were nice and professional

I have always loved going to this restaurant. I went with 3 couples, 2 of which had never been before. They were very pleased with the food and portion sizes even though it is pricey. I was disappointed in the clam chowder. Growing up in Boston I know good chowder so I always look forward to some when I'm out. The taste just wasn't right. Also when the waitress came to our table she was very pleasant but the service was slow. For example we sat with dirty plates at our table for a while. Also some wine that was ordered with the meal didn't come until well into our entrees. When we were give our bills to pay on the device the tip choices range from 18%-25%. Making it a little awkward to make a change. I left an 18% tip though probably would have only left 15%. I will go back but the perfect experiences I have had in the past are now dimmed a little.
Food was great, service could have been a bit better.
Hmmmm where would I start, I made an online reservation to celebrate my partners birthday and low and behold by far this was the worst mistake I could of made for his special day. We ordered ginger ale to be told they had non in the restaurant. Not really a BIG deal this is where the issue comes into play at. When making a reservation they ask if you would like to order from a regular menu or their lobster summer special menu which is the option I choose. Soon after the server comes back to the table to explain they ran out of every menu item on the special menu however had the regular menu available, I'm thinking what's the point then..... We ordered from the regular menu to be highly dissatisfied with the food so I returned my platter and watched my partner eat his food. I wasn't expecting anything f tee so I made sure to pay our tab and tip the server prior to asking to speak to a manager. A manager named Ricky Burch came to the table and was very negative, condescending, and not guest focused regarding any of my concerns but came across as sarcastic and rude. Needless to say i will never return nor will I recommend any friends or family to ever visit this location or any of their other company affiliate restaurants
Always a quality meal at Atlanta Fish Market. Fried lobster tail is amazing. Had the blackened red snapper as entree and was incredible!
The food was excellent in every way; very fresh, perfectly prepared, generous portions, well plated. Unfortunately, several of the beers listed on the menu were not available. We only became aware of this after we were advised our first and subsequently our second preferences were not in stock. Service otherwise was great. Although we made a reservation in advance and given that we dined mid-week, somewhat earlier than the peak dinner hours, we felt a bit uncomfortable with the seating assigned. While there were many unoccupied tables in the restaurant, we were seated a bit closer to other occupied tables than seemed justified considering the recommended CDC spacing guidelines for distancing during the COVID-19 pandemic. There was plenty of room yet , in several instances patrons were seated at tables nearly adjacent to each other, while many tables went completely unoccupied in most of the dining area. In spite of our request to be distanced more from other occupied tables, we didn’t find much accommodation for such. There’s opportunity for much improvement to their seating plan.
It was a very special day dining with good friends! We so appreciate the attentive service, delicious food and ALL the extra attention to keep us all safe!
Place was dated and dirty. For only having 5 tables seated, I had to clear my own appetizers plates. Had to ask for new silverware, and salt and pepper shakers look like they came from Denny’s. Get with the program. Service is king when people expect dining out to be a “treat” during a pandemic, and instead get disappointment..... we spent $197!!
It was everything I thought it would be and the food was impeccable
The food was fresh and tasty. I can't wait to go back.
