Food was great. Service slow.
Great as always. One of our favorites. Meal is always excellent.
There were a lot of flying insects; mosquitos and flies. The bathroom area had a horrible smell and more flies. Not exactly what you would expect from AFM.
Great service from the valet, hostess, and especially our waitress. Any issue was quickly addressed and she read our minds and anticipated our needs. Thank you for an amazing early evening dinner.
The Lobster appetizer was killer and my salmon dinner was cooked perfectly.
Parking is a bit chaotic but typical for Buckhead. With a reservation we were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. We had an excellent server who let us take our time with the menu. I’d go back for sure
Julia was an amazing server. She was helpful, knew the menu and made sure we were doing great throughout our dining experience. The the stuffed lobster was amazing. My husband ordered the shrimp, scallops and stuffed lobster.
For the price the food was very underwhelming.....
We enjoy visiting the Atlanta Fish Market on Sunday, and we will make plans for future visits! Great service and food!!!
We eat here all the time and usually the food is good. They have a new chef now so some meals a little different.
The cod was watery. Took along time on drinks and bread had to aak several times .
Lobster roll was delicious
Food and service were excellent. Overall experience was subpar due to air conditioning not working. It was easily 80 degrees inside the restaurant during our entire meal.
Always fresh and delicious!! Great service!! I’ll be back
1. My server had the audacity to bring my $14 martini to me in a kids glass cup with no explanation. I thought it was my daughters lemonade but quickly realized it was MY alcoholic beverage. When I asked why was my drink not brought to me in a martini glass like all the others customers around me and he responded because the glasses were dirty and being cleaned. No sir, not acceptable! Of course I requested him to bring a martini glass. He did.
2. The seafood gumbo was warm, not fresh & hot.
At least I can say that I’ve tried this place that was suggested to me by a coworker but I will not be going back.
Booked dinner for our anniversary. Ordered a bottle of wine. It was brought with no glasses. Waited over 15 minutes for the glasses. Server was too busy getting a decorative candle for the table next to us to bring us glasses for our bottle of wine. Room was overly bright with lights turned all the way up. Not romantic at all. Would have preferred to be sat in the dimly lit area next to the main dining. We were not offered or brought bread for our meal. All other tables had at least one basket. Hostess told us it was brought on request only when we inquired. How would we know to request if it was off first visit, which we told the waiter. Food was ok. There was so much sauce on both dishes that you could barely taste or enjoy the fish. No acknowledgement at all of our anniversary. Service was slow throughout. Server told us at the end that he was busy doing sidework as he dropped off our check. Don’t take reservations at 830 if you don’t want your guests to stay past close. There was still a full dining room when we left. Bathrooms were disgusting. 2 broken toilets. Large holes in walls. Everything seemed to be falling apart. For the prices you charge, you could do some maintenance. Very disappointed. This place came highly recommended. Will not be back.
We grabbed a drink at the bar while waiting which was fine to start. When we were being seated I ask for the booth adjacent to the open floor table. The seater lied and said the table was being held for a group of 4, less than 5 min later another couple sat there. Then the waiter come over, but it also took him forever to come back…. He left dirty dishes on the table that we sat aside for him to take, he never came to see if we need more drinks…. It was only the one time, I’m ok with the food being what it was, because it was an experience we were trying….
But the service really soured our date night, we agreed we should have just ate at the bar since the service there was more up to expectations.
Is it me? Or does anyone else expect a bit more service when they drop $300 on dinner. While the waiter was minimally adequate, I couldn’t help but get the feeling he didn’t want to be there.
This was my second visit in less than a month. I’m not sure I’m going back. The food is good but the staff leaves a whole lot to be desired.i mean it’s not called the hospitality industry for nothing.
Excellent outing in a jammed packed Atlanta Fish Market. My wife and I had the Grouper and Red Snapper, respectively, blackened, with whipped potatoes and vegetables. Perfection! Service was friendly and the entire experience memorable.
Food and service were great. You must do something to improve the valet parking. Arrived 10 minutes early for reservation and waited 20 minutes to get parked. Cars were lined up on Pharr Rd.
The Grouper was delicious and our server was awesome! He made our night special by giving my cousin dessert for her birthday which was so thoughtful.
Never had a bad meal here. The sushi rolls are really good.
Normally we are expecting superb service superb food superb everything but this was just mediocre. We had a reservation but our table wasn’t ready our waiter brought us the wrong salad and he was MIA while our dishes sat on our table way longer than usual. Seriously we expected better
The food and service were both EXCELENT!
Kyle our server was knowledgeable about the food and a lot of fun. One of the best dinners we have enjoyed in a long time. The fish was cooked perfectly and the sides were also very well prepared.
The food was very good the service was even better. Got a chance to meet Chef Flynn great guy. Will definitely be returning soon.
Ate in bar area. Waiter’s attention was spread too much and Service lacked.
Enjoyed our dinner very much! Thank you, Anthony!
We arrived at 6 o’clock and didn’t receive our food until 7 o’clock. That was not a very good beginning. I had ordered a lobster roll and was disappointed that probably over 90% of the lobster was claw meat not tail meat. The upper level where we sat was basically empty when we arrived with only two tables having people by the time we were served our dinner the restaurant and upper level was filled with the other people having received their food before us. I don’t know what happened why they did not serve our food but was not happy about it
Best meal we’ve had in quite a while. We moved to Georgia mountains a few years ago, and still make an effort to visit this restaurant. The drive down was worth it. Grouper was superb, along with everything else!
Had not dined out in over a year. Greeted immediately (had a reservation for lunch), nice table by the window. Rudy, our waitperson, arrived promptly offered drinks, went over the menu in detail and was just attentive enough to make us both comfortable. The food was amazing. Great way to start getting out again.
Birthday lunch for a bestie made special by our phenomenal server whose name does not, sadly, appear on my AmEx receipt. She was amazing.
Hey there! Thank you so much for leaving a review and we are so glad it was a great time. Happy birthday to your bestie too!
Adrianna was an excellent server and the food was great.
Food was good, but service was not. Waited quite a long time for each water refill. Saw servers /water/bread staff standing around at far end of the room while we sat at the table with zero attention, so it did not seem to be a problem with insufficient staff. Disappointing, given what seemed like high prices for uncomplicated menu options. They can do better.
Food was fine. Service was fine. I was expecting a bit more based on the level of people going there. It was ok.
Very, very slow service. I get there’s a shortage of servers and staff in the industry, but a refill of water and a wait for the tab shouldn’t take 20 minutes each. Our food was subpar. The tortilla chips were stale…we asked for a fresh batch and got more stale chips. The lobster tasted old, like it had been reheated in a microwave. The kids’ tenders tasted like something from McDonalds…my kid wouldn’t eat them. Today’s visit was trash. I don’t fault the waitstaff or the kitchen. I fault management because this brand should seat according to the maintenance of quality standards.
The food and drinks were great as always. Had a great time. The restaurant was very busy. However, the bar area had a lot of seating off to the side.
I was ok. I only regret not knowing that celery was in the Lobster Roll. It took away from the experience.
Slow service do to lack of servers
Trout was delicious, lobster roll was mushy and flavorless, I enjoyed the spinach dip, but My Guest felt it needed more seasoning, and Yes I will be back
