With more than 100 varieties from the deep flown in fresh daily, Atlanta Fish Market has something for everyone. The thirty-foot fish sculpture in front and the train station-styled building welcomes guests with its wide veranda and rocking chairs. My all time favorite lunch dish is Salmon, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. Today's lunch was especially delicious for some reason. Probably because I was starving! As usual, the service was great. Kudos to my server, Quentin.

We have been to Atlanta Fish Market on numerous occasions and normally have great experiences. However, on our most recent visit we had to wait until over 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Given that we had a newborn we have a very limited schedule. No apology from the restaurant other than to say they were extremely busy on Sunday. I would expect management to do a much better job managing their commitments.

The food was good but given the price we paid could have been better. The waiter kept sweating in his forehead, which made me question sanitary conditions with our food and drinks. We had a small child with us and that was not taken in to account. There was no silverware, plate or napkin brought for him until we asked for it. Again for the amount of money the service should have been superb

The service was poor! The waiter hardly came to the table to check on us, we had to get the attention of another waiter for help. I ordered the stuff flounder which was awful as it had no flavor and very soupy..to top it off I had a piece of hair baked into the fish..I then ordered the salmon which was tasteless and burnt which that too I sent back— so I ended up only eating the side of whipped sweet potato which was good! So disappointed as this was my first dining experience here!

The waiter named Richard was too relaxed and nonchalant when we told him that one of the dishes that was ordered was not what we thought. The food was never touched and he was notified when the server brought the food. He did not go over Ana beyond to make sure she got something she liked. He stated just try it. We spent $150.00 and one of the meals was not enjoyable. As a waitress myself he needs to be retrained or should seek employment elsewhere, or a place he doesn’t have to cater to the customers. Thanks!

If they love seafood yes. I'm not really into seafood. I only went because my girlfriend love seafood so I took here here.

Food was outstanding! Being Valentines weekend, service seemed to be a little short staffed and not at the top of their game. However, the food did come out quick and was delicious, and made up for the service issues!

Our experience was very good. It was our 18th anniversary so we decided to try AFM. My husband had the lobster bisque which he enjoyed and I had the ceviche which was also good. It was a little sweet for me but still tasty. For dinner he had the broiled seafood platter & I had the fried both pretty good. Service was good hostess & waiter told us Happy Anniversary. We also received a Happy Anniversary dessert. I could definitely come back.

To expensive - crab cake undercooked. Waiter was not happy to change it. Felt like we had to argue to send it bank. Spent over $200 on a meal. If we were not satisfied, sending them meal back to the kitchen should not have been an issue. Will not return.

Being seated by the window was a bit chilly. Server was good but needed to be more engaged and happy. Took 2 times for my husband to get a drink as the Bar was out of Jim Beam and then Bullet. He settled on a Maker's Mark.

Would recommend if you’ve never been just for your own experience. Food is good. I get ‘good’ at home. We don’t eat out much in Atlanta so we really hope for a great experience when we do. Didn’t get it here. Seated 40 minutes past our reservation time. Couples tables were so close we were in the laps of those around us. Granted it was valentines weekend and they may have booked heavily to take advantage of the demand but it didn’t leave us with a desire to return anytime soon.

Reservations for 5:45 and got seated at 6pm. Not bad, took 3 times to ask for sweetener for iced tea. Server didn’t have that many tables to attend to but it’s like we were overlooked

We moved to Atlanta 10 years ago and this was the go to restaurant for most of my friends. We have dined here a least 2x per year since, always phenomenal until 3 years ago. We noticed a decline in service first, then the food, now both are bad. If I’m going to drop $150 plus for food, I think I deserve both, good food and good service.

I have visited the Atlanta Fish Market several times; however, going the day after Valentines day was probably not a good idea. Normally the service and food is really good; however, from valet parking to the final bill, this was not very good. I'm guessing that they were overwhelm the day before and simply wasn't prepared for the influx of people visiting the next day.

The lights were flickering because there was an electrical issue. Also my husband’s food was wrong and the steak was extremely well done when he wanted to medium-rare. Probably won’t come back again.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day and it was overall a pretty good experience. The place was packed but the food was very good. Whenever you go be ready to have a good time and drop some money.

We visited the Atlanta Fish Market on Valentine's Day. Our experience was far from what we had hoped for.

Our server seemed agitated and inattentive from the moment he came to our table. We eventually ordered our dinner although, we did have questions about the menu. I watched servers come and go as they waited their tables smiling and interacting with their customers. We however did not see our waiter again until long after our food was served. I ordered my Mahi Mahi broiled without butter and the same for the vegetable medley. My plate was swimming in butter. After my husband and daughter had finished their meals our waiter finally made an appearance. They ate their meals without drinks (they never got a refill) and bread was never served to the table. He did send my food back to have it replaced and the manager stopped by (he did remove my dinner from the bill) and assured me he would correct the situation. I watched as the took my plate and passed it to four others as they examined it, breathed all over it, and held it close to their face. When my plate was returned the butter was gone and my same piece of fish was on the plate. Gross! Do you want to eat something that 4 others had breathed all over? No thank you...

Valet line both to arrive and leave was over 15 minutes long. Ordered the surf and turf and the steak came up well short of the quality of filets from local steakhouses. The crab meet on the lobster tail came out Luke warm at best. We did enjoy our waiter and waitress who were more than willing to give advice on the menu items. They were helpful and polite. I simply would not recommend going there for an occasion like Valentine’s Day again given the ambiance and quality of food for the price.

Appetizers were good. Entrees were good. Got the key lime pie for dessert and was very disappointed. The pie came out and the whipped cream was melting and the pie itself you could already tell it was dry. We tasted it and it was not good; tasted like imitation key lime. So I wasted $8. The whole meal came to about $200, so for that price I would expect every course to be good. Unfortunately that dessert put a damper on the whole meal.

Date night on Valentine’s Day. The food was excellent as usual. We were sat much quicker than expected especially for a very busy night. The only blemish was very minor. The wine we ordered with dinner was delivered well after dinner was served. We will definitely return.

We go here all the time and always have a good meal.
This night there was no waiter assigned to our table. One of the waitresses came over because she saw us sitting there with nothing and apologized and took our order. This should not happen. The meal I feel was skimped this night with no vegetable included.
Not a good night.
