The service was extremely slow and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. We had made our reservation more than a week in advance so we were expecting a little more. The food was decent and a fair price.
It's your typical grill. The service was a little slow. Food was okay. French fries and onion rings were great!!!
Simple but good GOOD FAVORFUL FOOD! I am not from Atlanta but we plan to visit Braves again!
The restaurant was empty, about 5 occupied tables. We were seated by hostess and have yet to be offered a cup of water or even meet our waiter. After 25 minutes I got up went to the hostess stand and asked if we were going to be served, she looked around for the server and said she will come and serve us. I politely told her not to bother, my party will be leaving.
Never have I seen such a blatant disregard for customers. I watched 2 waiters tend to 3 tables and not 1 came over to us and offered service. I will NEVER cross those doors again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. The dinner across the street at the Ritz was superb!!!!!
For a fun time at a sports bar, with children, this is great place. Good food at a great value.
They were literally out of everything except salad and seafood. I am not sure why they were open.
So this restaurant ran out of food this weekend. We had reservations, showed up to be told all they had was wings on the menu. No other meat because they ran out.
We were told by staff they were not accepting reservations after we had several confirmations sent to us. After seeing a manager they said they would seat us 20 minutes later then told us another 20 minutes and finally that kitchen was over a hour behind at which point we gave up and left.
I made a reservation through open table. The restaurant lost the reservation but gave us a table within 15 minutes. Not bad. Waiter was nice. Food came way late, let’s say 30 minutes and only half of the people received. The other half didn’t receive their food till the first half were finished. Food was not the best. Hamburger meat was hard and dry. Fries were good. Wraps and tacos were barely eaten. Will not eat here again.
Amazing service. Had a party of 53, 20 of those teens. Took care of all of us! Thank you!
Was very busy and waitress was given too many tables to cover. Food was ok. Bloody mary was not work the money
I was surprised by how good the food was for a bar and grill. Only negative was the smoke that set off the fire alarms. Overall enjoyed it!
Service was chaotic. Food was coming out to be delivered by someone other than the Person who took the order, and the servers were wandering around looking for the recipient. Multiple servers attempted to deliver food or drinks to our table that weren’t for our order. Seating was Odd - one sided booths so you have to sit next to your companion(s) versus sitting across from them. Food was pretty good, but pricey - $18 for a salad? It fits the bill for tourist trap. I’d go back but with that expectation.
The food was awful and there was barely any memorabilia. Very disappointed!
The staff was phenomenal
This location does not actually have a happy hour. The menu listed shows happy hour and they made sure to accommodate us.
And the playlist was amazing!!!!!
Decent food and easy to get in.
This is a sports bar with a damn good burger. No, it is not a hand crafted fresh ground beef burger but a well prepared frozen burger perfectly cooked medium rare as requested. I had a tossed salad instead of fries and it was fresh, crisp with shredded carrots, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes. My husband had a baked potato which looked as good as he said it was. This is no great, gourmet restaurant but a noisy, loud and crowded sports bar with a decent burger
This restaurant was completely understaff for having thousands of people in town for the Atlanta market. I would guess several employees called in and management did not plan on having extra staff available in case that happened. I had 2 employees order beers, 20 minutes later I had to get up and find the hostess to remind my server of the beers. Our food was cold when it came out and had to remind my server again for refills of soda. Then the server brought out the incorrect soda. Not the service I had during the Atlanta market in 2019.
How can a restaurant be out of onions for onion rings ? Wow. Service was below par only checking on us occasionally. Food was good
LSU game pregame meal. Food was slow, keg issues that delayed the arrival of our beer. Like the place but they aren’t very organized for a game day bar. I heard they ran out of several different brands of beer. Come in guys- be prepared for a college playoff game
Good food and service. Nice atmosphere Staff was friendly and helpful
We booked reservations through Open Table for a party of 10 at 9:30PM. When we get to the door, the host stated that the Atlanta Braves All-Star Grill did NOT take reservations through Open Table. On a busy night, our party ( clients ) were without a place for dinner. This looked bad on all accounts. Probably will not use Open Table and especially the Atlanta Braves All-Star Grill again.
After being told by hostess that our reservation was not going to be honored because open table was not supposed to be up for that day/time. The manager Hasson was able to get us a table and continued to check on us to make sure our evening was going well. Thanks again Hasson.
Went on a busy day...yes! However, it took 2 hours for the food this past Saturday!
Food was so so.... Service was poor. We had a large group and made reservations several weeks prior. Staff was wasn't attentive, and several orders came out incorrect.
The food was good not great, the hottest wings where a mild medium at best, but the service was very slow, the whole group was there on time and it took 1:45 for burgers.
there were only about 7 tables of people there, but it took over 25 minutes to get food. VERY slow when the business was slow. Food was great.
The food was ok. The wings could have been hotter and not cooked to the crisp.
With or with a group of 15 people we all got served in a timely manner and the food was as advertised. Casual dining
It was a fun environment. Great place to watch sports and the food was above average. I was not sure to expect and came away pleasantly surprised. I will definitely come back for food and drinks when I’m in Atlanta.
Biggest slab of ribs I ever had, very flavorful and full of meat.
Brisket tacos are amazing! Definitely save room for the fried cheesecake!
This was a perfect spot for our family while in Atlanta for the weekend. The food was good and out quickly. It was a little loud with the DJ on Friday night. The pitching cage was a huge hit with the kids!
Our server Ciarah was amazing. Great customer service, from the time we walked in. Def would recommend.
We enjoyed the food and atmosphere. It was great for our whole family.
We were a big group and our meals were served promptly. All around good service and price point.
We took four dads and a grandfather here for Father's Day. We had plenty of space for our group of twelve and the guys were able to watch the Braves game. Food was good and priced well, great service, and our food came out fast! We even had space for our two strollers and no one was bothered by the two babies in our party. It was truly the perfect place for our father's day lunch.
Restaurant was more than half empty at lunchtime and it still took an hour to get our food.
I went to watch the St. Louis Blues play for a chance to make the Stanley Cup finals. I was happy to find the match on several screens already without having to ask someone to change the channel for me (which is always a project to accomplish at most restaurants...). So that was a plus.
The food was just mediocre. The burger was ok, but the onion rings were from frozen out of a bag, and were just awful. They weren’t hot and were chewy in consistency, like they had been sitting around for a while. And the bacon on the burger tastes like it was fried up earlier that day en masse and set aside to use as needed throughout the day.
I asked for tea with extra ice, and it came to the table with about 3 cubes floating in it. Not good for a hot sticky climate like Atlanta...
I was alone and didn’t order alcohol, so the service I got from the bartender was about what I expected and is what I normally get when I go to a bar/restaurant. If I were ordering drinks, she would’ve likely been at my table every 2 minutes to see if I needed another, like she did with other tables. But since I ordered a free-refill iced tea, she passed by every 10 minutes or so. But she was friendly enough.
I was in town for work and will likely be staying in the area again soon. I doubt I would go back, unless I needed to specifically watch another game I can’t get in my hotel room...
