we ate on christmas evening for first time there. Foods were good but my hubby's ham had a lot of fat while my turkey had lot of fat. oh, my goodness pumpkin roll with cream like roll cake was very good. Our server was okay. we liked adults @ right time while we dined there. no smoking. But my hubby had to ask the male to move his chair, so my hubby cud leave to check out. I tried to upload pixies but cud not upload pixies.

We were there for Christmas dinner. The food was good, but they had reserved tables and ours was on the edge of the patio where it was very cold as cold air would creep up under the plastic that they put in the winter time.

I was mildly disappointed in the way the experience went down. I had looked several times before the holiday to see how the menu would be structured on both the FB page and restaurant website to no avail. We were seated at a great table and were greeted fairly quickly by the server. He took our drink order, and we inquired as to how the ordering worked (i.e. Do we choose a certain number of items? Is it totally set and we all get the same?). The server's response was that he did not know. While awaiting feedback, we watched the table of 16 next to us that arrived AFTER us receive all of their plates of food. By the time our server made it back to "take our order", we had figured it out ourselves. Additionally, we over heard that waiter for the 16-top tell them that he "went ahead and put the food order in when [they] arrived to avoid a wait." The main course was really good and tasted fresh. The desserts were not as satisfying--the pecan pie was very bland and the pumpkin roll was frozen. It all felt very haphazard but we were glad to be able to enjoy the holiday away from our own kitchens.

The food and service were both great. But they were out of 2 of the 5 desserts they serve. My friend was able to get her third choice for dessert.

Dined at 630 on a Saturday night, was surprised at how slow the service was considering how slow the restaurant was. The waitress wasn't knowledgeable about the beer menu, my husband stumbled on his beer selection. I was recommended by the chef and waitress to order the special which was one of only two gluten free items on the menu and it came out sprinkled in breadcrumbs. Took 15-20 minutes to get our credit cards back after handing them over to pay the bill. Overall disappointing experience, won't be back.

Arrived at 8:40 for our 8:45 reservation on Sunday evening and no one was there. No one came to the front at all. We saw one server in the dining room but no one ever acknowledged us. Supposed to be open until 10:00? Bar was open with patrons but smoking is allowed in there so we gave up and went to the Battery at SunTrust Park where lots of places were open and spent our money there.

There was nothing special about this place. The food was just "okay." The server was very nice, but then eventually charged my card with the wrong order. Won't miss this place at all.

Since returning to Atlanta recently we've discovered Atkins Park as one of our favorite neighborhood casual restaurants and love certain plates like the fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese and black-eyed pea salsa. So much so I've introduced my management team to this restaurant and we've had several 20+ for after work dinners at Atkins Park. So I was very disappointed when we dined Saturday May 13 and, despite the lack of diners at the time, the service was the worst I've ever seen at this restaurant or any other. In fact, I had to go to the hostess stand to get appetizer plates and rather than receive an apology was met with "how many do you need?" and handed the plates as though I was wait staff. The temperature of the food was cool when we received it telling me the kitchen is still on point but the wait staff failed the kitchen and diners with an overall lack of attention. Will have to think carefully about returning....I will certainly ask to avoid a certain waitress.
