Grouper was amazing. Scallop appetizer equally good. Love barefoot dining.
This place was great!!! Our server Oscar was great very friend explained everything we ask. He even told us how long the food was gonna take to prepare and suggested we get appetizers so we weren’t wondering where our food was. Great place!!! Must eat here!!!
How can eating good food while watching an incredible sunset be bad? The service was excellent and our fish beautifully prepared. A bit pricy but worth it for the location. There was a Musician singing which was okay but unnecessary.
Service good. View good. Atmosphere good. Food good. A lot to like.
Atardi is our favorite restaurant in Aruba. We always enjoy a wonderful meal when we spend our annual week in Aruba. Oscar is our favorite waiter and always makes us feel special and never rushed.
Totally fabulous. Food ambiance service all fantastic. Unfortunately they had a trombonist that was terrible playing the entire time!
Amazing! We actual got engaged our first night in Aruba eating at this restaurant it was perfect and amazing! It was so special.
Beautiful on the beach with no shoes! The sunset view was amazing, I would recommend getting there before the sun sets. Great service and great food!
Everything was great. Our waiter was wonderful. They made our anniversary special.
Food was very good absolutely no complains with the quality and preparation. The service however was very poor. The 2 people waiting on us were less than acceptable they rushed around and barely provided any service when they did it was hurried. At one point when clearing away dishes the waiter actually tossed the used knife back on the table to be used for the next course!!!
Very overpriced. We love exquisite food and don’t mind paying high price. The food is good but not original or spectacular in any way. The drinks are not tasty. Don’t order cosmopolitan- worst one I ever had. The view is beautiful but you can take a taxi downtown and go to Barefoot where food is better and views are great.
Food was really well done. We had the Corvina entree (blackened) and Scallops. Lobster salad to start was fantastic. Only downside were the loud kids playing in the water/beach right in front of us. Really killed the romantic ambiance until they left. After they left it was a perfect evening!
absolutely delicious. Had the tuna carapcio to start. wife had filet and lobster while I had the red snapper. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. Beautiful to sit on the sand and the live music had everyone up and dancing. They close at 10 so it is an early night. Could have danced longer.
Must get there to see the sunset- awesome . Food service is slow because your food is prepared offsite but well worth the wait. Dinner on the beach is the best.
Vacation in Aruba and this place is a must. Sandy our waiter was exceptional. Dinner on the pier at sunset was outstanding!
Atardi is the perfect setting for a romantic dinner ... but the food is just good. I have no specific complaints about the food, except that it is not as memorable as some of the other spots in Aruba - like The Kitchen Table or Yemanja. We had a part of 11 - so we tried many of the dishes.
The location and view are spectacular ... you are literally on the beach a few feet from the sea.
Vacation meal. The ambiance on the beach was great. The service was beyond slow. The waiter never offered us additional drinks. The food was okay but we have experienced better on Aruba. In general we believe we are better off staying away from restaurants affiliated with the large hotels. This is on the Marriott property.
Lovely dinner! Superb ambiance yet relaxed and flexible for families, couples. Very nice food, we all had seafood.
So nice sitting on the beach watching the sunset while enjoying a very tasty meal and cocktails. Service always excellent, too. We visit Atardi every time we are in Aruba. One of our favorite places to go.
Totally amazing !! So romantic . A beautiful dining experience!
We had an excellent meal and very prompt and courteous service. My only suggestion would be to have more non fish appetizers as there were non unless you ordered salad. Some soups such as bisques, or pumpkin or mushroom or barley would have been nice. Being right on the beach, you could enjoy a beautiful sunset from every table. The trumpet player who performed the evening we were there was very good and didn't take any breaks in the hour and forty five minutes we were there. All tables are on the sand. We were already seated in the sand when we spotted the shoe cubby where we could have left our shoes to avoid getting sand in them. The hostess neglected to tell us that it was there and we would have used it had we known about it before being seated. Bring a cell phone to use for extra light or a flashlight as it is pretty dark at the tables and a bit difficult to read the menu. They do have a colorful soft lamp at each table which makes it look very pretty as a place to dine.
A very enjoyable evening and the dining was excellent. We loved the octopus appetizer...best ever...and the macadamia grouper and sea bas were both outstanding.
Love this restaurant. Our favorite spot in Aruba.
Loved our dinner here and the service was exceptional!!!
Fish entree over cooked. Service uninspired. Setting amazing.
Lovely restaurant on the beach. Food is great. Service is terrific.
Atari was our favorite dining experience while staying at the Marriott Stellaris. The atmosphere on the beach was fantastic with soft music and a saxophone player. Tiki torches and white candlelight, white tablecloths set the stage. The hostess asked if we wanted to take our shoes off, (tables in the sand right by the water). Our waiter...so sorry I can't remember his name was very attentive and friendly offering suggestions on the menu. We had the scallop appetizer which was absolutely delicious and the garden salad. For entrees the sea bass and salmon were equally as good. The chocoholic dessert was a little disappointing....cake a little dry and we didn't much care for the peanut butter ice cream. But overall, an excellent experience we will do again.
Fabulous dinner evening for four, watching the sunset over the water! The food was exquisite and delicious!
This oceanfront on the beach dining. My wife, daughters and I went here while visiting aruba for spring break. The waiter overheard that we were also celebrating my wife's birthday and brought a cake and candle. The food and service were excellent. We will definitely be back.
Take your shoes off and enjoy fine dining on the sandy beach at sunset! This was a wonderful beach-front dining experience. The view at sunset was spectacular. The wait staff was excellent and the food was very good. I had macadamian-crusted grouper (waiter recommended) and it was awesome. The waiter said they were changing the menu the week after we were there, but he thought the grouper would still be an option. If you go to the Marriott in Aruba, do not miss this opportunity.
I loved this restaurant! We sat at a beautiful table in the sand right near the water. I had chilean sea bass and it was done superbly. The service was great. It was my first night in Aruba ever and I am so glad that I went there. It was a great way to start our trip. I ate in 6 more restaurants in Aruba that were good but this was the best. In the day it turns to a lunch restaurant called Waves. We had lunch there 5 times . The salad with grilled fish was amazing . I had it every time. Thanks
This was our 4th time at Atardi, and the food, service, and ambiance were fantastic as always. Although it is always windy in Aruba, it typically calms down somewhat in the evening. However on this occasion, for our 7PM reservation, it was still very windy. We had our bread, menus and drinks on the table, when a particularly strong gust hit and blew a menu into my wine glass, spilling it everywhere on the table. The server was quick to react cleaning the mess, and brought me a new glass of wine, no charge. I was very impressed and we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our meal. We always leave Atardi for our last meal in Aruba, and we will be back again on our next visit.
Excellent dinner, wonderful beachfront dining. Service was fabulous - a ‘must do’ when in Aruba.
We had dinner here last night with a family of 4, 2 older sons and my husband. I was the only one who liked my meal of beef tenderloin. My husband, who pretty much likes all food, said his dish was unedible. My two sons, who are ferocious eaters, also did not like their dinners. We ended up having to eat elsewhere after. The service started out fine, but went downhill from there and our dinners took forever to arrive. Anyway, don't waste your money here. Although the setting is beautiful, right on the beach, the food and service is not great at all. There are better options on the island!
Attardi ( formerly Simply Fish) was a delightful place to dine on Aruba.
Tables are at the water's edge, service is impeccable and the food divine.
Always one of our favorites! The food is delicious - get the Grouper!
My husband and I wanted a romantic dinner while we were on vacation. It was the perfect evening. The evening, dinner and service exceeded our expectations!
By the sea
We celebrated my 50th Birthday there. We were a party of five and everyone loved their dinner. The menu was fresh and creative. The view of the ocean from our table was spectacular, live music added to the experience, my husband asked me to dance twice, very romantic. The servers Daniel and Brandon fussed over me and made sure I was happy and felt special- from the champagne toast to the sparkler candle in my dessert along with them announcing and singing Happy Birthday. A night I will never forget❤️
