Server started off strong, but stopped coming by the table when we needed things. He forgot our appetizer which arrived lukewarm after we were done with our entrees. The shrimp packet was severely overcooked and all of the entrees we ordered needed salt and pepper which we had to wait a while for. We really like this place and will give it another shot in the future. However, the service this time was subpar.

We are always taken care of by Ravi and the excellent team at @Elm Street Grill. Our favorite dishes are consistent in quality and the wine list is thoughtful and extensive. We love this place!

One of my companions ordered the lamb chops, but had too send back as too rare, when ordering medium. The kitchen fixed it and it was very good and a generous portion. I chose the "special" an Ostrich steak. It was reccomended to be cooked rare. The meat was certainly rare, but the 'conective tissue' in the steak was impossible to cut. Inedible. I reordered with a small filet, which was cooked to perfection. Desserts were very good.

The menu is eclectic with something for everyone. We started with Firecracker Shrimp (6 pieces), ordered Jambalaya and Scallops Mornay for our main course, and finished with Chocolate Mouse cake. Everything was excellent and we brought home leftovers from our entrees. The service was excellent, our reservation was honored, the owner is personable and hands on.

Menu was varied and wonderful. We ordered the shrimp skillet and shrimp and grits. Both were very well cooked and delicious! Service was excellent and very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Not a huge restaurant but just large enough. A must try!
