Excellent Indian food. Wonderful service
We highly recommend!
Good experience. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. I’ll definitely go back.
I came here for my sister’s birthday and had a great time. The food was pretty good. I had the chicken tikka, samosa, and naan. All were very appetizing. They had a lemonade mojito which was rather tasty. The staff was very accommodating to our large party and helped make the day special.
Excellent Indian food in a terrific setting. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
Delicious food, lots of options, and excellent service. The Vegetarian Platter and Chicken Tikka Masala are exceptional! Great ambiance and quiet noise level.
Amazing service, delicious food, and very accommodating. Would suggest to have a larger wine list. Would help the business due to the clientele in this area.
This small neighborhood family run restaurant is a favourite of locals, but could be a great Indian local for anyone. The food is familiar Indian fare, but very well presented and ample portions. Real tandoori oven for breads and meats. Service is attentive and personal. Prices are reasonable, and the weekday lunch price is 50% off! Serves beer and wine. Make reservation as the place is small. Cozy and friendly and delicious!
Very nice dinner, very friendly owner
The food was amazing, the service was 10/10 I will 1000% go back again
Great menu, large variety of vegetarian and meat selections. Prices very reasonable for New York City.
Good food. Nice size portions. Terrific, thoughtful lady serving us.
Excellent. Some of the best Indian food I have had.
The service was good, there were language barriers. The food was terrible. I’ve been to authentic Indian restaurants and this was farthest from it. They also had cheap wine, tasted as if it came from the dollar store. I wouldn’t go back or recommend this place to anyone, bad food trumps good service.
This restaurant serves decent Indian food. My chicken tikka appetizer was very tasty and I loved the onion naan. My Rogan Josh main dish was OK, but not outstanding.
Excellent traditional Indian fare. Cozy ambiance for a half dozen tables and made to order dishes.
Good value, cozy embience, very tasty Indian curry. My friend is a vegetarian so perfect for her
Great authentic Indian cuisine at a fair price. Had dinner here a few years ago when visiting and specifically sought out this restaurant for another meal while visiting last weekend. Was not disappointed. Will be back next time I come to Brooklyn.
The service was fast, plenty of food for the price. The lighting really set the mood right. The decor was gorgeous!!! The bathroom was kept really clean too- in which is really vital for me.
The food was very good, strong flavors. The service was fast and efficient
Really good food good service and ambiance
Multiple visits. Always welcoming. Solid South Asian fare. Attentive service. Will continue to return.
The food was quite good except for the naan cheese which was tasteless. The waitress was detestable. The restaurant would be better without her. For instance, she brought us the check without asking if we needed anything else, when I asked for a hot tea she breathes out with disdain and she told me that they were closing and that I had to drink it quickly (it was 10pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm30). We let the minimum for tip as we were very dissatisfied, she came back and told us to give more.
Multiple visits. Solid Indian fare. Reasonable pricing. Attentive, efficient service. A neighborhood gem.
I was disappointed in this restaurant for both the service and the food. The service was very slow and inconsistent and definitely NOT with a smile.
A common favorite dish is Chicken Tikka Masala and it was NOT good here. The taste was too watery and had too much of a tomato soup taste. The chicken Korma was good and the nan bread was just okay.
Wide range of Indian dishes. Everything we had was excellent. Service was very attentive.
Please avoid vegetarian food here. It is tasteless. Spicy paneer is so sweet that I wonder why did I even mention to make it spicy. If they ask you to sit after 9:30pm they ll mention 10 times that we r closing soon ....that is not good service
Multiple visits. Solid neighborhood Indian cuisine. Good menu options. Good service. We'll be back.
The food was good but the service was terrible. I stood at the door and waited twenty minutes after my reservation time and all the gave was a lousy sorry. I wasn't given a napkin until I asked for one and they seated me at a dirty table.
Good Indian food in Brooklyn Heights. Owner managed with friendly service.
Best Indian food we found in Brooklyn so far.
Without a doubt the best Indian restaurant in the Brooklyn Heights area. Top quality, flavorful cuisine with first-rate service. Quiet atmosphere that allows for conversation. Very pretty décor that exudes an Old World charm. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I have been to Asya many times. I always get a thrill introducing it to people who are fans of Indian food and seeing their reactions to how terrific the food is.
It has wonderful ambience and is relaxing. I've been here half a dozen times and it will be regular for me.
Delicious food. Great service. Beautiful restaurant. We'll definitely come back.
Absolutely wonderful wait staff. The Cauliflower manchurian was the best dish in the house. Garlic naan was perfect. I highly recommend this place. They were sensitive to our fasting and helped us break our fast right on time and wished us a happy Ramadan. Easily one of our favorite Brooklyn Heights spots. Enjoy :)
I would like to thank Asya, for an amazing night. My family and I had a great time. The food and service was truly outstanding. I would like to thank Anthony for his help with menu and food choices and for making it a perfect night. Thank you Asya, you will see us again !!
The food is outstanding and our waiter made some excellent recommendations for us. I would definitely go back.
Food is incredible.
Loved everything about it except the waitress. She was rude
We love this place in our Bk Heights neighborhood. Charming ambiance with great Indian food at moderate prices.
The staff was very cold and rather rude. Appetizer, bhel puri was super sour. The chicken tikka masala was mediocre but ok overall. Lamb vindaloo tasted strongly of vinegar. The restaurant was drafty and not comfortable. It was not a warm or memorable restaurant experience. Will not return or recommend.
