We went here for my mother's birthday. We booked for 4 but only 3 could attend - there was no issue with this when we arrived. We had 1 vegan and 1 vegetarian in our party. We each got our own tea tower specific to our dietary needs. I had no idea they could even do a vegan high tea - it was amazing! Vegan scones, desserts, and savory bites as well as non-dairy milk for tea. We had a really nice relaxing time, service was very kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

Worst tea service I have ever experienced. The food was dry and tasteless. The scones were hard. They called to ask me if I had dietary needs. I told them I needed almond milk. They didn't ask if I needed sweet or unsweet so you would think they would have both. They didn't have unsweet so what was the point of the call. They don't make the tea in front of you. The table was dirty. I left early and hungry. Chateau Elan's tea service for me from now on. Chateau Elan's tea service is 5 star. St. Regis tea service is zero stars.

Everything is great and amazing. One of the best afternoon tea in Georgia. Definitely worth every bit of it.

We went for lunch and our food was mediocre. The brioche bun on my sandwich was soaked in oil and had a horrible after taste. We let the server know they did nothing about it. I expected more for the price tag attached to this place. It was my friends birthday they brought out a slice of cake. She went to cut it and it was frozen lol. We laughed at the irony. Lol Just go for high tea or brunch.

Unfortunately this time at Afternoon Tea there was a very obnoxious party that had overstayed past their lunch reservation in to afternoon tea past 1:30 (our reservation time). They kept ordering alcoholic drinks, took phone calls on speaker and cackle laughed and banged on the tables every so often. When it became clear they had no intention of leaving anytime soon I motioned to the staff if they could ask the party to maintain a respectable level of conversation that would adhere to the decorum and ambience one would expect at an afternoon tea sitting at the St. Regis. The staff said nothing to the party of 4, sadly. After awhile the manager came over. Talked with her and she was kind. But again nothing happened. Towards the end of our tea the group eventually left and we were able to finish out the afternoon tea birthday celebration for my dad in peace. A pretty sad experience on a special occasion. In the future I will be more aware and look for sign of rowdiness before I agree to a table at tea. I do intend to go back as I do believe this is unusual. Hopefully the staff and management in the future is empowered to address issues like this in the future. The atmosphere should feel elegant, sophisticated, light yet fun. It’s not a casual sports bar / restaurant to yell, bang tables and take phone calls / FaceTime calls on speaker phone. If you want that go to Applebees.

We thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon tea as it is hard to find these in the Atlanta area. The food and tea were outstanding and the service was very good. However, I assumed the champagne was included with tea and food. Make sure you know that is extra besides the $65 per person and is $20 per glass.
