The food wax below average. The brisket was so tough none if us could cut it and the slab of fat was larger than the meat.

Excellent food and service . I love restaurants with a low noise level. It was very quiet when we arrived. As toine when on, we had loud people seated next to us. The quiet was nice while it lasted. Some people are just loud.

We have been to Aspen's several times during their 'early bird' specials. Our last experience was not that great, but this latest one was probably one of the lowest quality meals we have had from there. We feel like the 'early bird' means the quality is less due to the price (this is based on our last to dinners with them. My husband ordered the Brisket and it had a nauseating amount of fat on it. I ordered the prime rib which also was a thick piece with a huge piece of fat in the middle of it. The house salad was fantastic, our server was fantastic, bread is always amazing, but we will not be back.

Excellent food and service. The past couple of times we were at Aspens we were a bit disappointed. We decided to give them another try. They were back to their high standards of food, service, and ambiance. Will again make it our go to place.

My wife’s Birthday. Very enjoyable evening. The wait staff was excellent and the food was great. My wife had the beef brisket and I had the Bay of Funday Salmon. The evening was topped off with a small chocolate mousse and a glass of Frangelico.

We went in for our anniversary. I was glad when they took us to the back where our table was in a quiet area. The food and service was great. We will be going back.

Great neighborhood place for a quiet delicious meal. Service is always great and the bar is fun without being loud and crazy. Good for a week night meal or a special occasion. One of our favorites. Nice to not have to drive into the city to find a quality restaurant. Like to eat at the bar if just stopping in for dinner. Bar tenders are very knowledgeable about wines.

We love coming to Aspens. It is our go-to place for anniversaries, birthdays and occasionally, brunch, which is amazing!

We always enjoy the brunches at Aspens. They had added some new dishes that were very good. We look forward to our next time.

Food was above average and the waiter was very attentive. A little pricey but worth the experience!

Thanks for getting the bread and spread back. It was delicious! Steaks were just ok. Brussels sprouts were so sweet, couldn’t eat them. Server was ok. Nothing special. Hope things get more back to how they used to be soon.... Still miss the salmon with spaghetti squash.

Reservation was for 5pm, arrived 4:55 and was told we would need to wait 5 minutes to be seated - the restaurant was just opening so there were tables available. The hostess was distant and barely did her job seating us at 5pm. Our server, however, was pleasant and explained the specials in a friendly manner. When we asked him to describe one of the beers he brought us a taste without being asked - very nice. When making the reservation I stated it was a birthday celebration but no mention was made until we had to ask at the end of the meal, that makes it uncomfortable for the diners (it feels like we're asking for something for free when actually we wanted the birthday guy to be celebrated with a special dessert, maybe writing Happy Birthday on the plate. The food was cooked to order, hot on arrival and our server checked on us perioodically. We did get the booth we requested in our reservation online.

It makes no sense why they don’t accept AMEX gift cards when they accept AMEX credit cards. If all they accept are Aspens gift cards then they should advertise that. This is the only restaurant I have been to that doesn’t accept gift cards. This is a major NEGATIVE for Aspens.

Delicious restaurant. Had a specific menu you could choose from for out group. Awesome evening, very impressed.

We liked that the surf and turf has options for the surf...lobsyer, crab cake or shrimp. I for the crab cake and both of and the steak were delicious.

The fish special was amazing, and our waitress suggested a wine we’ve never heard of, but when perfect with the special. Everything was great.

This is our second visit to Aspen. We had our same server and the highest level of professional service was enjoyed on both visits.

The food was hot and timely, the location is convenient and close to our home.

We wholeheartedly recommend Aspen as a cozy and friendly location for dinner and cocktails and for any special occasion from birthdays to anniversaries.

I love their big round tables!!! It’s a good place to catch up with old friends!
