Nice dinner for our 41st anniversary. Food was excellent.
Absolutely amazing food and service. We are regulars snd we are so happy that the early bird specials are back.
Great food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner for four.
Our server, Paula, was a delight! So positive and happy. The steaks were amazing and my drink was SO GOOD!!! The free dessert for our anniversary was also a nice touch.
My husband and I were celebrating our 23rd anniversary on October 18. There was a big crowd in the restaurant. We were greeted warmly at the hostess desk with anniversary wishes and escorted to our reserved table. Our assistant server was prompt in bringing our water. Our server, Thelma, was quick to take our drink orders and tell us about the specials for the evening. Several servers and the manager of the restaurant, John, came by our table to wish us a happy anniversary. After enjoying a delicious chopped salad, my husband had prime rib with a loaded baked potato. The steak was cooked to perfection. I ordered a petit filet and lobster tail. Both were excellent. We had wonderful creme brule for dessert. The evening was delightful. We left Aspens extremely satisfied with our anniversary celebration experience.
Great food, awesome service, our server was amazing. I do not remember your name but thank you soooo much for the wonderful dining experience!
My husband and I wanted to try somewhere new for his birthday dinner and we were so impressed!! Steaks cooked to perfection, fabulous selection of spirits, stellar service from beginning to end it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back. Must haves = super creamy gouda grits and the smoky jalapeno corn!!!!!!
We were celebrating our 63rd Anniversary, my 84th birthday, my husband's 89, and our daughter's birthday as well. So I chose Aspens because of our prior experience. We have been visiting there since the 90’s with friends and family. Last night was very disappointing. Maybe you should remove the French Onion Soup from your menu. We never got the appetizer, and the Buttermilk Wedge was not crisp and tasty. I noticed that Ronald didn’t write anything down, when taking the order. “ a short pencil is better than a long memory”. I tipped Ronald well, because they have to live also, not because of the service. Take this for what it’s worth. Disappointed customer.
My husbands prime rib was way over cooked. The inside of the meat was gray with little air bubble holes inside. It was horrible. Also the side we ordered without butter or pepper (allergy) had pepper visible all over it. When he sent the items back the replacement was delivered by a gentleman who did not say one word to us. He abruptly dropped them on the table tried to leave. I quickly asked him if the side had butter bc it appeared to and he assured me it did not. The replacement steak was better but the side was unknowingly smothered with butter. I didn’t find this out until we left and I har a major allergic reaction (epi pen level). Also, since our meals came out at different times I was finished with my steak before my husband even received his and before the sides even arrived. And so we did not eat together as we had planned. The waitress was wonderful but she should have offered to compensate us for at least something. The best she did was apologize and look at us like a sad puppy. We were not offered a dessert or anything at all in at least an attempt to make it better. It was a horrible experience and I’m disappointed bc I liked the service and I liked the waitress. Had they handled thus better we would have become regular patrons. But they did not and therefore we will not be returning ever again.
Lovely dinner with good food and good service
The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. Great experience.
Food amazing as always. Really enjoyed our visit
Great time, pricey, service excellent. Fried lobster tail was not good- had to send back.
The food was very good, large portions and great service.
Overall the dining experience was fine. The filet was pretty tender and the salad and smoked Gouda grits were large portions and tasty. I would visit again.
Though we live close it had been far too long since our last visit. It was as I remembered it - good food, excellent drinks and overall pleasurable. Our server Michael was attentive without being intrusive so kudos to him. All 4 dinners and accoutrements were as advertised. We will be back soon.
Michael, our server was great and the food was excellent. Overall great experience in a nicely quiet environment. Thought the Ribeye special and B&B suggestions from Michael were great.
Great place to meet friends for dinner. Good food in pleasant surroundings!
Much too expensive for too little food
They got the order wrong and instead of replacing the meal with a new one, they took the crab topping off, re-seasoned the ribeye and put it back on the grill. For a high end steakhouse, they should have known better. Not worth what we paid.
Mike was an awesome server. Really enjoyed him.
Service was essentially good.
My wife’s shrimp was good.
My fish and chips was terrible. The three items looked like overcooked corn dogs. Cutting into one of these revealed a small fish. Pulled out all three fish pieces. Cooked grouper should be white and flakey. This fish ranged from slightly white to pink revealing undercooked fish. Ate my potato and tried some white fish. Not good.
The waitress picked up my plate when she came to check on us. I had my wife’s shrimp plate in front of me as she shared her meal with me. The waitress did not inquire as to why I did not eat my entree.
Thelma was our waitress and she was both friendly and attentive. The dinner bread was fresh and most appreciated. Both our meals were delicious. (Beef Medallions and Trout) the house Pinot Grigio and Black Stallion was an excellent compliment to our meals..We had another great dining experience at Aspen’s.
Service was disappointingly slow. We waited for over ten minutes before the waiter came to our table. At the first visit, we were pressed for drink orders, appetizers, and entrees. Huge time gaps during the meal and had to track down our server.
We have gone to Aspens for many years on our anniversary. This was our 50th so we thought of no place but Aspens. Thank you for the great experience.
Michelle was awesome!
Aspens is fabulous. The creamed corn is TO DIE for.
Birthday dinner for 4 was perfectly served by Michael! Steaks all around; perfectly cooked. The corn mash is to die for - and it’s gluten free! Love!
Loved it! Our waitress was amazing and everyone loved what they ordered.
We were immediately seated on arrival and our menus were waiting as well as fresh poured water. Our server Kyra was one of the best we’ve ever had. I highly recommend asking for her. She was attentive, pleasant, and on target with recommendations and timely service. I had the Duo Medallions prepared medium rare and my wife had the 12oz Prime Rib cooked medium. We shared the Bussell Sprouts with Bacon. The drinks were poured well. The manager stopped by the table which was nice.
Celebrated our 44th wedding anniversary at Aspens. Thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Michael did a great job even though he is a Cardinals fan. Great service and food. Look forward to our next visit.
Lindsey was a terrific server! Also, the food was great.
our server Michael was GREAT, food was Excellent.
This was our first visit to Aspens as my wife and I recently moved to the area. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday and at the same time our Dateaversary. Upon arrival we noticed that the interior is cozy and inviting. We were immediately greeted by the hostess who took us to our table.
The food was great and the service was top notch. The creamed corn side dish arrived at the table with green pepper and onions, items that I don’t eat. When I said that I couldn’t have the peppers and onions they took the corn away and soon returned with a version minus the onion and peppers. This dish was very good!
Towards the end of the meal the owner stopped by to check on our evening. The waiter brought over celebratory cake and ice cream which was good. All nice touches along the way, however the final feel good was hearing the hostess thank us by name for coming in when we were leaving.
My wife and I have now found a go to place for special occasions. We highly recommend Aspens!
Our server Paula was absolutely amazing and made our anniversary night very special. When I come back I will be asking for her. The food was perfect and worth the price in my opinion.
Steaks were great and cooked to perfection. Made to order. Our sever was outstanding.
Great good and great service.
Always great food--the staff is a little overworked right now, and it shows.
Food & Service were excellent.
