    A perfect (albeit pricey) dining experience. Our waiter (Matthew, if I recall correctly) was gracious and attentive. The food was perfectly prepared and presented. Clean plates all around. Just luscious. The ambience was delightful. Cozy, quiet enough to converse, comfortable. We have another reservation for 2 weeks from now and we're excited to share this dining gem with visiting friends.

    Our waiter Mike was exceptional, on point and appropriately attentive along with a great demeanor. The owner/ stage manager was thoroughly involved without being intrusive. A bit of a hiccup was acknowledged and rectified. Highly recommend.

    Meal was very good as is usual for both Aspen and Bistro 90. However, I cannot say the steak was $20-25 better than Parsons Table or Joe’s. Value is big these days and we do not go to Bistro 90 or Aspen as much as we might have before COVID mainly due to prices now. Also, on a Sunday night in off season, with not that many tables occupied, it did take a long time for our meal to arrive.

    I’ve been to plenty fine dining establishments from all over the continental United States and this one definitely misses the mark. The food is not worthy of a five star rating.

    Incredible food!!! The ahi tuna appetizer, bread service was insane with the salted butter and custom salts, miso Salmon with Crispy Brussels’ was one of the best I’ve ever had, followed by one of the best blueberry bread pudding with salted Carmel ice cream Definitely will be back and trying bistro 90 next time I’m in town

    For some unknown reason, they seated us at a booth in the bar. Noisy & congested. Server was very informed but overly attentive and way to serious. Lamb chops were chewy. Decaf cappuccino was watery and not hot. We were so uncomfortable we did not even have dessert- and it was my husband's birthday. Also 1 bottle of Fiji water was $8. We should have been told.

    We were celebrating our 34th anniversary today. We dine at many restaurants in the area BUT we chose Aspen Grille for our celebration. We dine with Aspen Grille on a regular basis The food was very good. Caesar salad and ahi tuna to start. Dinner a filet perfectly prepared and shrimp and risotto was also good. Since there was no verbal mention of our anniversary other than the standard card of thanks for choosing us to celebrate your anniversary, nor was the traditional celebratory offering of a glass of champagne made, we decide to call it quits and skip dessert. The experience was lacking tonight and as we said there are quite a few other exceptional places to dine so not sure when we will return.

    We were very excited to dine here and had our reservation for weeks. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated right away. My husband was asked to remove his ball cap which he did immediately before we entered the dining room. I kid you not, we sat at our table for 55 minutes without so much as an acknowledgment from any server that we were there. We sat in between two tables that were being serviced by two separate servers. They would walk by us and not even look in our direction refusing to make eye contact. It was as if we didn’t exist. It was the most strange thing I have ever witnessed as a patron at a restaurant. My husband and I couldn’t believe that they didn’t even bring us a glass of water the entire time or say hello, sorry for the wait, we will be with you shortly…any explanation for the lack of service. Nothing. Crickets. For almost an HOUR! We eventually got up and left. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. DO NOT COME HERE.

    We tried to eat here on a Thursday but couldn’t get a parking spot so we left and tried again the next night. We ate at a high top table in the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. Jenny was a great server and made good suggestions. We will definitely be back. It was the best place we’ve eaten at in the past 3 visits we’ve had to the area.

    We had a wonderful time at Aspen Grill. The food was terrific, the service impeccable. It was a special night for us, as my wife and I were celebrating on a 33rd wedding anniversary. Aspen Grill helped dedication to be even more special. We will definitely be back!

    We visit Myrtle Beach every year and always dine at Aspen Grille. We have never been disappointed. We each ordered a seafood entree, one of us had the special which was wreck fish and the other had the salmon, and both were excellent. The fish tasted fresh and the way each entree was prepared was outstanding. We shared a Blueberry Bread Pudding and it was delicious as well. Precious was our server again this year and took great care of us. She is very personable. We hope to be back next year!

    I would like to thank everyone at Aspen Grille. The restaurant, food, service (Amy) was a hit. I would definitely return and recommend Aspen to anyone. We are from Maryland and every time we return to Myrtle Beach, We plan on visiting Aspen. The Shrimp/Grits was mouthwatering delicious. The roasted chicken was so tender it melted in your mouth. They seasoned the asparagus so tasting I could have eaten more. Aspen definitely gets 5stars from us.

    The Aspen Grill has been my favorite special occasion restaurant for many years. My best friend and I decided to splurge on dinner during our girlfriend weekend at the beach. Neither of us brought dressy clothes so we bought new outfits to dine here. We ordered drinks and, enjoyed a course of soup and bread. Then, when removing the salad forks, our server knocked over my glass of wine, soaking the table cloth and booth bench next to my friend. The wait staff was quick to clean and partially reset the table. Our server, who up to this point was very attentive, disappeared. The bartender brought a glass of wine to replace mine that was spilled and another server brought fresh butter and salt to the table, but not fresh bread or plates. The young man who replaced the tablecloth said, “I’m sorry for having to do this in front of you.” After a long wait, a different server brought our entrees. I asked if Precious, our server who spilled the wine, was okay since we hadn’t seen her since the incident. His reply was, “yes, she’s taking bread to another table and I wanted to get your food to you while it’s hot.” Several minutes later, Precious came by our table and asked if the food is okay. We responded “yes.” Long after we had finished our dinner, a different person cleared the table and we waited quite for someone to bring a dessert menu and decided to skip dessert. Precious approached the table with the dessert menu and asked, would you like dessert or the check. I responded, the check, please. Throughout the meal, I expected the manager to stop by and offer some expression of apology or gesture of reparation for the interruption of our dining experience. Nothing. I paid for the meal plus tip. I couldn’t understand why our service went from wonderful to horrible, especially when it was an accident caused by the restaurant, not us. It was disappointing after so many good experiences here. We enjoyed our food and had a good evening otherwise.

    Dined at our favorite restaurant. Tried the drink of the day which was a cider bourbon drink. The French onion soup was fantastic. The organic salad was fresh and delightful with dried cherries and pecans and pears. Husband had the rack of lamb and he thoroughly enjoyed it. I tried the fish of the day which was good however, I had two very large bones in the fish. Unfortunately, I didn’t see them before I took my bite so fish is off the menu there for me for a while. I will go back to my all time favorite the scallops. Our server Precious was fantastic as always. we will be back!!!!

    It was our 35th anniversary and they made it tremendous from start to finish. I'm in a wheelchair and they met us at the car to help my wife get things set up and then they wheeled me in and right to our table. The service was super, Kyle was well versed and was attentive without being on top of us. We pulled out the stops and had French Onion Soup and Carpaccio to start, along with their slices of Baguette and special Salt presentation with Oilive Oil. The Pork Chop was very tender and cooked right and the Rib Eye Steak tender with a nice char taste to it. The side of Mushrooms really wasn't needed as we already had tons of food but were flavorful and a large portion. An aged Manhattan to start the mean and a nice full Cabernet with my steak, which Kyle recommended. They then brought us a nice toast of bubbley to top everything off. We so full but desserts sounded good so we got the Blue Berry Bread Pudding and the Caramel Cake to go. Kyle even suggested how to warm the Bread Pudding at home. I want to add the manager was exceptional from helping us with the wheelchair, to frequently checking on all the seated tables, and making a very nice hand written anniversary card at the table. Yes, we dropped a few bucks for this occasion and certainly made the right choice with Aspen Grill.

    The room we were taken to was quiet and well decorated. The table setting was very nice. The noise level in the room was very good. However, the lights flickered continually while we were there. We ordered wine and champagne to start. When our drinks came, we were ready to order our dinners and did so with an appetizer. About 20 minutes after we ordered, the waiter came to let me know that the dish I ordered was no longer available because they ran out. This is their number one dish and it’s only 6 o’clock and they ran out, which was very surprising. I went ahead and ordered another dish. 10 minutes later, our appetizers arrived. Very hot and quite delicious. Unfortunately nothing else came for an hour and no one bothered to come and tell us anything. Finally, after an hour of waiting, a woman came by, not our waiter, to say she was sorry it was taking so long, and that they didn’t forget about us but nothing else. At this point my husband was not feeling great so by the time the food got there, he was really not doing well. When we asked the waiter what happened he simply said oh we had a large party of 11. there was no apology or no offer of being sorry that it took so long. We just asked them to box it up and we brought it home. So, I can’t really tell you how that is until tomorrow. I was really disappointed since I was really looking forward to this birthday dinner out. What was really worse was that two other tables came in after us and had drinks appetizers their meal and dessert before our meal even came I was expecting someone to tell us how sorry they were or make an offer to compensate us somehow, but they didn’t even acknowledge it happened.  I was very disappointed Since we booked this for my birthday. It seems that the food is done very well but the restaurant is not managed very well. Even though we really enjoyed the appetizers, I’m not sure we’ll go back

    Our favorite restaurant in Myrtle Beach local feel great service and food is always outstanding great fresh fish specials. Our waitress Precious had great recommendations can't wait for next trip to Myrtle Beach to dine there again.
