Food was horrible especially for the price although the presentation of the food was quite nice.
Thank you for the great table! It was an amazing evening!
The food was mediocre. The lunch menu was so limited. The ambiance was amazing though.
The food was fantastic and the wine pairing was amazing
We will come back often
Been there several times for business and was never going back because of the service and other unacceptable experiences. BUT-decided to try one more time with my family. This time was special because of our server Maryann! Thank you.
Amazing food and amazing service, Daniel looked after us and he was brilliant.
Took the restaurant over an hour and a half to deliver main course after we told them we had to be out for an 8pm show.
Tuna tartare had almost no taste of tuna, just spice, and the portion was minuscule. Cod was overcooked, paired with dry edamame and lacking flavor. MEDIOCRE CAPPUCCINO WAS $12 AND MEDIOCRE COFFEE WAS $10.
We celebrated birthday of my lovely wife. Atmosphere, service were incredible and tasty food. Even got a chocolate birthday cake :)
Holiday seasons brunch
Nice place, good for specisl occassions but overpriced for the quality of food. The food was nice but not out of this world
The food was delicious and the service was excellent.
Wonderful food, outstanding service and stunning views - perfect for a special evening .
With a limited time in New York we made an effort to have lunch here and were disappointed.
Before booking we had seen the menu so knew what the meal costs were.
We ordered a vegetable soup to share, clearly haute cuisine in size and presentation but quite tasty.
We both ordered poached salmon that disappointed because we felt it was under-cooked and it was served with no accompaniments, and was, from our observance of other tables, the smallest meal on the menu.
We were asked how our meal was as the plates were removed and we said we felt it was underdone.
I personally don't like the food there, but maybe others will like it.
The service is either too fast ot too slow. One of the dish took more than half an hour to come.
Phenomenal experience! Great food, service and amazing views! All around fantastic ambiance and experience.
A grand fancy restaurant on a high floor in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Center. The menu felt dated and uninspired. It was haute cuisine (French) with an Asian element. But some of the dishes are widely available in other downscale restaurants (hamachi crudo), and frankly much better at the lower cost competitors. Of the inventive dishes, we really didn't like any of them. I had a cold lobster in a cold consumme and maybe it was my mistake but the day before I had been served a lobster dish at another restaurant that was made in butter cognac reduction that was vastly more interesting than this cold dish. My main was a salmon. The server never told us how it was prepared and it came out warm and poached with only salt and as a seasoning. It's hard to get that excited about a $50 portion of poached salmon (with a little avocado as an accompaniment. Ultimately, this restaurant reminded me of the menus at the 80s grand dame NYC restaurants. Style has taken these types of restaurants to the background in favor of organic and farm to table eclectic cuisines. We figured we'd give this one a try but it really felt dated. BTW, the room is spectacular and the service was great. Our only let down was the food itself.
Wonderful night out. Myself and the fiancée had the chef tasting. All together a great meal and experience. Without any alcoholic beverages and adding gratuity. The bill was 421$. Definitely not a cheap date, but worth the experience.
Tourist trap with a great view only if you have a window table. We did and the view is a great Central Park view.
Birthday, would have liked a window table, but it was ok nonetheless.
Spectacular location overlooking Central Park South from the 35th floor. Plenty of space, quiet, intimate. Superb cuisine with human sized portions.
Very friendly staff. Excellent view. Food presentation was top notch. Food was really good!
Perhaps the most over-priced restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Even without wine it was stupidly expensive. Just money for the sake of it.
The views might have been good were it not for the way that the lighting made the reflections impossible to see through.
Unless someone else is paying I’ll never go there again. Indeed, I might not even then.
Was my birthday . We had a window table . Everything was perfect :)
My new favorite restaurant.. food is amazing especially the salmon
Outstanding food and service
Website advertised vegan tasting menu. Even told them in advance I was vegan. Turns out the menu wasn’t vegan, and when we requested a vegan menu, the water said “okay but it won’t be the most inspiring.” He was right, it was very uninspired and mostly just the sides from the regular menu. Still, I appreciate they were able to accommodate me, but I shouldn’t have to feel like I’m making a special request when the menu advertised vegan options. Definitely did not appreciate when they brought out one of my courses and described it as “this should have been the duck.” I guess that’s what $800 gets you these days.
The food was good. The view and service is spectacular
Very business casual and therefore it has a very formal atmosphere. Great views though and good service.
Amazing view, great service and delicious food.Clean and quiet place to dine.
We arrived there at 11:45 sharp but the restaurant was not even open. It took at least 15 minutes for them to get our table ready. Also it took a while for them to find the wine we have ordered. So, we only got it at the main course. Good for brunch on weekends and definitily an amazing view.
Spectacular views, corporate food and not attentive service
Wonderful experience. Impeccable service, meal and view
Not the same splendor it used to have. Years ago, it was quite spectacular.
Food not good :(
Ambience was kind of depressing, food was great and what annoyed me most was the fact the waiter rushed us from the starts to the end. There’s no worse sensation then that!
Definitely never going back for sure.
Beautiful location...Central Park view. Food and service were both superlative. Price Fixe was a value. Next time I would go with the wine pairing.
Trip to NYC.
Had dinner with a friend. The food was excellent, wine was very good. Very attentive staff.
