Good dining experience. We really enjoy our server, Janel. She is exceptional.
Was unable to use gift card
Great food, great night.
Good but wish they had Spirits...
I took my husband to dinner here and the food and ambiance was amazing! The waitress was attentive and cheerful, the drinks and food came out perfectly cooked! My scallops were wonderful! This place is a gem and doesn’t break the bank for date nights!
Popular place. Loved the hint of Rosemary in the bread. Glad we had a reservation. There were many people who came in without one and had to wait 45 minutes Saturday evening.
The restaurant itself was great along with the service, wine, and the location of our table. The food was another story though. The lasagne tasted like macaroni and cheese that someone added too much cheese too and I left with an $80 bill.
Loved the vibe and service Penny our server went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed!
Will be back-so many good options on the menu!! Wait staff very attentive.
So delicious, beautiful atmosphere, perfect for spending much needed time with my husband! I had the Avezzano dish, and it was amazing. The lamb was perfect, and the combination of flavors was delightful. It is one of our favorite spots downtown!
Asiago's is always a great place for lunch or dinner. I have never been disappointed by the food or the service. I will return.
Reservation was at 6:30 we called ahead to confirm they told us later they would be ready. We came at 7 and were asked to wait. 7:15 we were seated drinks & food ordered. 8:40 we ask about our food and our waitress says “your orders are second in line to come out” and that t would still be a little while. We asked for our check for 2 salads, bread, and 2 glasses of wine. She brought us a $179 bill and wouldn’t listen to us when we told her it was wrong...after arguing she realized we did not receive ANY food and the charges were removed. Bill was still $60....most expensive salad I’ve ever had
Loved our experience at Asiagos. The food was superb and staff went out of their way to ensure we we're satisfied.
Freshly baked bread, grated cheese (I think asiago), with vinegar and olive oil to start. Friendly service, delicious pasta. Great experience, maybe a bit snug, but would definitely go again.
Cool place and the Groupon deal is awesome. They could use a little more room. We've been 3 times but this time the room we were seated in was unbelievably loud. Couldn't converse without yelling. Maybe some sound dampeners or something? Overall, I love the place and the atmosphere. The food is top notch, especially for the price. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful service and the food was excellent. The gnocchi was perfect.
Everything is always great and enjoyable! Food and service is always impeccable, the only downside is how noisy it gets.
We've been to Asiago's one other time and the food and service were good. This time the service was terrible and the food was subpar at best. Very disappointing.
The only complaint we had was that they sat us next to the door and it was FREEZING anytime someone walked in. Wait staff was friendly, but seemed a little frazzled when it got busy. Food was good.
Asiagos is always a great place to go for lunch or dinner. Everything on main menu is great but they also have a great low carb menu. They are very accommodating to special requests. Wonderful service!
We had a groupon coupon so the value was great! The server was polite and prompt. The food was delicious! We'll be back!
Once again, Asiagos went above an beyond in taking care of our guest and our party after his speech at Boise State. Great food, great service.
We like asiago's. It's always been very good and this trip was no exception. The food and service were really good as normal. One thing that we have noticed our last few trips is it it seems to be cold there. Fortunately we did not sit by the window or I'm sure it would have been colder. Other than that it was a great experience.
My husband and I have been going here for years and have always had great food, great service and great seating. The only warning I would suggest is always do a reservation, it makes getting in quick and easy, also don't go on Valentines Day it is packed even with a reservation because of the holiday. Otherwise eat, laugh and enjoy.
I ordered the Sillano pasta; mushrooms, broccoli and zucchini in a white sauce. There is more flavor in a jar of Alfredo from the store than there was in that pasta. My fiancé order a seafood meal and described it as a pasta from the frozen section. There were shrimp in the pasta with the tails left on and I myself have never seen that from a restaurant. As described in their title, Asiagos - restaurant and winery, I wanted to try the wine. Assuming they would bring a house wine (silly me), she brought me Apothic Red. I was very un-impressed and will not be going back.
Poor service, poor setup, and noise level was out of hand.
We were here on Valentine's Day, had a 7:00 reservation, checked in at 6:45, finally got seated at 7:30, missed the first half of the basketball game that we were hoping to attend. The staff that was seating people had no idea what was going on and were totally confused.
It was Valentines Day, we had made the reservation weeks in advance because this is a restaurant we usually enjoy. The tables were so close together you couldn’t even walk between them. We literally introduced ourselves to the next table since we might as well have been seated at the same table. Tried to make the best of it, ordered a bottle of wine. When the waitress couldn’t up sell us to an expensive bottle, she said “oh, you want the cheap wine!” Should have left then and there. Food wasnt as great as we remembered - haven’t even bothered to eat the leftovers. Won’t be doing this again any time soon.
Valentines Day was fabulous. Service was great, food was excellent. It was busy but our server did a super job. We definitely will be back.
For Valentine's Day... Be prepared for tables to be 18" apart!!!
I totally get it... Minimum space available.
Tables are too close. Bought a Groupon to try the restaurant, made reservations right after buying the Groupon, then told after arrival, not able to use Groupon on Feb 14. Did not feel fair. Ended up sharing the meal because we thought we had bought the 2 Groupons.
There were 2 of us eating and had a 4:30pm reservation, which isn't a super busy time, and we waited an hour for our food. There were two tables of 2 also who arrived 30 minutes after us (at least 20 minutes after we ordered our food) one received there food before us and the other at the same time as us. While our food was taking unusually long our server didn't make any attempt to communicate this to us, more often then not she walked by without saying a word to us. The food was pretty good, we thought, but both ended up with upset stomachs not long after leaving. It was a terrible experience and we wouldn't go back or recommend to a friend.
Enjoyed the first time we went there months ago. Purchased a group on to use for Valentines Day but it was denied because it was a restaurant holiday. We were seated at a table squeezed against a wall with very limited personal space and definitely lacking in surface area for drinks, plates, and silverware on the table top. The food was average to below average.
Asiagos was a terrible decision. You must have to be drunk to enjoy this food. Unfortunately, we were not. Our raviolis were undercooked and the crab taste like toe jam disguised with excess salt. How can you screw up a perfect steak? Asiagos can, burn it to a friggin char and cover it with pepper.
The food was terrible. The service sucked.
When we got there they told us we had to be out in an hour because they were going to be very busy. Our waitress didn’t come back until 15 minutes after we got our food. Long enough to make us want to eat the food. We tried paying with a groupon, the only reason we went there in the first place. The waitress told us we could not, after we had ordered and ate. We payed $65 for a terrible experience. Hard pass on Asiagos.
Asiago's never disappoints. We know we can always take friends there and have a great experience. The food is delicious and carefully prepared & nicely presented. It's always freshly prepared on site. Wait staff is pleasant & give good service.
Make sure to buy the Groupon for this place at least 4 hours in advance before you go there. Its a mediocre restaurant but $22 (groupon) for $40 worth of food is a pretty good deal.
Had a great meal with friends. We especially enjoyed the antipasto tray:) We looks ok forward to going again in the near future.
Steak and mash potatoes were cold. Service extremely slow - under staffed. Have eaten at Asiagos before and had a good experience, but probably won’t go back.
The bruschetta appetizer was delicious. Service was very good. Our main courses were ok. Likely not a regular place for us.
