Asiago's Ratings and Reviews
Excellent food, excellent server (sorry did get her name - but such a pro and not “in your face” but always attentive)....it was a Saturday evening so bustling but even though there was a complication with our reservation, they amicably accommodated us. Thank you!
The service was absolutely terrible. We had a reservation and waited 10 minutes to be seated and there were multiple empty tables. Once seated, we waited 30 minutes for our waitress to take our drink orders and then another 25 to get our drinks. When our food finally came it was cold and our steak was over cooked. We will not be returning.
The atmosphere, service and food were all absolutely incredible! My daughters (one very picky) loved everything. The noise level was a little more than I generally prefer but, it would not stop me from returning unless quiet conversation was required or I had someone with me that was hard of hearing.
The restaurant was very busy and loud, however it wasn't bad because it was alive with energy.
The service was a little slow, but only because they were totally full and it was a Friday night.
Waitress and other staff were friendly and pleasant, food was very good and I was very glad that I made a reservation. I will definetly go back.
Service was okay, not great staff not really friendly. Dinner took a long time then was cold when it came out. Steak served with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables which were also mainly potatoes......oddd. Another diners burger ordered well done was actually burned when it came out and everything was cold after a 35 minute wait. Will not be going back.
I've been here many times before. I wouldn't reccomend it as I was treated horribly. I asked to speak to a manager several times and I was never taken seriously. We had asked for a correction on the bill as we were told our issue with the food we ordered would be taken care of and it was not. I paid $50+ for over cooked ribs that took a little over an hour to come out and by the time it was brought to the table the potatoes and other items on the plate were extremely cold. I am highly disappointed. Don't waste your time or money eating here, it takes way too long to even come out and managers won't do anything to resolve the issue. Very poor customer service.
Tried this restaurant after many years away in the hopes that it had improved. The recommended wine was great and the bead was delicious. Other than that, sadly disappointinh. The waitress was hurried, the table was by the door in an awkward position sticking out in the way, and the food was rather tasteless but very pricey.
Asiago's made the celebration of my new career a memorable one. I've never liked wine and I explained to our server why, but that I really wanted to celebrate with some and she brought the most perfect glass for me to try. I was beyond satisfied with the service, the atmosphere, and the food! Highly, highly recommend.
Asiago's provided friendly service and a great atmosphere. The menu is small but not at all common and very high quality. It's a very enjoyable place to go for a nice dinner. Would recommend to everyone and anyone. It's not very friendly for kids, there's not much room to fuss or to eat for kids.
I took a first date to Asiago's, mid week and ate on the patio, outdoors. Both the food and service were excellent... it took a while longer than usual to get our entries, but that was sort've expected, not at all inconvenient. An overall romantic experience.
Asiago's never disappoints. Delicious food and Janel provides the best service. Hands down my favorite restaurant - I can always find a dish that suits my needs. As a nutritionist I expect good quality food and yes, this restaurant does focus on bread and pasta, but there are plenty of options that won't leave you feeling like all you had to eat was carbs. The music is never too loud, the overall atmosphere is suited very well for many occasions, and with all the fresh ingredients, you won't be disappointed!
