Service was outstanding and food was amazing. I received an email telling me the restaurant reported that I didn’t show to my reservation, which was not accurate but other than that it was wonderful

We arrived for our reservation, and was brought to a terrible table on the outdoor patio. It had no lighting, and no server. We sat for 10 minutes without any attention from the staff, no water was brought to us. We ended up deciding to leave after 15 minutes, and I’m sure no one even noticed we left. I will never return here nor reccomend this restaurant to anyone.
Always fresh good sushi and great service so this was another nice experience. Loved the sunset roll, yakatori salmon and sashimi.
Excellent food presentation & service!
Overall the food is decent, but the service was exceptionally slow for a Tuesday night. 3 entrees were served after waiting 45 minutes, and the 4th entree(sushi) arrived 20 minutes later. We felt bad eating our hot entrees in front of my daughter who patiently waited for the sushi to arrive. Plenty of good restaurants on Las Olas Blvd to try, but avoid this one.
Sushi excellent. Saumon trop cuit mais remplacé sans problème. Red Snaper entier très décevant et curry aux crevettes très ordinaire. Donc .....à l’avenir choisir sushis seulement!

The food was delicious, but it seemed like it took a long time for the drinks and dinner to get out. Not to mention, that it wasn’t busy and I had to look around for the waitress to get the check. The location is great!
As always, good was amazing, fresh, delicious, and a wide variety to choose from. Service is always on point, waiters always make good recommendations, and are polite and knowledgeable of the products.
Everything was just MEH. We heard this restaurant was fantastic and were looking forward to enjoying a night out. Upon arrival, we asked to be seated outside where we saw several empty tables. We were told no. Meanwhile, those tables sat empty the entire time we were there. It took quite a while to get a server to the table, another maybe 10 or so minutes to order. I ordered a Tom Yum soup that was quite salty, my husband got a house salad that should have been ashamed to be called that in an “upscale” establishment. Our sushi rolls came out and we each had one piece and couldn’t eat because it was that bad. It was a bit fishy and the just not well made. Thankfully, our server was kind enough to remove them from the bill. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.
Service was very disorganized. Soups and salads before the appetizer then main course before any of the aforementioned items were finished. Order was botched. Tried to take plates before we were finished. The food was pretty good though. We won’t be back.
We ordered a selection of sushi, rice, teriyaki, gyoza and yakitori, all of which was tasty. Our server was very competent and friendly. The tables where we were sitting seemed a bit crowded together. We were disappointed that the restaurant does not offer a full bar and the wine list is minimal.
Service was painfully slow but it was clear they were understaffed as the waitress was running between multiple areas. Food was OK but nothing great. Would not return.
Good food, good service, if outside seating is desired you need to indicate where, along the lagoon is best!
We were looking for a quiet spot with great food and found it at Asia Bay. We had a quiet table on the canal and a server that was helpful and friendly. Her recommendations were spot on. Both the beef and chicken apps and entrees were delicious and had enough heat for our tastes.
We were not rushed at all and enjoyed a leisurely meal in the center of Fort Lauderdale.
All four of us had really excellent dishes! However I did not care for the house pinot grigio, but no big deal.
Book outside - inside is below average
This was our first time going to Asia Bay and we will definitely return.Everything was great and the food was delicious. Our waitress Stephanie made the experience even better. Ask for Stephanie if you go there. If you make reservations be sure to request to sit outside by the water. That area fills up quickly but the view is so worth it.
A wonderful find while vacationing in Ft. Lauderdale. Patio seating is great and noise level is low so you can have a conversation with friends. Excellent sushi and sashimi. They have sweet shrimp and fry the heads which were delicious. All the fish was extremely fresh and rolls were incredible. The staff was warm and more than accommodating. Went twice and will go again when I return!
Outside by the canal is so nice, food is great, service pretty good.
Absolutely beautiful restaurant on the water, perfect for date nights!! It was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. The only con was the wait for our waitress to come and introduce herself & get our beverage order but once that hurdle was passed it was a nice experience.
The food was amazing and perfect for sharing! Price point is also great for the amount of food you get. Teriyaki salmon and tuna rock were amazing and sushi was very fresh!
We had dinner here to celebrate a business success. Normally, the outside seating would be preferable, but it was windy and a bit chilly so we opted for the more utilitarian inside seating. They do have heat lamps outside for those less wimpy than us. I had a dream roll, along with a tuna and a salmon sushi. My wife had a small combination sushi plate. We were both quite happy with the freshness and quality of our dishes. The sushi are larger cuts of fish than you normally get. The dream roll was quite large (it would have been enough for dinner), a clever and attractive combination of avocado, cream cheese and other items surrounded by a rice layer and topped with small, crispy slices of tuna and salmon. I am quite sure the items are made to order because it took longer than I expected to get them. The menu is extensive and includes a nice selection of Thai dishes as well. I would go back.

Service was great. Our waitress was kind and patient with us as we had never been there before. Menu has almost too much to pick from so it can be a little overwhelming.
The food was good but there is a slight premium attached. What I didn't expect was the huge markup on alcohol. Sho Chiku Bai is a sake that generally runs around $10. There markup was almost 300% at $29.

Great location. Pretty setting both inside and outside. We ordered both sushi and hot food from the kitchen. Sushi came out fast and it was fresh and very good. Hot food took quite a omg time but worth the wait. Only thing lacking was wait staff. Although the staff was friendly there was just not enough of them. I would go back but just need to pack your patience.
I’ve been to Asia Bay twice. The tempura is the best I’ve ever had. The sushi and sashimi were also outstanding. The service was excellent. The courses were served at appropriate intervals.
Very bad service. If you reserve on Opentable, they make you wait until "real reservations arrive". We waited 30 minutes while tables were free. Had to tell them twice we had reservations. They don't care.
We ordered a few dishes and it turned out to be way too much food. The server should have made a comment but didn’t. In the past the server usually lets you know so you don’t waste your money.
Food was very disappointing. Have had far better sushi elsewhere throughout fort Lauderdale. Service was friendly but inattentive and mistakes were made in the order (if you can't remember orders, write it down). Listed as medium priced but a poor value, I would list as 3 TEMP_OC_CONTENT_HERE#039;s
