First time to Asado. Was not expecting the more casual attire by both customers and staff.
With the large wall open to the street the temperature inside was a bit warm, although on a cooler day/evening that would be a great place to sit, watching people go by on the street.
Overall Asado was a good place to eat, although a little spendy for the more casual atmosphere.

Awesome steak, awesome sides & dessert, great servers...all without the snobbish pomposity many steak houses would have you endure for half the food at twice the price. I'm extremely happy we stumbled in to this great find. All high reviews are well, well deserved.

If you're a carnivore, you will love this place! Meat, mostly beef, grilled over a wood fire. Delicious if a little pricey. Service was top notch!

Very interesting menu. Good change of pace for different flavors. Excellent service. Tables are very close together. Small tables and hard wood chairs.

We went for my sister's anniversary dinner. Everyone loved the entrees. We orded the crab cakes and steamed clams for the starters. The clams were a small portion, it would definally not have been enough for an entree, even with the salad that came with it. I think I will stick with the ceviche next time.

I took my dear friend there for lunch. We had reservations and were seated right away. Service was great, friendly, great with description. We were both thrilled with our main course and our cocktails. If there was 1 thing I would say could be improved on, it would be the plantain appetizer plate. It came loaded with plantain chips, but only about 2 tablespoons of guacamole 🤔. Maybe I just like guacamole too much...lol. I will definitely be back👍

We posted a review of Asado back in January. We dined there another 5 times and our experiences were consistently exceptional. This review covers our last experience.

I have never, ever given a terrible review and I was prepared to do just that but, thankfully, the general manager addressed the situation.

Asado is a great restaurant; we seem to have caught them on an off night which happens to everyone.

Once the GM was informed of our experience he called me and assured me this was an aberration. He even went so far as to invite us back for a comp meal which was not necessary but we appreciate the gesture.

On the basis of the GM's concern for our dining experience we are more than pleased to return to what had been one of our go-to restaurants.

Ambience is great, except for the noise level. Both entrees over cooked and when we complained to waiter, nothing was done to rectify...for the price point I would of expected service recovery with meal.

The food at Asado is SO GOOD. I haven't had this great of a dining experience in awhile. Every bite we took my family and I looked at each other saying "this is so good!!"
We ordered the family Asado experience menu for 4 which includes a sampling of 5 appetizers, two steaks plus grilled chicken and prawns, and a sampling of four desserts. Everything was totally delicious. This was our first time here and I guarantee we will be going back! SO GOOD!

Went for my son's 23rd Birthday. First time going to Asado. Didn't quite know what to expect but our experience was a great one on all levels. Was greeted and seated quickly and our server was friendly and professional the whole time. Food was amazing. At our table we had everything from Sea Bass to Flat iron steak. We were all very happy with choices.

Was there for brunch for mother's day and had a good meal with steak and chorizo. My mom on the other habd didn't enjoy her food as much - it was the hashbrown with pork belly? Their bread and butter were awesome!

Typically I would give Asado a 4 or 5 star rating but my experience was not what I had been accustomed to as we have chosen Asado for most of our special occasions, birthdays, happy hour, etc. It was my friends birthday and we ordered the halibut to share along with a quinoa salad and a mixed green salad both of which were very good. Desserts and drinks were good also. The halibut was served over lentils but when it was brought out, it had a very strong fish odor, but we chose to eat it anyway since we had never experienced a bad meal before. Needless to say, we both experienced stomach issues that evening and the next day. As I am employed at Metropolitan Market, I am very aware that halibut should not have a strong fish odor when cooked or prior to cooking. We should have gone with our instinct and refused the halibut. I find it odd that the chef did not notice this odor upon cooking our meal.

This is not a quiet restaurant, and conversations get louder as the evening progresses, but the fantastic food and amazing service are worth it. Sarah was our server, and she did a fabulous job taking care of us. While I do not want to minimize that by any means, I do want to mention the stand-out person of the evening who worked our table. The busboy, Dillon! Our impression of him is that he is an amazing young man who is hopefully going to do great things in his life. He was friendly, made excellent eye contact, and paid great attention to detail. It was refreshing watching someone in his age group do his job with such a wonderful attitude.
