One of our favorites. Always great food and great service.
Food was good. Waiter did not bring the to go box with half of the meal. Hard to hear companions due to noise level
The meal was excellent and the server was very attentive. I really liked the restaurant layout and ambiance.
I want to start by saying the Food and ambiance was amazing, but service was not the best. Table was left dirty for far too long after the meal was finished. Also when ordering wine by the bottle you expect a certain presentation when it comes to the table. I had to Pour my wife's glass twice because it was empty.
I have eaten here numerous times. Waitress gave great service and the food was delious. Celebrated our sons birthday and he was given a free chocolate ice cream sundae. Great value and we will be returning to eat there soon.

We've been regulars at Artin's since it opened, but unfortunately, it's been slipping lately. The past 2 or 3 visits, we've noticed that the prices have increased pretty significantly, while the food and service have declined. The food is still good, but not close to what it used to be. Last Saturday we went out for a family dinner and noticed that most of the long-time servers that we know and recognize are no longer there, nor was the usual maitre d. We drew an obviously new server who was not particularly well trained or attentive, so I only gave 2 stars for that. We've never waited that long for service, and it wasn't particularly crowded.
We noticed that the prices had increased - again, and all (even my kids) agreed that the food just wasn't at the quality we are used to getting at Artin's. I don't know if there is a new owner, manager, or what's going on, but it just isn't nearly the value that it used to be (used to be AMAZING price for quality). Would still suggest others try it, as it's still a pretty good restaurant, but we're going to start looking for a new go-to.
We have been here for lunch and dinner, the service and food is to perfection. I would and have recommended highly.
Food was good. Service was average however it was NYE so I'm sure that had an impact. Waited 30+ minutes past reservation time. Coffee was not fresh and desert was cold(bread pudding).
Dinner and Service was good for New Year Eve. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes with a reservation, Manager promised free round of drinks but never came through.
Great New Year's Eve dinner!
Normally we love Artin's. This was our 4th NYE. Service was terrible. Beverages were slow. We got food that was not ours as well as someone else's doggie bags. We were rushed throughout. Time for a new tradition for NYE.
Everything was great, except I'm not sure what happened to their reservation system. We had a reservation for 7pm, and still wasn't seated by 7:25. We ended up just sitting at some bar tables by 7:30, it all worked out. It was NYE, so I'm sure that doesn't happen a lot.
New Year's Eve bust
We have dined at Artin's about one Friday a month for the past 2 years or more. We have also dined there on special nights because the food and service is always great. For the 3rd New Year's Eve in a row, we went to Artin's with a 7PM (early) reservation. When we arrived the place was packed and clearly overbooked. Wait was only 1o minutes for our table. When we sat, we ordered our drinks which arrived punctual. We then placed our food order of an appetizer, salad and main course. Appetizer's came out 30 minutes later, with an apology from our server that the Kitchen was really backed up. Another 40 minutes pass by with 2 apologies from our server about the kitchen being really backed up. (Up to this point we had said absolutely nothing about any of the wait time as we were not in a hurry) The 4th time the server stopped by to apologize about the kitchen, I nicely reminded him that we were waiting for a cesar salad and a spinach salad both of which were likely already pre-made and in a giant server bowl which just needed to be scooped onto a plate and delivered to the table. Within 5 minutes our salads arrive and the main course arrived shortly thereafter.
Food was prepared perfectly prepared and did not disappoint .
What I think happened, and its disappointing is that Artin's overbooked and understaffed the kitchen.
All in all, we plan to dine again on Friday's during 2017 but will scratch Artin's from the "busy nights" like New Year’s Eve where service goes out the window in the effort to make a quick buck.
I cannot say enough good things about Artin's. Looking for someplace new (for us) to dine on New Year's Eve, I changed reservations from a few places and settled on giving this place a go... I am SO GLAD we did! My husband had the blackened redfish and really enjoyed it and I had the Filet Mignon and I LOOOOOOOVED it!! We both said it was probably the best steak we've had in the DFW area in a long time. I had a side of the cast iron potatoes and they were good (would benefit from more seasoning) and a wedge salad that was fabulous (blue cheese perfection) and the bread was perfect! My only regret was that I was so full I did not have room to try the desert. The price is comparable (or a bit lower) than other good steakhouses in the area. My steak was better than anything I have gotten in a long time from Silver Fox, Texas, Three Forks, Ruth Chris, or Bob's). Cannot wait to go back and solidify it wasn't a fluke it was so good. Our waiter, Cody was great, did not rush us, did not bug us, but made sure we were happy with what we had at our table... we were! Happy 2017 and thank you Artin's for helping us ring in the new year!
Fantastic food! We really enjoyed everything we ordered! Seemed like a limited menu but everything was great!!!!!
This was a great time to visit with friends from our past. Great food! Good wine. Quiet enough for intelligent conversation. And excellent service!

the waiter checked on our order after 25 min. The kitchen forgot to cook our order. the waiter did the best he could. the kitchen messed up. The manager walked by and said sorry for the wait. She should have offered us another drink, on the house. The waiter did give us 2 free deserts. It would have been nice if we were asked what we wanted; free drink or free dessert.
