Amazing! Excellent service and great food!
Best in Nola. Steaks you can cut with a butter knife.
The Jazz Trio was wonderful. The bananas foster was amazing!!
Quintessential New Orleans. Beautiful bistro. Fabulous service. Wonderful food. Great jazz!
The ambiance was great and the service excellent.
A beautiful, historical restaurant in New Orleans. I enjoyed the jazz and vibe. The waitstaff was impeccable. The cocktails were good. However sorry to say the food was not the best.
The puff potatoes were cold, the dipping sauce congealed. The shrimp appetizer was plentiful however (to me) the sauce had a bitter taste at the end. I also had the okra which was good yet a small portion for the price. The shrimp creole was uneventful creole tomato sauce, and shrimp on a bed of rice. The other people in my party had the chicken and the crab cakes. They said it was ok yet again nothing special in taste or presentation not what we expected for the price or the hisory/reputation of Arnaud's. For desert we shared bread pudding and the chocolate bomb. The bread pudding was warm yet just served on a plate with a small amount of sauce drizzled over it. At least the chocolate bomb had whipped cream and a cherry. There was an added fee to each diner's dinner tab for the jazz for music/musicians (which I understand) however we had a late reservation so we only got to hear about 30 minutes of music. I had not been to Arnaud's in many years. I am glad we went yet a little disappointed overall compared to other dining experiences during our holiday weekend. When spending over $200 for dinner in the heart of Bourbon Street I expected more.
We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday and the staff treated her like a princess. An experience we will remember.
The Jazz band took frequent breaks, we heard about 10 minutes of music in 1.5 hours. The food was lackluster at best. The service was good and the staff was friendly. This is the worst fine dining experience I've had in New Orleans.
We took several customers here during a recent convention to enjoy a great meal in a classic New Orleans restaurant. Order Cafe Brulo at the end of the meal for a little extra experience and fun.
The food outstanding! Gluten free items clearly listed! Music outstanding! Noise level perfect! Staff OUTSTANDING! Drinks outstanding! I could not have expected anything better!
Nice restaurant. Great ambiance. Wish they had given us bread plates or at least swept the table of crumbs. Other than that, good food, good music.
It was the perfect location for a very special occasion! The music was phenomenal, and they even did table to table serenades! Everything was perfect!
Outstanding service and excellent food. Great Jazz trio.
Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Wonderful food, jazz and service.
Amazing dining experience in the French Quarter! The service was outstanding and the food couldn't have been better. The Jazz musicians were friendly and accepted requests. I would highly recommend.
Wonderful evening. I didn't want to leave after our dinner. The food was delicious, loved the music. We sat near a window with a view of Bourbon Street and all that was happening there. We will definitely go back when in New Orleans again.
Ambiente muy agradable , buena comida
We were traveling across country to see our grandchildren and planned a quick overnight to New Orleans and dinner at Arnaud's. It did not disappoint. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. Ending the meal with Bananas Foster was the perfect dessert. Worth the visit.
Wonderful food. Excellent service. Great music - particularly with the requests at the tables for folks at dinner.
We had a great dinner at Arnaud's bistrot! Great music from the trio, delicious food (a revalation were the pommes soufflées). Also very good cocktails and we had a peak at the museum with the colorful dresses! All in all a very good night, highly recommended!
It’s a tourist trap and the food is not very good at all. So sorry...
The ambiance was great, the jazz trio delightful. Our waiter(s) were excellent!! And the food was absolutely delicious!!
Wonderful fine-dining experience! Service, very professional, attentive, polite and personable. Enjoyed the ala cart menu, the food was delicious. Wonderful dining experience enjoying the view of the people walking along Bourbon St and being entertained by the "Gumbo Jazz Trio" playing while we dined and then they strolled around the dining room taking requests. A true New Orleans experience!
Excellent Dixieland jazz trio plus excellent food and service. Highly recommended.
Place is nice. Great location. Music was nice but its a restaurant so here is my comment
The food was not high value. The cakes at the end were the not tasty. I would go eat in another place.
A little pricey but the food was excellent, best we had in NOLA....a definite must if you are visiting!
Wonderful food and wonderful service!
Best restaurant and the finest people in New Orleans.
Food was delicious -the wait staff were attentive without being invasive. Musicians were fun. Great overall experience!
The food was a wonderful mix of traditional French and Creole dishes. The music was very nice and the musicians were friendly as they went around to tables to take requests. It was a very pleasant experience.
Fabulous experience. While we were waiting for our table, Shane (Manager) offered up a tour of the building. He was really super nice and great with taking photos of our family on the balcony. We browsed the museum. Our server was Mary - she was super helpful with the menu, and it was fun to spend our time chatting with her during the meal. The Jazz was excellent, after a bit, they came around to each table and played requests which was a total surprise. The food was perfect.
This was our first fine dining experience, and it was wonderful in every way. The atmosphere, service, food, wine, cocktails, and music were all great.
Incredible meal. Great atmosphere. The sauces, French bread, potatoes, hen and were wonderful. Crab cake was ok.
Jasper was amazing and Derick !!! Food delicious, highly recommended.
We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation but had to wait for 30 minutes for our table. The food was not as promised on the almond encrusted fish, almonds on top had great flavors; not too salty; and reasonable portions.
The service was ok but not outstanding considering 10 servers on the floor. We hoped for more music but it was also short duration and not loud enough for the crowd
Impeccable service, delicious food, fabulous jazz trio! Perfect for our anniversary dinner.
Soufflé potatoes were very underwhelming. They tasted like a dry, empty French fry. Couldn’t even taste my steak because it was drowned in a Béarnaise sauce. Service was outstanding. Jazz band didn’t start until half-way through our dinner and we were still charged the music-fee.
This was our family's first visit to New Orleans. We were very pleased with Arnaud's. We stopped in the bar area first. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful food. The band was a perfect compliment to the room. Not too loud, just the right dixieland-style early jazz. Great experience.
Food and service excellent Music thoroughly enjoyable. Musicians were excellent
Fantastic oysters, and the best gumbo I’ve ever eaten. Music was a nice touch.
Service was not very good. The water server was very attentive but our main server never came back to check on our meals. When my sister found crab shells in her dish, I told the waiter at the end but he didn't seem to care. The fish was over done.
