Everything was fantastic. The waiter was the same waiter that was there there for our honeymoon. It was great to have him as our waiter. Great guy. Love the ambiance of the place.
Gorgeous Views and great atmosphere, not so impressed with the food.
Armani’s Restaurant was an extraordinarily dining experience. The views, ambiance, staff and most especially the food!
Armani's is still...quite good. Regrettably, not as extraordinary as several years past. Our primary issue this recent visit was a dearth of server personality. A true lack of warmth.
Our food was...quite good. Not quite at the level we have come to expect from Armani's.
WOULD RECOMMEND TO FRIEND' S AND FAMILY

View was as spectacular as the food. Great service: very friendly and attentive. I would most certainly recommend Armani’s for a special night out .
The device was very good. The food was marginal and overpriced.
Probably one of the best restaurants in Tampa bay. Amazing views, cocktails and service. Food very, very good. If I wasn't that picky, I would give 5 stars, but I almost never do.
This is a very nice restaurant. It is pretty fancy, so make sure you dress up for the occasion.
When I told the server that we were vegan, the chef came out to our table to talk to us. Then he prepared a delicious vegan meal for us that was not on the menu. They really try their best to accommodate their guests.
I would highly recommend this for a special occasion.
I almost forgot to mention that the view of the bay from up there is absolutely gorgeous. Make your reservation a little early to be able to see the sunset.
Second visit. Great sunset over the bay. Friendly attentive service. Ask for table on the bay side.
Most years, my wife and I head out of town to a romantic destination to celebrate our anniversary; however, this year we decided to stay local and enjoy a remarkable sunset and dinner at Armani's. This was our fourth visit to Armani's and our first since they (reportedly) brought on a new chef.
The atmosphere is stunning. One is afforded a spectacular view of the bay and of the sun as it sets over the Gulf. The decor manages to pull of a feeling of comfort and sophistication without pretense by incorporating some white, including white linen tablecloths, with plenty of earth tones to balance it out.
Service was impeccable; our server, John, and Oscar provided attentive, yet unobtrusive service.
The wine list is very diverse with reasonably priced standards such as a Justin Cabernet for $72 all the way to some remarkable selections like the Joseph Phelps Insignia and the indomitable Caymus. There are plenty of wines available by the glass. Most regions - Italy, France, Sonoma, Napa - even Washington State - are well represented.
We started with the octopus with spicy tomato sauce. The octopus was charred perfectly and topped with a delicious - and yes, spicy - Arrabiata sauce. We moved on to Caesar Salad, which was prepared perfectly - subtle hints of anchovy.
Next, we enjoyed the Spaghetti Carbonara. It was prepared textbook: spaghetti tossed in the best Parmigiano-Reggiano, egg, and pasta water. Topped with rendered Guanciale and a perfectly fried egg. It was SPECTACULAR! Armani's twist was the inclusion of some fresh peas: brilliant concept.
We also enjoyed the Bolognese. Again, it was balanced and delicious. The veal made it.
Next, we had the Veal Scallopini, which showcased the chef's creativity with the inclusion of house-made ricotta and a truffle cured egg yolk and tomato jam and porcini reduction.
We finished with a wonderful surprise: a complimentary slice of tiramisu e to celebrate our anniversary.
All in all: perfect!
Was very upset this past time going to Armani’s. First off, we were celebrating a birthday but did not get greeted as so or get a dessert even though we had mentioned it on the reservation. Our antipasto was good. However, the lamb tortellini I ordered was completely raw and doughy (the pasta), and the rice risotto was very salty.
Wait staff was friendly, restaurant offered a gorgeous view. Food was a bit disappointing. Expected more from reviews.
We have been coming to Armanis for many years. We ordered the rib-eye and the spicy italian sausage with pasta. The presentations were beautiful. The meat was average quality and overcooked. The server was very kind and brought us another piece, sirloin. Both cuts of meat were poor quality . The pasta dish was literally flavorless..The ambience was perfect our servers were very nice. It is such a disappointment to have this beautiful restaurant on the water with weak food.
The antipasto bar has always been a winner though!
Best caviar and champagne I’ve ever had!
Incredible food and service! Venue is spectacularly with unparalleled views Tampa and surrounding areas.
Enjoyed ourselves very much. Lovely view and ambiance. Will definitely be coming back.
Very disappointing. Service was not that great. Food was just mediocre. It isn't the Armani's it used to be.
Been here many times. Service and atmosphere are always great but beyond the pasta, food is hit and miss. Also, pasta portions are way to small to split In fact, wish they were bigger and this is coming from an Italian who is turned off by huge portions.
The veal scallopini was smaller than we expected for a main entre but delicious. Everything else was wonderful. Plan for high price of wine and entrees than a "regular" restaurant.
Hadn't been there in years. It was simply superb -- perfect food, wonderful service, and great atmosphere. We did learn that although no tables were available on Open Table until after 8:30 over three weeks ahead, when I called them direct, it was no problem getting a reservation at any time we wanted and they actually changed our 8:30 Open Table reservation to 7. And oddly there were empty tables the whole time we were there.
Fantastic dining experience. Totally recommend you request Stephanie's station. What a gem!
I had been to Armani for celebrating our marriage anniversary and had an amazing time. We had ordered a red wine and a vegetarian pasta. Taste of pasta was really amazing and would recommended it to my friends to
The view alone makes this restaurant worthwhile to visit .
Food was excellent ,very high end service ,wine and cocktails amazing .had the veal chop amazing . Will definitely fine dine here again .
Ambiance great, Scenic view perfect, food was good but i felt Was a lil stingy on the serving size.. Sea Scallops was only 3 small scallops with a like two teaspoons of corn.. definitely should not be o the entree menu but maybe the appetizer menu.
I've been to Armani's many times and the food that night was mediocre at best. The Osso Bucco was dry and uninspiring.
I'm used to 3 Michelin star restaurants so I know good food. Ambiance was fantastic, service was top-notch.
Amazing view, excellent food and service. This is my #3 for favorite restaurants. However, Armani’s is a little pricey to eat at when we are on the go on the weekend and want good food.
Dinner was great. View was incredible. The dessert was terrible. It was a “special”. It tasted like they crumbled up 5 small pieces of 7 day old cake and threw some sauce under it and charged $15 Still a great a meal but ended the dinner on a sour note.
Not as good as I would have thought for a high end restaurant.
The rating for my overall experience is not 5 stars because of the service that we received from the young lady who sat and the main server. The assistant server (Ricardo) was awesome and provided an excellent guest service experience.
John was our server and was knowledgeable, professional, and fun. Good recommendations but not pushy. Food was amazing ( bison and duck). Atmosphere and view were amazing. Prices a little high, but we knew that. Totally recommend it!
Food was alright but not worth the price. There really wasn’t a wonderful “Italian” cuisine options. You pay a lot of money for the ambiance—won’t go back to eat but might go for a cocktail
The reataurant overlooks Tampa Bay and is a perfect setting to view the sunset. Their antipasta bar is unique, delicious and offers a variety of delicacies.
Great food and great service. We will be back.
Misto plate, chefs choice...shrimp tasted like pre frozen from Publix, mussels were inedible.
Into entrees- Veal chop was undercooked by a lot so it had to be send back. The manager stopped by while that entree was missing and asked how everything was...not realizing a whole plate was missing.
The strip was mediocre at best.
We ordered dessert feeling as though at least that would be good. It wasn’t. The crime brûlée was served cold and had the texture and taste of flan. I wish I were joking.
The white chocolate cheesecake was a tiny square. Maybe a tablespoon in size and the taste was less than desirable.
I will give the ambiance a thumbs up. The food, was absolutely horrible. I’ve had better food at chain steakhouses. Waste of an anniversary.
we were there for a friends gathering, we all enjoyed the food it was delicious. Nice Ambiance . Loved the outside seating with fireplace after the dinner.kasim ( our server) was very helpful.we definitely go back there soon.
We always have a great experience when we dine at Armani’s . The food was delicious and the people are always friendly and helpful.
I thought the food was very mediocre, and well not worth $118 dollars.
Armani's always does an excellent job with unhurried buy very attentive service, excellent food well presented and a very comfortable and varied ambiance. It is not inexpensive, but you do get what you pay for when you dine at Armani's.
