Service was EXTREMELY slow and menu had been reduced due because it was busy so not all options were available. Even cleaning off table from people before us took a very long time. Food was good once it arrived BUT it would have to be amazing to wait that long again. Sorry.
Had to go searching for someone to clean the table. Asked for water three times. Sat for 15 minutes or so to place our order. The Buffett of pasta was mushy and the chicken was dry. The French dip was tasty and large in size. Once we finally got the bill it took 30 minutes for waitress to return for it. It was a busy night but the manager should have helped out or they should have called on more staff.
Heather C. was our server and she was very patient and attentive. She made sure all orders were complete and kept us "hydrated" without being asked. Enjoyed the food and the service. (We sat outside and had to do a bit of musical chairs because the seats did not appear clean.)
The restaurant was terribly understaffed. We barely saw our waitress. Then our order came out wrong and there was no one around to address the issue. We finally flagged down another server some time later and the matter was addressed. Waited forever for our check to arrive. Once it did, our waitress acknowledged she had a large table inside (we were sitting on the patio) and she comped 1 glass of wine. Have been here several times before and we are unsure if we will return or not.
Steak was good. They said the pizza was burnt and they needed to remake it so it was quite late (but good on arrival). No discount or free dessert offered for restaurant error on pizza.
The service staff was extremely nice, but there must not been enough staffing the restaurant. The service was very slow. They did not come back and check to see if we wanted more to drink or check in on us. Getting the check to a very long time and getting the payment receipt back also was slow. The food and view, however, were excellent.
Terrible food... Just awful. Overpriced as well. The rest of the resort experience was good, service was above average, just terrible dining throughout the entire resort.
Price of resort for s conference rate was overpriced as well compared to comps in the area. Would not recommend.
We asked if we could sit outside or close to outside and they told us no, we didn't specify we wanted that in our reservation. So we are our entire meal inside and watched a literally empty restaurant never fill up the entire time we are and left. What a joke.
Waited forever to get a waiter then an hour and a half to get food. Complained and received the meal free but was definately the longest experience ever waiting for our meal.
Took a while for any waitstaff to attend to us. Our pizza was not cooked enough and had to be done again. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get through lunch and I was late for the conference I was attending in the hotel.
Service was great, My wife's Filet Mignon and Asparagus was cold and a little over priced but other than that it was pretty good

Laughable food. We had pizza's one night. A menu feature! Waiter told us they are not good because the pizza's are "doughey". We asked him to ensure they are thin and crispy. They came out thin and the edges were crispy but the other 90% was doughey. Inedible. We also had a bland lunch and several tasteless breakfasts. Staff is nice but can't overcome the underwhelming food. Treat yourself to a cab ride or a short drive to much better food. The steakhouse "Rustler's Rooste" was just plain aweful too so skip it unless your taste buds have stopped functioning.
Very cool spot with excellent outdoor seating. The bar decor is a bit outdated but lots of great people to enjoy the evening with. Good didn't quite hold up to the great ambiance but would still highly recommend.
My family and I enjoyed the food. It was grest. Friendly staff took a while for the waiter to come but the wait was worthed.
