Enjoyed it. The steak was rather small. All was very good. The Habachi chef was above average...very entertaining and fun.
Good food great service sitting and table was comfortable. People who work there are always up beat and polite.
We celebrate birthdays here because of the festive atmosphere! The service was outstanding at this visit! Everyone that attended this birthday gathering left full and very well entertained!
Arirang is our go-to for Hibachi. The food is excellent, the staff is amazing and the chefs are so entertaining! There are many Hibachi places closer to our home but we prefer to drive to Arirang because we know it's always an awesome experience!
It was delicious
The food was very salty and the vegetables were not cooked. The server took our money for the bill and never asked us if we needed change or just bring our change back.
My sons 9th birthday. He loves it here
Overall a great experience however we went for a birthday as surprise and waitress asked the birthday girl who’s birthday it was ... so surprise was ruined
Although we called ahead and they sat us pretty quick. We had to wait about 50 minutes for the cook to start. It was very busy but, I think they kinda forgot about us. Our waiter was very attentive, all we were missing was the chef..It turned out to be fine. The food is always good!
The best hibachi in the area hands down! Everything is top notch!!
A good shared dining hall experience. Packed with families, and birthday celebrations. Entertaining chefs, with all the classic hibachi restaurant gags.
The chef was amazing, and Jake our server was so nice and accommodating! A wonderful dining experience!
Food was tasty, the hibachi chef entertaining. Drinks however were very diluted and artificial tasting. I would return for food but I would not order a cocktail. I would stay with beer or wine. Also, I did not like the take away boxes because you cannot keep noodles separate from the meat and veggie. All gets mashed together.
Made a reservation to meet specific times and other plans... then was told I would have to wait an additional 30 minutes... not sure the purpose of making a reservation when you have to wait 30 minutes... service and food were great but organization and hosting staff need to improve. We had to opt out of the hibachi to do dining room to get sat faster so we could make our movie..
Dinner was delicious and the service was superb
While it was a typical hibachi dinner, the best part for me was that they were able to accommodate my gluten sensitivity issues. They were knowledgeable about what I could and could not have and made everyone’s meal with gluten free soy sauce. When the waitress brought me soup, she quickly realized it wasn’t gluten free and took it back to get me one that was.
Our chef was talented and entertaining. The food was delicious.
We celebrated my son’s 2nd birthday there. Everyone had a wonderful time. The staff was so accommodating. Thank you again.
*** PLEASE BE AWARE: OPENTABLE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT HONORED. On the day of your reservation, you will get a text saying you’ve been placed on a waitlist and they will try to have you seated within 30 minutes.
I made reservations for NYE about a month ahead of time and at 2:46PM on 12/31, I received a text informing me of the above information. At that point, what could I do? Well, my party and I arrived at 7:30 in anticipation of the 30 min wait. But we were not seated until close to 8:30. I expressed my frustration with the bait and switch to the front but she didn’t care. “Feel free to call corporate headquarters. We texted you.”
At the end of the meal, Ed, who seemed to play some type of management role, came by and asked us how everything went. When i repeated my frustration with the whole “call ahead” not reservation policy, he also could care less. His response was, “Well we texted you” and “It’s NYE, we’re busy”. If you didn’t care, you shouldn’t have asked us, Ed.
If you don’t honor reservations, you should not be on opentable.
I could go on about all the things that went wrong but I will just focus on the issue that was most frustrating...
Open table reservation didn’t really reserve anything. They have something called call ahead seating but calling ahead didn’t offer much We waited 45 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. Food was good, staff was friendly and entertaining.
New Years eve - we reserved a spot for hibachi about 3 weeks prior. We had a 30 minute wait. Very loud, but great food and great atmosphere. Drinks were super delicious and our chef and servers were very sweet!
My family and I had a wonderful time!! This was our first hibachi experience!! Our kids enjoyed it so much!!
Was surprised how large it was so that's probably why we didn't have to to wait too long. All was good. Not many hibachi places around me so it was worth the drive, even if my teenager was being a pain:)
My family loved it! Will be back soon! t is a great experience for young and old alike.
Very good food with entertaining chefs. Fun atmosphere and you will most likely take extra food home.
Service and restaurant were reasonably good but thought food was rather 'blah', nothing special
My only concern is that even with Open Table, you don't make an actual reservation. They put you on a call ahead list with the hopes of seating you withing 30 minutes of your "reservation time."
I find to silly they charge extra for the chef to fry the rice and prices in general are high compared to other hibachi restaurants. My son and I were the first at the table and they sat us in the corner. The next couple comes in and they get seats in the front. I attempted to move to the front so my son could see have a better view of the show and the waiter said in a nice way to stay seated in the corner. Waiter said he will have the table closed in the next 15 minutes and if nobody else comes in then we can sit in the front. A few minutes later a mother and daughter walk in and get the last two front seats. Basically my son and I were punished for being sat first. When you are spending $28 on a filet (+ $2 for fried rice) you expect a certain level of service. I wanted to sit in the front so my son could see the show but instead got to eat our food crunched into the corner so the lady next to me could spread out.
The wait staff was attentive. The chef was very talented. The only complaint that we had was that there did not seem to be any equity in the portion sizes. Some of us who ordered steak got a huge portion, others a much smaller portion for the same price.
EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT FOOD THAT KEEPS US COMING BACK.
Great Food great place quick service cant ask for more
Good place to enjoy a fun evening with family. We were taken on time and good service
First time dinning at this restaurant. The food tasted very clean. Sushi was excellent. Great overall experience.
The overall experience was very pleasant. We were a party of seven and had our own hibachi table. The night we arrived, they were experiencing difficulties processing credit cards. Fortunately we were able to pay in cash. The staff was friendly and were able to seat us quickly after our party was complete.
Vibrant very energetic location. Beautiful food art and warm, friendly atmosphere. Great for all occasions.
The only thing I didn’t like is that I made a reservation about a month ago and when I finally showed up to my 8:00pm reservation I still had to wait 30 minutes in that case i shouldn’t have made a reservation and just walked in. I feel making a reservation is pointless!!
Took my mother for her birthday along with my siblings. The place is nice & very clean. Made a reservation for the Hibachi side on google I was running late so I called to change the time for 30 minutes later & it was no problem. When I arrived there where a few customers on that side. We got seated and another party of 4 got joined to our group which makes the experience better (They open around 4) While we were eating more people were coming in. Food was excellent! The service was good from the waitress, the cook was nice and he had a few jokes! I just feel though that the service from him could have been better! He could have been a bit more entertaining... but I would definitely go there again! The only other thing is that noodles are an extra charge and a bit pricey if your whole group orders it, but they are yummy!
Had a great time , service was spot on . We will be back again
Restaurant needs a makeover. Everything is an upcharge. Other similar places give you the noodles, they charge. Egg fried rice , upcharge. They disrespect open table reservations by telling you that you have to wait for up to 30 minutes once you and your party arrive. The meat portions are shrinking in size. They'll never say what's included, they ask first timers " do you want ice cream? " They think they have to pay more and say no. I tell them that it's included in their meal price and the no becomes a yes. Just another business ploy. It's all about profit at Arirang.
We had a nice evening celebrating my husband's 50th. Very loud in hibachi area but food was good and our chef - Mark - was tons of fun!
