Have eaten here several times over the years. The food is always excellent, the steaks are perfect as well as the lamb chops! Great wedge salad. we ate outside this time and it was beautiful. Had a smoked Manhattan and it was served in a special presentation for our anniversary. Tried the KeyLime dessert and OMG it was worth the calories! Beautiful presentation, amazing flavors. The watermelon gazpacho was very unique and lovely. We will eat here again.
The waitstaff was outstanding. Karin was incredible with service above and beyond. The restaurant is on the very pricy end, though with everything needing to be ordered ala carte.
Michelin Star quality and inventiveness. Sit at the chefs bar to watch the team in action.

Seemed like you were quite understaffed . After a group of 30 to 40 people came into the private room, there were no wait staff to be found. Everything took a long time, really not a good atmosphere for a classy
restaurant. Steak and Lamb Chops were good..very spartan presentation. Baked Potato came with sour cream and nothing else...mushroom were plentiful and good.
Overall expected better from this restaurant.... certainly not worth a repeat performance.
Our server was great and our wine was good, but food quality for amount of money is just not worth it. Octopus appetizer was overcooked and overpriced side dishes were suppose to be family style and barely enough for two people. Lobster Mac and Cheese very bland and more milk based sauce then cheese. We definitely expected more from a JW Marriott restaurant.
Waiter Enzo was great BUT...Market Day fish was not. Ordered Swordfish. Was served a piece of fish the size and thickness of one toast cut crosswise with 3/4 cup creamed corn. Dry, tasteless and unappealing. $36.00. Crazy. Wine bottle markups are verging on ridiculous. Enzo made sure the manager was notified of our disappointment and we were not charged for our fish. The manager should never have allowed the meal to leave the kitchen. Our gazpacho and salad was good.
Service was very good! Waitress was sweet and accommodating. Unfortunately food was horrible. My husband had the lobster tail which was tough and fishy tasting. I had the pink shrimp with grits. The shrimp were tough and the grits were not edible. They were brown in color and tasted bitter. Cream sauce was very heavy and not tasty enough to be worth the calories. A big disappointment!!!

Birthday. Anniversaries or other special events on the beach
My wife and I enjoyed a very nice dinner. She had the grouper special and I had grilled lamb chops. We paired the meals with very good wine from a nice wine list. It was a special evening.
Outstanding food. Creative and delicious. Superb service. Craft cocktails inventive and spectacular.
Will look forward to returning to this find-dining experience.
Was ok but not exceptional. The fish selection was not great so opted for steak. Being from Nebraska I set the bar high and the new york just barely made it. We were sat close to entrance and bar so the noise level was too high to have much of a conversation.
Enzo our waiter was amazing. He helped make the best choices and was so professional.
At a price point where food should be repaired perfectly and it was not at that caliber. I had a private room so the atmosphere was wonderful but dining room was very noisy. Wait staff was very accommodating.

New Years Eve with Kit!
The "Special" for News Year Eve was Spectacular. Raine was AWESOME and help to make for a fantastic evening.
Enzo is a very knowledgeable and professional waiter. He made our dinner a special experience.
Overall, we were satisfied with our dining experience but the service could’ve been better.
We had made a reservation for two a week prior, but were seated at an awkwardly located table in the middle of the restaurant near the front.
Our “assigned” server was also too busy to take our table so we were waited on by another server. He was incredibly friendly but it was as if we were an afterthought, especially since we weren’t in his designated area. He didn’t really explain anything and there was a delay in taking our order.
I also put in our reservation notes that we were celebrating my husband’s birthday and it was never acknowledged.
I’m sure it was an off night but I’d like to think a restaurant would be more prepared for a reservation, especially those with only two people.
This is a beautiful restaurant. My husband had a filet. I had a "creative lobster dish". I would stick to beef at this restaurant.
I have to give credit to the manager who was very apologetic and took off my meal which was not what I expected. I had ordered a lobster dish there before and it was good. This time not at all.

The right choice for excellent food with high priced menu choices
Staff needs retraining. Hostess give us the worst table in the restaurant, separate from everyone else - very close to the entrance door - even though the main area was filled at about 70% capacity. Bad seating annoyed everyone within our party of 5. The waitress was very impatience when taking the order. ( what was her problem???) .
BUT, the prepared food was excellent. Steaks , lamb and all of the sides and salads that we ordered were very carefully prepared and plated . All ingredients used was highest quality.
In balance: the staff was of kind you find at the restaurants that are part of the luxury hotels , but the food was much better than what you usually find at same those restaurants.

Dined here for Christmas Day dinner. We felt the menu was limited compared to the normal menu. Service was wonderful- our server was lively and made us feel right at home. The restaurant itself is very dim, I suppose for mood lighting, but it’s a bit hard to read the menu. Seafood tower was delicious and fresh. The 8 oz filet & sides (mushrooms and corn) were tasty, but did not “wow” as much as they should have for the price. The key lime pie is unique and tasty
Food was fabulous, the service was impeccable ! It was my husband’s birthday and they made us feel so special! We will definitely recommend ! We live in Chicago, Otherwise we would be back again ASAP !
Steak undercooked. Truffle Mac and cheese tasted like it was instant Mac n cheese. Watered down.

Creative! key lime pie!!.. This pie is encased in a white chocolate shell, shaped like a key lime. The spiced, graham cracker crust is broken up pieces on the bottom of the dish. Very innovative and delicious.
Was expecting impeccably prepared food at these prices. Unfortunately, the steaks were burnt and dry and all food was bland. Mushrooms had no taste. Desserts were beautiful to look at but lacked in flavor. Tomato and mozzarella salad was ordinary, have made better myself at home. The asparagus was decent.
The décor is nice and service was attentive. Tables are set very close to one another, so conversations can be heard at other tables.
Overall, not impressed. Will not recommend.

2/3 steaks returned, undercooked. Very loud with few people in the restaurant. Overpriced, to be expected.
