Great brunch spot! We tried many dishes from the menu and every single one of them was very tasty.
I recommend the chorizo eggs benedict and the short rib hash, you won't be disappointed!
Amazing place for Sunday brunch. Will go back to try the rest of the menu.
Not the Ariete I knew from a year ago. Menu was dramatically changed to feature limited offerings with small servings and high prices. I saw the hamburger that was amazing from when I was there one year ago served at table even though it was not on the menu. I asked and was told it is not on the menu now...wierd.
I had a paella that had one piece of shrimp and no other protein to be seen in what appeared to be an me one spoonful serving of rather bland paella rice. Bread was not served at our table until half way through our meal when I asked a waiter that was serving other tables bread. The waiters, in the rare moments that came by were pleasant, but not much aware we were there. I ain’t going back
We hadn’t been here, but reviews made it sound worth going. IT WAS! We lived the ambiance, the drinks, food and service. Very hospitable.
Always love going to Ariete, one of my favorite restaurants in Miami. Food and service are always excellent. The bar makes a skillfully executed cocktail. Miss their sister restaurant Nave which I hope will reopen soon.
A+ from top to bottom. Food and service impeccable
Very expensive food for the quality. We asked for a ceviche for appetizer to share, and nobody in the table could eat it, we explained that it was too fishy and impossible to eat and even though they charged us for it $16. We asked for some other appetizers that were good but it was a lot for party of 6, the waitress didn't explain how their appetizers were and that they would be more than enough, instead of asking for three, two would be enough, as an example.
When they brought us the main entries, every single plate was cold and we had to ask the waitress to warm them up; keep in mind that this dinner was on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was empty.
We were celebrating a friend's birthday and they didn't even have the courtesy to bring a dessert or something. We were forced to also buy a dessert so we can sing Happy Birthday to our friend.
I wouldn't recommend Ariete to anybody; this restaurant is super expensive and not worth at all.
First time attending. It was really good definitely need to go back again very soon.
Amazing food and great service. A bit dark at the table but otherwise a perfect evening.
Food was horrendous and not worth the price.
Great menu options and tasty drinks.
Wonderful ambiance, service, and food. Outdoor dining was lovely despite the rainy weather. Excellent grilled oysters, cocktails, entrees, and dessert. Dip some bread in the bone marrow butter that comes with the oysters! Would recommend for special occasions (with small parties) or an intimate evening out.
Ariete never disappoints. We had a snapper special for two that was outstanding. You can sit inside or outside which is great. Highly recommend.
Incredible! The best restaurant in Miami by far.
Delicious! Our server was great and the menu was unique. Loved it.
Run! Don’t walk to Chef Michael Beltran’s Ariete. Brunch, dinner, the new tasting menu series, anything! it’s all going to be great no matter what you try. The menu changes frequently so what you see on this post was from the creative minds of Mike and his fabulous staff on and incredible evening in September 2020. But I’m already jealous of the new dishes you will get to try when you go! Miami Against The World!
We might have caught the place on an off night but you would think that for a Saturday night the restaurant would be on top of game. That said it was billed as a romantic place - not quite noise level high, music made no sense and it was so dark that reading menu became difficult. Ordered house specialty Rohan pressed duck - turns out they had sold out (only two per night) yet waiter still talked it up. Reviews and hype indicated we were in for a culinary treat am afraid I was not so. The main dishes (venison for me and rabbit for her) left something to be desired; however the oysters in sea urchin sauce were extremely tasty. BLUF: Ok place but the return on investment not worth the trip.
I will not be eating here again. After a poor dinner experience with my family, I left apologizing to my guests for the bad meal and bad service. The sommelier never came for wine. We had to send the fish back. The other food was inconsistent. Food came late. Had to request bread. Had to request service various times. We had to work for our food and then our food was mediocre or inedible.
When we complained about the fish, the manager had the audacity to say the fish is supposed to be room temperature. The fish was cold. COLD. I had eaten the fish dish just a week or two prior and it came hot. Please do not insult your customers and argue about ridiculous nonsense.
Resolve problems in the moment. Very disappointed after being a long time customer and fan of the restaurant.
What a great place!!! Staff was very friendly and the Somm recommended a great wine with our dinner. We had the chicken liver mousse to start with some fantastic cheeses. The black rice with seafood was plenty for 2 of us. Will definitely be back.
Hosted a client dinner. Our server was a very hard worker and nice. However, at this price point I’d expect the restaurant to invest a little more time into training. With regards to food, 5 star presentation with minimal flavor. Additionally, portions are tiny.
Shannon was the best server everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Disappointing experience. The place is very nice, with a beautiful patio area, and good service, but the food quality was poor.
Everything was very good. In terms of Covid safety- we felt very safe on the outdoor patio. Good spacing between tables, lots of airflow, and I even heard a hostess remind a guest to put their mask back on before leaving their table. I wish the masks that the staff were wearing had been more true fitted face masks (in line with CDC guidelines) instead of the open bottom bandana like things, but I think they were still sufficient in an outdoor environment. Food and drinks were both excellent and service was timely and attentive but not hovering. Would definitely recommend to others!
We had a wonderful meal. The white sangria was spectacular. Will definitely go back many times!!
All is a lie
The food was horrible. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They didn’t have most of the items on the menu and everything that was there was so bad. We spent over $500 In our group and nobody ate their food.
Went for Sunday brunch, seated outside but there were fans so we were comfortable. Our server, Yvonne Gomez was a pleasure and made the dining experience special , the food was very good the Frita Benedict was outstanding and filling, the omelette special with shrimp and chorizo was very flavorful. Bacon cooked crisps. My husband enjoyed the unlimited Bloody Marie’s and the White Sangria was delicious.
Came for brunch! Had to get the frita Benedict- AMAZING! I loved every bit. & the le jeune cocktail- yum!
Great food. Good sized portions. Nice outdoor dining area. Excellent service provided by Holly and other staff.
Everything AMAZING !!!
Food was incredibly delicious and the service was unbeatable! Can’t wait to go back
Always outstanding, appreciate their care and concern of their customers during this time. Entrées beyond words were delicious
One of the best dinners I’ve had in a very long time!! Hands off to the BOH & FOH...👏🏼
The outdoor dining is very pleasant, the food, service, wine recommendations and the music made the evening very enjoyable. Give us some time to disconnect and enjoy a wonderful meal and outing!
We love this restaurant! It's been a while since we've been there. They have a nice outdoor area with well spaced tables so it felt safe during the pandemic. Food is amazing--highlights for tonight were the oysters with sea urchin butter and the venison. Also delicious cocktails! Yum!
Great ambiance, excellent food and drinks.
Excellent Service, superb food, they are doing a Great Job
Worst experience of my life!
Sat for 35 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our order
The dishes, service, and ambiance is A+ First time in this restaurant and its such a refresh to find a restaurant like this in Miami. A true (hidden) gem.
What can I say about Michael Beltran and his incredible team at Ariete? Amazing creativity, inspiration, quality, excellence. Not pretentious. It’s MiamiAgainstTheWorld, and the Ariete army is here to fight the good fight. Global pandemic? Duck press to go. Uncertainty in the world? Monthly tasting menu with the planning and care you’ve never seen before. Jaw dropping experience that gives you a smile and afterglow you can’t wipe off your face for a week. Go any day they’re open. Don’t bother reading the menu, it’s likely different than you’ll read, but you won’t miss a thing. Explore try something new. This is the space to do it in. The only way out is through.
