The food and service are very good here and the atmosphere is pleasant. That said, there is an air of pretentiousness that I find unattractive. The wine list is very pricey and out of line based on my experience. The staffing is abundant and there is a constant flurry of people rearranging plates and silverware on the table. I found it to be too much for my liking but others may feel differently.

Very lovely spot. Great service. I’m not a foodie so had to look up most of the menu items. Wine list very $$$. Couldn’t really find anything to order from the very complex menu items. Disappointed cause would love to come back.

I feel really lucky to have experienced Ariete before the mad rush that will come once they gain their first Michelin star. The food, service, and experience is out of this world, and they will surely gain the recognition they deserve.
This is my second time here in the last month, and I came back for the 14 day aged Rohan duck this time around (its a meal for two). It was SO worth it. The flavor, texture and presentation were top quality. I have had duck in so many places around the world, and this is easily in my top 3 experiences. But I also have to mention the oysters we tried, half a dozen of each flavor, and we savored every single bite. It was so rich in flavor and made to perfection. Could not recommend both items enough!

We came here because it was on a list speculating which restaurants may be on the Michelin list since they’re coming to Miami in 2022…we have been to many Michelin restaurants across many cities (from Bib Gourmand to 3 Star Michelin) and we came to an agreement that Ariete is not ready for that accolade. Some dishes sounded interesting but were disappointing because of conflicting or unbalanced flavors. There was no consistency; we really loved the grilled baby gems and the flan so ordered another for the table, and it was completely different to the first one we got (and not as good). Ambiance was just okay and the lighting and scenery did not contribute to taking Instagram worthy pictures of the food. In every area there was something to criticize, and while it was cool and creative, there was nothing exceptional.
The best dining experience we’ve ever had. Visiting from Arizona and travel frequently. The staff are most amazing, friendly and extremely attentive. Incredible food no words can describe. A 5 star restaurant!!!!

This is the perfect spot for anyone looking to go on a culinary journey, and enjoy a quiet beautiful ambiance. All of the ingredients are fresh, and you can certainly taste it in every bite you take. I am a huge supporter of locally sourced products and they do a fantastic job at Ariete. We had the grouper and snapper, along with the side of eggplant graffiti dish. Everything was cooked to perfection but I highly recommend the grouper. Dessert wise the flan is definitely the best in town and their cocktails are equally amazing. I could not recommend this place more for a cute date night, special occasion or just cause!

A fantastic place. The food is really good - we went for the tasting menu with the wine pairings. It's located in a really beautiful spot of Miami. The service was fantastic. Our sommelier was incredible and made the most fantastic pairing choices. Highly recommend.

Waygu short rib, duck for two, Florida orange, cheese and charcuterie, wahoo appetizer, Cherry chocolate dessert, foie gras all exceeded our expectations.
The duck for two had a sauce / glaze that was made table side.
A little dark at night was very hard to read the menu and just a tad loud
But overall lovely

When I made the reservation for a party of 4 birthday celebration I requested outside seating in one of the 4 canopied tables. I reconfirmed this again a day before the reservation. When we arrived I discussed this with the hostess again and all was being readied for us to sit down. Another hostess (blond hair was not able to get her name) took us to a different table and when I spoke up about the seating we requested and confirmed she was extremely rude and started questioning me about who told us we would get the table we requested, The original hostess ran out and said we are correct and lead us to the table we expected while the other hostess turned around in a fit and walked off. We put this behind us and then enjoyed a wonderful meal and birthday celebration. Our server Bobby was excellent and very attentive. We enjoyed the Tuna Tartare, Oysters and Little Neck clams for appetizers. The broth for the clams was outstanding. We then moved to dinner and enjoyed Skirt Steak, Sea Bass with Giant Prawn, Greek Salad, Truffle Fries and Mussels. All was delicious, We had Key Lime Pie and Bread Pudding for desert. We have been to all of Chef Addriane's restaurants but this is our favorite for the view and menu. Will return.

This place is a must. We wanted to get out of Miami for a meal and thank goodness we went to Ariete. The food is fantastic and our server made the meal. She guided us to the right dishes and we enjoyed them all.
Enjoyed brunch very much and appreciate the patience of our waitress while old friends caught up for over two hours.

We went here for Thanksgiving 2021 & our anniversary! Great meal. We had high expectations but it was delicious. The family style was more than enough food and we got to try many different sides and desserts. Staff here is always on top of it and genuine and happy to help. We brought our own wine and there is a $35 corkage but worth it. We will be back for another meal! Highly recommend!

The restaurant was a disappointment despite our high hopes based on the reviews. I understand dim lighting is romantic but the outdoor seating area is overly dark. The food has such potential but misses the mark. Overall the portions are a bit too small especially for the price. But mostly the chef doesn't manage to hit the mark with flavor combinations. The proteins were properly cooked but combining a rich bourginon sauce with delicate seafood is cacophony on the tongue. The lack of starch and vegetables on the plate ( everything is a la carte) makes the plate look half empty. The chef clearly knows how to cook but needs to combine flavors and portions to justify the reviews and prices.
The food was fabulous. The attention to detail really made our experience a great one. Every plate explained to us, how it was made, the flavors recommended. Ugh impeccable service. Will definitely come back!
The ambiance was very much for any kind of crew, from families to friends gathering to a date. Our issue was with the food, pretty mediocre.
We did the tasting menu at ariete. It was deliciouuuuuus. Each of the courses was really incredibly delicious but the three that stood out to me at least were the churro (so many distinct flavors that you could separate apart as you chewed slowly), the farmer (the almond and onion “dirt” combined with the goat cheese were unique and fun) and the venison (that again just had so many separate flavors to savor in each bite). The sommelier was awesome as we didn’t want to both do the wine pairings but wanted a good wine to pair with the meal. Our waiter was personable and fun and the ambience was wonderful. Felt like a garden oasis.

Truly delicious food and exciting, tasteful presentation. Any sense of intimidation when first reviewing the menu was soothed by expert, patient service (by Peter) and meals that were both artistic and filling. Outdoor seating was a bit dark for the menus but the environment became perfect as the night progressed. Happy campers we are.
