   We had an amazing dinner at Ariette. everything from the atmosphere to the food was outstanding. We ordered the pressed duck, the staff that did the preparation of the duck I front of us said to finish the meal with a salad. The only one thing that was not right was they didn’t give us salad plates. The duck was served with a sauce so there was still a left over sauce on the plate so when we ate our salad, it got mixed with the sauce, that didn’t go well on the salad because the salad has dressing on it. I found it odd for an upscale Michelin starred restaurant that the server didn’t pay attention to details. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner.

   Not worthy of a Michelin Star. Restaurant is dark and background music is excessively loud. Food is mediocre at best and quite expensive. $24 cocktails and no parking are further reasons to consider alternative restaurants.

   Ariete was a nice restaurant. It's strength is in its small plates. We ordered 2 main coureses, the pork and the chicken but both were somewhat of a miss. The flavors just didn't come together. However, their hamachi crudo, their fois gras, and even sweetbreads had some incredible flavors.

   Amazing food! The duck for 2 is outstanding, and so is the foie gras and the mushroom flan!

   Pretty disappointing experience. The food was good not off the charts. Pretty safe, but well prepared, seasoned and presented. The rest of the experience was where this all fell apart. For starters, we love doing one of each tier of wine selections to compare and experience the different pairings. This is the first Michelin starred restaurant (out of over 100) at which we have eaten who said no. The reason was that it was too much of a hassle and we would get bored of the wine presentations. Even after us saying that we wouldn’t it was not going to happen. This began the downward spiral with the service. We felt rushed from the second we walked in, which was frustrating. There were not a lot of tables filled so we assume they all just wanted out of there. Courses came in rapid fire…less than a minute between. They also tried, multiple times, to clear one of our plates before the other was finished which drives me nuts. They put the canapés on the table and the check before we were even finished with our final course. Certain dishes were served with incorrect silverware. Also the music was so loud we could barely hear the dish descriptions…or wine overviews. For what its worth, the Som is great…nice pairings, knowledgeable. All in all tho, we don’t understand how this is a michelin starred restaurant. Its a good bistro, but falls apart when the expectations of that “distinction” level of food and service. Would not recommend, esp considering the tab I paid for it…

   Excelentes platillos y maridaje, así como el servicio… se nota la estrella! Un poco ruidoso (música con alto volumen) el ambiente para nuestro gusto El precio es alto, pero entiendo que así está el mercado en Miami para lugares de este nivel

   Truly outstanding restaurant. The duck is a must as is the flan. One of the best in miami

   Duck here is always flawless. Food overall is exceptional. Small menu but all appetizer items are high quality and decadent. We’ve been twice and only had the duck for two, highly recommend since it’s limited per night to first come first serve.

    Miami is going crazy, and Ariete is the perfect example. $550 for two people without alcohol, on a terrace squeezed between two other restaurants that says absolutely nothing. The food and service are very good — but it’s totally overpriced.
