It was busy, but the staff were trying to rush people, just not a pleasant experience, and my husband food was so bland, and unflavorful!

The food was less than desired and it took a really long time to come out. In addition; the wait staff service was poor!

Seating was not comfortable, we were seated In the corner too close to a nosey group. The lasagna was dry and looked like it had been reheated. Pork chop was wet due to too much chimichurri. All meals lacked basic salt. The Negroni was outstanding. The kale Caesar salad was great! The server never asked us about our main course, which left us less than satisfied.

Overall, our experience was very good. The service was great, the restaurant was very loud upstairs, and you did have to speak very loud to each other if you did want to have a conversation. The food was good, but it was not great Italian.

Rally good meal - server asked if we were going to the show (we were) and he managed to get us out with plenty of time - without feeling rushed. The apps - fried calamari and shrimp - was excellent and I had carbonara for diner - delicious

There were two events planned in the area so it was very busy. Pasta was excellent but my salmon was overcooked. Chicken Parm was good. Took nearly an hour before we got our food. Some kind of mix-up but waiter gave us a glass of wine and offered desert but we did not have time to eat it. Quite expensive but it is downtown Charlotte.

Been there many times. They found our reservation after searching. Didn't honor our table request and didn't ask what table we wanted. Tried to seat us at an undesirable location but after our objection they let us choose the table where we wished to be seated. The restaurant should provide better service to guests who frequent the establishment and make reservations through OpenTable.
