Aria Ratings and Reviews
Absolutely loved Aria. We went for my fiancé's birthday, and we were both so impressed with the food quality and taste. Everything we had was delicious, and the service was fantastic. The only thing I didn't care for was how dim it was in the restaurant. A little hard to see menu typing.
We enjoyed Aria. Food and service were good, but short of outstanding. Scallops and braised short ribs were delicious. Lamb shank portions had more shank than lamb. Tables are too close together when patrons need to get in/out and the noise level is higher than we remember. These are some areas Aria needs to look into for a return visit.
Service was impeccable. I liked the food since they specialize in long cooked meat. They did not disappoint. My husband is not a fan of braised meat and had seafood which met his expectations but did not exceed them. The decor is very tasteful. But on Saturday the noise level was very high. This is a good place for groups, not for an intimate dinner for two - on a weekend.
Aria lived up to its reputation on Zagat and Trip Adviser. The food was exceptional, especially the lobster appetizer and the octopus tempura appetizer. Service was attentive and helpful and the ambiance, if not cozy, was pleasant and comfortable. My wife and I had been on the road for two weeks and this was one of our two best restaurant experiences. Strongly recommended.
A good place but expensive for what you get and I came away a bit disappointed. I love my Manhattan to start the evening and the bartender was professional and pleasant. But the drink was $19.50 (that is not a typo) plus tax and tip and it was smaller than most cocktails nowadays. Most wines by the glass were in the $16-18 range, I tried 3, and never found one that went "wow". My halibut was truly excellent, the mixed olive starter just OK, the chickpea fritter disappointing.
Service was professional - a little "intense" at times. Our requested 4-top table for the 2 of us was lovely. The room is a bit odd in decor: big curtained windows on one side, a dramatic contemporary chandelier, but all the walls were painted a dark grey except for one wall which is gray but broken up by mirrors. It is an odd effect.
It was a wonderful evening but the noise level was too much. It seems you had two large groups in the center and their conversations could be overpowering. Most of the time I could not hear my husband...next time I would definitely ask for a booth on the entrance level.
Had not dined at ARIA in several years. Entryway is not welcoming. Steak and duck were delicious but accompaniments were just okay. Good wine list and service. Noise level was definitively not what we expect from a fine dining establishment. Will not likely return because of noise level.
Another wonderful evening at Aria, celebrating our anniversary. We have marked this occasion here for most of our 36 years. Met the chef, who was out greeting customers, and were able to convey to him how special his food has always been. Great service, wonderful meal. Thanks so much.....
My husband and I had only done one other tasting menu with wine pairings and wanted to try Aria for our anniversary. The service was impeccable and the tasting menu couldn't have been better. The wine pairings, too, were wonderful. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of both the food and the wines. One other note - Aria is a little less formal than we expected, which was also really nice.
Everything about our visit to Aria was outstanding - the valet service, the accommodating staff, the friendly and knowledgeable service - both food and wine - the comfortable and attractive setting and, of course, the excellent food and wine. Everyone in our group found it to be exceptional and would definitely recommend the restaurant. The menu has plenty of range to satisfy just about anyone - for food and wine. The food was creative and perfectly prepared and the pace of the evening was just right. Can't wait to go back.
Had a great dinner celebrating two sisters' birthdays. The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was a little noisy but there were a few larger groups in the restaurant and this was during prime dinner time on a Saturday evening. We will be back next time we're in Atlanta!
We were greeted by name ( a bit mangled, but ...), immediately escorted to an obviously saved table in the area we had requested. Mother's Day and it was packed and noisy..
Service attentive. The food was quite nice, but I don't suppose you can miss with a double order of foie gras for me and lobster for my wife. A very pleasant evening.
We celebrated a birthday at ARIA. ARIA did not disappoint. From the "Happy Birthday" greeting at the front door, ALL was good! We were warmly greeted at our table by our favorite, Kim. Champagne was soon delivered along with some warm bread. The Broccoli and Leek Soup was very flavorable . Both of us ordered the Halibut. Halibut is a favorite of ours and it did not disappoint. The meal ended with the Lemon Pound Cake. Oh my goodness, I think I will come back soon just to get this again. So light and so, so good! We were very pleased with our decision to celebrate at ARIA. It was a most enjoyable evening.
