Great service and staff!!
Great steaks and attentive waiter. We were a bit disappointed in the $35 corkage fee. My wife and I had ordered drinks, apps, steaks, and dessert. The $35 fee seems excessive.
Waiter not well versed in food or wine and was over sat. 10 min to even approach us...another 20 min to get drinks.
Food was SO salty...there were 4 of us and all of our meals were terrible.
We had an amazing dinner for my birthday, with Karen as our waitperson. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. The dinner was DELICIOUS! West knows how to do food!! It is a bit noisy so not the best for tons of intimate conversation--but you can talk. Birthdays--OF course the best place.
Great place, atmosphere, nice for any occasion! Will be back for sure
Our server Scott was amazing and super helpful. Our food was delicious and we were there to celebrate my fiancé 's birthday. It was definitely worth it! Will be back soon enough!
They did a good job. My server was funny and made my wife happy and explained everything to us. The manager also checked on us and brought us the appetizers. 5 starts all around.
If you are talking up the Impossible Veggie Burger as a reason for eating here, call ahead to see if they have the patty in stock. Otherwise you will end up with an impossibly ordinary substitute and find yourself apologizing for the rest of the meal.
Otherwise a nice place, but the burger was a real disappointment.
The steaks were perfection. We had a bone in ribeye aged to perfection and a waygu flat iron steak. They were both medium rare and very good. Great meat and cooked just as we ordered. Our waiter was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.
The ambiance was a bit dated and really needs to be modernized. We would LOVE this place and come here much more often if/when they have a make over. In the meantime, we will be back again.
The only issue we have is the exorbitant prices Argyle charges for wines that are rated below 90 points...ridiculous
Terrible ambiance. My steak was $100..live in area and wanted to be close to home. Never again....
2 of our party of 4 got sick after eating the seafood salad
Server Jesse was excellent and so was the ambiance and food.
Love the location, the facility, the restaurant and the food.
It was ok. We would have preferred linen. The service was good. Our steaks were well prepared, but potato tots and 1/2” cubes of squash were poor accompaniments. There was nothing attractive in the lobby or room.
Once again we enjoy an outstanding meal at Argyle. We were seated immediately at a nice table and served water immediately. The waiter took our drink orders and our martinis were delivered ice cold and delicious. It was Restaurant Week so the three of us all opted to partake in that event. Two of us had a most delicious wedge salad with blue cheese that was so incredible. The other had a wonderful spinach salad but it was quite tiny. Two of us enjoyed a perfectly cooked medium rare filet and the third had the hanger steak that was also very flavorful. The sides are always delicious. The desserts were both fabulous. The smores was fantastic and the berry tart was also quite nice. We ordered a bottle of Frank Family Zinfandel that was quite nice as well. We always love to eat here and it never disappoints.
Have to say we were all disappointed for a first time visit. Good but definitely not outstanding
as we expected.
Always such a lovely evening. Friendly and attentive wait staff, delicious food, great atmosphere, wine list is excellent, martinis perfect, close to home. There's a great dessert for the "birthday person" that the whole table can share.
Excellent food. Every dish was perfect. Room was noisy (only complaint)
Very fancy! Good Sunday brunch! Quiet location, good for couples, and perfect for outdoor seating! Bit pricey for brunch, $$/4$, but worth it . See you next time !
The food was really good but the first table they seated us at was a huge table that could have seated 6 when it was just my husband and me. There was a romantic two top right next to it that after the noise level got so loud we asked to move to. The server helped us move but made no apologies for the noise. It was so loud my husband and I had to shout! Nothing says romance like screaming at your spouse!!!
New Year's eve at $150 + per person w/o wine , you expect something special. It was not. Portions were small. The waiter forgot things like a spoon to eat soup etc. Been there other times and was more pleased but this was the worse
For $45 a person I expected something more than what I got. It was a little overpriced.
We went there for Christmas Day Brunch. The food was excellent, service was also excellent. A very good price point for the quality of the food.
This is our Christmas Eve special place. We enjoy it each year. We also enjoy lunch on the patio occasionally.
This restaurant never disappoints. Excellent meals and service - steaks are wonderful and service is always cordial, knowledgeable and provide great suggestions. It's not inexpensive so we save it for special occasions and for those moments, it's a perfect place to dine.
Couldn’t have been more perfect or more delicious! Will be back as much as possible in the future! Truly a Five Star experience!
Great food. Felt as though server rushed us a little.
Asked that the music be turned down multiple times. It didn’t happen.
Food was good.
Service was great
Noise level was off the charts.
Take headphones with you if you want a quiet meal
We had Jessie as our waiter. He was a delight. Super knowledgeable and very accommodating. And the food was great, especially the bison filet. Melted in your mouth. Overall great experience.
Go every year for my friend's birthday. This year we found a very limited lunch menu, very noisy, and service was very slow. We sat inside but normally we sit outside so maybe the dining room is quite noisy always. Unfortunately, we'll have to find another restaurant for her birthdays.
Chef Griggs is incredible. Highly recommend Argyle
We dined at the Argyle Steakhouse for a business meal (party of 8). The service was very good, and the food was delicious. The serving sizes are generous.
I have been going to this place since it opened. My wife and I got married there. There are changes like anywhere but I have to talk about this. Since they opened I have ordered the eye of rib every time. Now the price has gone up $5 at once a once. This is just over the top and a 4 once steak cost over $100.
Again I know things need to change but or visit to our favorite place won't be as often.
Great option for a Boliday meal close to our hotel.
Food was awesome. Love the bread presentation. Cool how you select your own knife.
The food was not even mediocre at best...
