Booked a table for two for Valentine’s Day dinner, was not asked for a name for reservation due to the lack of customers, they had one menu which included a 3 course meal, which was not good. They did not have enough of one of the final deserts to suit all of their guests, and the food quality was poor. I would not recommend going here for any sort of special anniversary or date.

We made a reservation a few days ahead and confirmed the morning of. Our reservation was suddenly canceled with no reason provided. We checked the website for any updates and there were none. We made another reservation and confirmed it. We arrived 10 minutes before our reserved time to find the restaurant closed. We can’t speak about the service or food quality since we never got to that point but, they certainly need to stay on top of there reservation. Luckily we were able to fit it a reservation at Via Sforza down the street which was exceptional.

Excellent pricey food but poor service. After waiting over an hour and seeing other tables that arrived well after we did get their salads, had to track down wait staff to get our salads delivered. No one checked on us at any point to ask "How's your food? Can we get you another drink? Can you we get you anything?" etc. The lack of service ruined our dining experience on what we had expected to be a wonderful dining experience.

It was quite loud. I had mentioned it was our 50th wedding anniversary but it was not recognized at all. No one did anything extra. There was no silverware or napkins on the table. I had to request when our salads were delivered.

Inside is very bland, outside is pretty because of the water. We just got apps and decided after eating them we wouldn’t eat dinner, food was ok, service was ok, server was mad we left and decided to not eat dinner. We spent 137$ on 2 apps and wine. Not worth going back.

Great location! But that is where it ends for this place. Food is terrible. 3 microscopic scallops on a mountain of frozen corn and green bean mix for $25! The menu was a paper copy that looked like it was a copy of a copy of a copy… I ordered the lasagne and my husband ordered the gnocchi. Both were terribly over cooked and flavorless. They offered ‘fresh’ Parmesan which came in a container that looked borrowed from the local pizza shop. All of the food tasted like it came out of a microwave. This place is a joke. Come here for drinks, but nothing else. If you want good Italian, go to Il Mulino in NYC. This place should close down and the space given to a real restaurant… PS. I only had one bite of my meal and we left to go to DeTapas where we had a lovely meal with fantastic service.

Food and service were good, however, after we paid our bill, at 9:10 pm (restaurant is listed as open until 10:00) the wait staff turned off the lights. I guess that was our hint to leave. I know being the last table in a restaurant is frustrating for the staff, but it wasn’t that late, and in my opinion, it was extremely rude. I wouldn’t go back.

The worst meal I have had. The salads were premade and tasted like refrigerator- did not eat them. The entrees were also inedible. The owners are clearly not focused on the food quality and/or the restaurant- they still had holiday decor in the main dining room.

2nd time here, both have been excellent. The food both times has been perfect. I had the filet and she had the lamb. Cooled and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend, definitely earned the 5 stars.

The food was fine, not great. The service was also fine. I was, however, extremely disappointed because we called twice to confirm our request that a surprise desert with a candle come after dinner. It was an important and special evening to celebrate my wife's birthday. Interestingly, there were at least two other parties celebrating someone's birthday who did receive something like that. In our case, however, none of the wait staff knew anything about that request and there was no manager to be seen. I left a note asking them to call me about this but of course I haven't heard from them and don't expect to. I won't be coming back.

The service from the waitress was horrible. Managers seemed uninterested. The star was the woman that cleared the table and fixed the problems with missing dishes and no attention from the waitress.
