    Beautiful setting and ambience! We chose to sit inside on this warm evening. Only 3 couples in the interior dining room. Food was excellent. Service was terrible! Drinks were quick. Appetizers were slow and entres were as well. They must have been understaffed because there were very few couples in the dining room. The outside seating was busy but not fully occupied. Our reservation was for later in the evening so not at the peak dinner time. Not sure if we will return. Not sure if I would recommend this restaurant unless service is much better.

    On a date. Everything on the menu was reasonable. Prices seemed to top out at $90- $100. The waiter told us about the surf and turf, as a special so I ordered that. I do not remember it on the menu. When the bill came, the surf and turf was $175. Because I was on a date, I did not say anything. I think this is predatory. I would avoid.

    Do not rely on them to take your allergies into consideration. We asked before and even checked before eating the food everything was prepared properly. Got my friend really sick and it was really disappointing to see the lack of attention at such a cool restaurant.

    I have nothing but amazing things to say about this restaurant! The atmosphere is amazing and the staff were so kind and accommodating! Their breakfast food was all so incredible and great quality! They even had many gluten free options for me, which I loved. Our waiter's name was Juan Miguel, and he just bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us! All of the waiters and waitresses even came out to sing happy birthday with a big sparkler, which was just so sweet! My husband and I will definitely be back and will recommend to all of our friends!

    Drinks were just ok & Food was over priced..I don’t mind paying over $500 when it’s worth it, this wasn’t! Staff needs more training especially main waitress or waiters, hospitality was low…only thing saving this restaurant is the location, my 3rd time there & don’t think I’ll be going back.

    Despite having reservations, it took some time to get us seated as they had to put tables together for the six of us. The table itself felt cramped - 3 inches would have made a difference. When looking at the menus there were several items that stated market price, but the waiter didn’t know the prices until they were rung up. As the restaurant was recommended by the hotel concierge as one of the best places around we expected great flavors and something spectacular… that’s not the case here. We started off with the seafood tower which was great. Fresh seafood - lobster, east coast and west coast oysters, shrimp, crab legs and some ceviche. The quality of seafood was the same as you would get at any quality seafood buffet - so nothing extraordinary. Paying $250 for this didn’t make sense at all… of course we didn’t know this until the bill came. Each one of us got a different entree - Salmon, Bronzino, Scallops and Wagyu Chateaubriand. All dishes were cooked to perfection. The taste however was a hit or miss. The lemongrass in the pasta that was served with the scallops overpowered the ostera caviar - what a waste as I love caviar. The Bronzino and salmon I was told were good, didn’t get to taste them. The chateaubriand that I had was amazing. I could cut it with my fork. The seasoning was plain which let me taste the true flavor of the meat which gave away the fact that the meat has been previously frozen and vacuum packed, but that didn’t matter as the sizzling plate that it was put on kept it hot and the right temperature until complete. The mashed potatoes… oh my… one word… heavenly… whipped to a silky smooth paste with a perfect blend of cream and butter. The seasoning was spot on. The sourdough bread… very disappointing.. no taste of sour at all… it resembled a no kneed bread I make in a hurry at home. Overall I would say that the restaurant is impressive but lacks authenticity. The caviar… argh! I can’t get over that part.

    This is probably the biggest rip off restaurant I’ve ever been to. They charge 38.00 for a kids menu. It’s insanely overpriced and the value of the food is not worth the prices. We go to Mr chow on south beach for the same price. It’s highway robbery. Beware of the these crooks . We are restauranteurs and will NEVER be back. Shame on you!

    Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience. It was our last night in miami with the kids, and our waiter seem distracted and would disappear for long periods of time. He even forgot to put out scallops in. We waited with the table set up for over 30 minutes and decided to ask for the check. We wouldn’t come back. Shame because the views are fantastic.

    We had high expectations coming here since it was fathers day and the location calls for it. We had tuna that seemed to be sitting out for quite some time. Our wine was not even cool, it was warm and tasted somewhat bitter. (We know our wine) For dinner, we noticed the food came out fairly quick which in most occasions is a good thing but you never want your food to come out within 5-8 minutes of ordering. Well, as you can imagine our food (all different dishes) tasted old and chewy. We did not have a lot of options for sides, but we tried and yet again, disappointed. I will never return here.

    I went there for my sisters birthday. It was raining so we didn’t get the experience we were hoping for. Although the table seat was not bad, it felt like they were trying to rush us out by giving us the check before we could order her birthday desert. We were going to order more but it felt like we had to wait 15-20minutes every time before our server could take orders or ask us if we needed water. Will definitely come again, I’ll just make sure it’s only for a couple of drinks on a nice day for outdoor seating.

    Came here years years ago for new Years eve and was impressed. Brought my friends here last night and was completely shocked! The indoor dining room looked so beat up and outdated. There was a party going on by the pool and music was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves talk. Luckily they ended by 9pm. Service was slow despite there being staff standing around doing nothing. They brought out some of our dinner but was incorrect. 1 salmon, 2 chicken and 1 risotto was ordered but they brought 2 salmon. They left 1 and my friend had to eat alone. We saw the manager but dI’d not get her name. She said the rest of the order should be right out. When they came back they sent 2 salmon again!! My friend ended finishing her meal by the time our correct dinner arrived. The food was so so certainly not worth it. When they brought the bill they had the nerve to include another 18% gratuity. When I spoke with said mgr. She did not care just kept say sorry but did nothing to compensate for the terrible service. Do yourself a favor don‘t dine here!!
