Great service! I had the lamb which was super tender, and my wife had the fish which she liked as well. Often booked for weddings on the weekends, so this was a rare time we got to go in and try their food (when not there for a wedding!)

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Archeo. It was a Sunday evening, but that did not deter from the food and service. The menu is small, which we like and prices were reasonable, as well as for drinks. Our seafood and chicken dishes were excellent. Our main server was professional and friendly, and allowed us ample time before, during and before dessert. As you enter the main gates it is the first building on your left. Toronto Light Fest was on. Attaching pics.

Food portions were very small. Many compatable Italian restaurants for similar price range provide better portion size. Very nice location however, loved the interior design and feel. Table size too small, we were fumbling with our dishes to arrange the table constantly. In such a large soave table size could be slightly larger without affecting the feel. Food was delicious! Just not enough of it.

Even during Winterliscous the staff went out of their way to reseat us away from the door on an incredibly cold night. They also worked around our food allergies and applied them to all of our courses unprompted. Excellent service.

Have been before and loved it so decided to try Winterlicios menu. Really enjoyed my appetizer, salad and dessert of apple cake. My main, veal was a little dry and vegetables could have been cooked more. Lovely server and a beautiful interior.

As our server will recall, I thought the food, service etc. was excellent. My complaint to her was that our reservation was for 12:00 and the doors only open at 12:00. I did not think it important to look at this. We three were about 10- 15 minutes early - we come from a distance - and we had to standing the cold and inhaling the strong tar odour waiting. I have a serious back issue resulting in being unable to stand without severe pain. As an FYI, another lady approached and when she saw that the doors were not open, she left. My suggestion is that you either open 15 minutes early, advice patrons that the doors do not open until noon or make the first reservation for 12:15. I will return to Archeo but not for a 12:00 reservation. This will cause issues when Soulpepper performances start at 1:30. Faye Hart

Daughter and husband and I enjoyed the Winterlicious menu. Daughter is vegetarian so she had the soup starter and eggplant entree; both were delicious. Husband had the calamari and lamb shank, I had the Mahi Mahi; all of our meals were excellent. We all selected a different dessert so we had a chance to sample all choices; scrumptious! Our server was great; friendly and helpful. This was our first time at Archeo but we plan to return after Winterlicious to try the full menu.

My friends and I tried out Archeo for Winterlicious and the food was delicious. Although the server wasn’t too helpful in regards to answering questions about the dishes, he was very accommodating when replacing my friends appetizer after she ordered one with bacon, without knowing it. Overall, I’d say the service was good, but the food was wonderful!

We loved the ambience and kept talking about functions that could be held there. Food was really good and dinner serving was large but dessert was small. Service was quick and our server was funny, telling jokes with us, it made it homely and welcoming. We had the winterlicious menu and it was delicious.

We went to Archeo during Winterlicious. It was an amazing meal! Several options to choose from on the menu. Food was so fresh and delicious. Our waiter was a very friendly gentleman. Ambiance was so rustic and charming. I would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

The only disappointment was the appetizer - the meat platter was disappointing. It was served on a plate with various meats (3 kinds) and two bread sticks. Not a highlight. However, the main courses and desserts made up for it. The service was top notch.

Wonderful restaurant in distillery. Great value and delicious. Interesting space. Friendly knowledgeable server. We were neither rushed nor waiting too long. No problem getting a reservation and it looked like there were plenty of tables available for walk ins - which is unusual in the distillery. I will make this a regular when I am in the area for a concert or play.

The food was great. I tried some different items and was not let down. Great prices! Wine selection was limited but tasted great. Wine prices are slightly high in comparison to the price point for the food. Food price is around mid-teens to 20's while the wine starts at mid-teens for a 5oz. Doesn't quite match up in my opinion. I would definitely recommend and will be back.
