The service at Arcadia is always excellent! The food is memorable and I would highly recommend this restaurant.
I think i got there too late. I am certain at an earlier time it would have been an incredible experience
Nice place , been there many times , always great service. Accidently left my credit card there and before I could get to the concert Marissa called me to let me know , thanks
great burger for lunch. the fries were perfect!!
Bartenders are top notch ! Food is amazing ! Strongly recommend the lobster pot-pie or the pork chop.
Not bad for dinner, it is a steakhouse, have a steak.
Ruben was a fantastic server, and all the staff added to the experience. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The food was great and came out in a timely manner. The restaurant paid attention to my special request and already had the surprise ready.
The restaurant we deserted, and service was sooooooo slow. We were a party of 4 and we were there for 2 ½ hours. They also padded the bill, but immediately provided an excuse when we pointed it out to them and had a new receipt in hand.
Server was great. Food was ok
Should’ve left after we got there. After my daughters and I were seated, there were a group of 5 employees less than 12 feet away having a personal conversation with a lot of colorful language. We were seated against the bank of windows next to a wine glass hutch. Across from the hutch was a doorway where employees were gathered and gossiping. Totally inappropriate for the setting and especially since my 2 young daughters were with me. One of the employees make a shush gesture and pointed to our table to which her coworkers replied “F them. I’m almost done”
Food was good but overall I very disappointed in the immature staff.
Sea Bass was good, steaks are the star here though. Love the whipped potatoes and truffled mac. Craft cocktails are interesting (in a good way) and don't give me a headache the day after!
Great steak and seafood. They cook all to perfection. Very attentive staff and all around good place
My family had dinner here on a Thursday night to celebrate a birthday. We were there for over 3 hours, due to the VERY slow service of the meal. I have no idea why it took so long, there were extremely long gaps between the courses - and the restaurant was not even half full, so "busy" could not be the problem. The food was really good, once we finally got it - but pricier than it is worth. There are many other steak houses that I would recommend over Arcadia - much too expensive for the overall experience.
Excellent meal and service.! We were attending a show at 8pm. Had a 6pm reservation and they got us through dinner without feeling rushed. Would definitely go again!
Convenient place to get dinner before concert especially if you're staying at the Marriott. My steak was a little tough for being $50. Service was fine. Pricey, no table linens. I just expected a little bit more.
Truly exceptional as always! The menu is fantastic and the service is simply superb. One of the best of the best!!
Food was good, not great. Service was slow even though there were only two other parties in the restaurant.
We celebrated our friends birthday. The meal was excellent the oysters are always fresh and the fried chicken was delicious. Great fun.
I took a friend to a birthday luncheon at Arcadia. Evidently Monday lunch is a very quiet time! Our server was great and very attentive without being overly in our way. My friend was rapturous about the tenderness of her filet mignon. My burger was fine and served on gluten free bread (though they had no actual gluten free menu). The fries were stellar. I used to come to Arcadia a lot, back in the day when they served foie gras, and it was nice to revisit the restaurant.
Disappointed at their Easter buffet options, which also did not include mimosas as part of it. We were charged for each mimosa we ordered.
Restaurant probably seats 150 but there were only about 15 customers. Food was not delivered for 50 minutes and we only ordered salads and sandwiches, no starters. Only wine and beer, bar closed. Servers were nice, but confused. Bathrooms in this Marriott were so dirty I told the staff to have them cleaned. Menu is very limited. There were six of us and everyone had difficulty finding what they wanted.
On Saturday 3/30/2019 I invited a few friends to my brothers 43rd birthday and had a blast. We have a small tight knit group of friends that’s been in our lives for sometime now. I wanted to do something special for my brother for we do not get the chance to hangout due to our schedules. My brother was diagnosed with lung cancer almost two years ago and he’s doing quite well thank Jesus and our faith. Arcadia did a really great job in every aspect of our visit. The manager and staff were very accommodating even though our reservation was last minute. They compensated something special for my brother on the menu and the manager let us bring our own cake for my brother and didn’t charges extra. We do appreciate the generous hospitality Arcadia gave my brother and friends. I would definitely come back here as well as spread the word about this awesome establishment.
Fantastic steaks, filet and ribeyes for the table were cooked perfectly. Nice sear, flavorful and tender. Sides are terrific, desserts are awesome! Always a special treat. Can't wait to go back.
My wife and I went there for dinner because we were looking for a special meal. We had dined there about a half dozen times previously. I called for reservations and got a recording of a person that spoke like a machine gun. I had to call back several times to catch the web page where I had to go. That entailed going to the computer and booting it up. This usually takes a while. Once I got there the pages loaded slowly. I filled out the information and then submitted it. I forget if it responded that the reservations were confirmed right away or not.
Once we got there the the hostess found our reservations, greeted us warmly and seated us. Unfortunately, the table was under a cold air duct so we asked to be moved. Staff was very gracious about moving us. We thought it took a little longer than it should from the time we got seated until someone came to take our drink order.
We ordered drinks and my wife ordered a Negroni, which she enjoys. It came and tasted terrible. When I took it up to the bar, I was informed that it was from their craft drink menu and the bartender said she would make a traditional on. After a few minutes I went back up to the bar and it was ready. It tasted the way my wife expected.
By that time our water glasses were empty. There seemed to be a person whose sole job was to refill the water glasses. I think she only came by our table twice and very few tables were occupied.
I ordered the wedge salad and the lettuce looked like it had been sitting around for a while. The leaves appeared dry and dull. My wife's steak tartar was OK but more toast points would have been nice.
Our dinner was fine but that's it. We both agreed the the dishes we ordered are better prepared at restaurants near our house. As we walked out we both mentioned that, while it was a fine meal, it wasn't a $200 meal.
I would recommend Arcadia, but it can be noisy and service slow if the restaurant is crowded. Once the food does come, it is wonderful. The cocktails are great too, by the way.
Pre-theater supper. My friend and I ate ahi tuna tartare, lobster corn dogs and balsamic roasted brussel sprouts. All most delicious. However, I did not care for the complimentary fires with dipping sauces. The garam masala was excessively cinnamon seasoned which overwhelmed the other sauces.
Food was great! I plan on going again. Would recommend for a business dinner or special occasion.
The food was amazing and the acoustics in the place didn't make it overwhelmingly loud. The red wine by the glass options are severely overpriced.
Awesome cocktails and foof
Great service and food was fantastic -- we had the skirt steak (cooked perfectly med rare!) and scallops.
It was a business and social event -- great location and nice atmosphere. My only complaint is they need to improve the Pinot Noir by the glass choices...Other than that -- don't hesitate to try it. And they free valet the restuarnt guests -- worth it!
Weekly date night
I so love my wife!!!!!
The food at Arcadia was outstanding! The duck fat fries are a fabulous alternative to a bread basket!
The Pork chops were plentiful and delicious and The Chicken for two was also outstanding. Everything was fantastic those are just two of the highlights!
The sherry dressing that came with the market salad - which had a thimble of Marconi almonds, was so tart, unenjoyable.
A real disappointment for a lunch from Michael Minas restaurant.
Also the same menu has been in place for so many years it is a tired effort for Arcadia.
Went there for my mom's 82nd birthday. Food was good, but ridiculously expensive. Between me, mom and a 4 year old dinner was $180.00 and that was with two glasses of wine.
Recently celebrated a late Valentines Day.GREAT service and even better FOOD (eye of rib eye & scallops). Waited a bit longer than anticipated for the dessert - then again I requested a "custom" script on the plate. Overall, it never disappoints! Kudos to our serve Ash for apologizing for the delay and maintaining an amicable attitude. We'll be back.
The wait space was fantastic! The mea was great and I’ll definitely will be back!
only 2 Scallops for main course. Steak option was A NY. Not really impressed after spending 260 out the door.👎🏽 Waited 10-15 to get a second drink. Desert was nice and pork Chop was good but not worth 260.
The menu was predominantly sea food which we could not eat. We ordered the steak, second item on the menu and it was a tiny strip not even one ounce !! This is not the quality that we are used to !! Very disappointed!!dessert was good !!
