Food was good. Our service was outstanding! I think a bit pricy, but close proximity to the water probably dictates that. Would go back for sure.
very nice place to eat , great food easy to find .
Awesome! Thank you.
Service and food was excellent!
Mediocre food for the price and experience. The mussels may not have been fresh and upset our stomachs the next morning.
Must try this place for brunch !! I recommend going no later than 1 for brunch since the kitchen stops serving it around 2:15!
All staff were courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our meal as it was most delicious. I recommend the tenderloin and halibut. The ambience was lovely and we never felt rushed.
Great service! Lovely vibe! Fantastic food! My family had a wonderful time.
Everything was delicious. The only plate we did not like at all was the one with sour cream and kale (looked like mashed potatoes). The taste was too awful we could not eat it. Although I ate a lot, that dish (the taste) triggered me before i started feeling sick.
I know the dish was fresh, it s just the taste was not as good as we thought but everything else was absolutely delicious!
Parfait and the madam were too soaked in butter and hard to consume.
Delicious food, great service, generic hotel restaurant vibe.
Go-to bottomless brunch spot, the food and service is excellent!
We were there for the bottomless brunch and the food was truly amazing. We booked a while ago when the price was still $39/person and they were still able to honor that price so I really appreciated that. Our waitress was funny and kind and gave great recommendations. The food was not only presented well but tasted amazing. I will definitely ently return in the near future.
The lentil bowl salad was very disappointing. Menu says it comes with Brussels sprouts, yams, broccoli. I got carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers and green leaves instead. Something was missing…. The leaves were not fresh either. However the grilled salmon was done perfectly.
Food was fine. Not to the level I would expect from a Fairmont hotel restaurant. Wasn’t busy and food took a long time and server was good but not overly attentive.
Great brunch on the patio, perfect weather and great server.
Went to celebrate engagement.. no one cared!! Lol felt a little bummed
But still had an amazing time!
The bottomless brunch was a lovely trip out. The mimosa flight is unusual and I really enjoyed it. Service was impeccable and we really enjoyed our time. Also appreciated a visit from upper management to see if we were enjoying our experience. This created a 'moment,' - and it's these little things that really make the difference between a good and great experience.
The food was great and overall dining experience was fantastic. The only interaction that was a bit uncomfortable was the hostess lecturing me on “next time” when booking how to book correctly. I made my reservation 1 month ago for a total of 4 adults ( 2 couples) celebrating a birthday and last minute we had to bring a baby in a stroller, which to me isn’t a big issue but I called to inform them. Upon arrival the hostess proceeded to tell me how next time when I book to make sure to
book for a total of 5 people
If I was going to bring a baby, followed by mentioning all the ways people book without mentioning a baby. I didn’t appreciate the lecture at the hostess stand when brining a baby, to me already it wasn’t ideal for me to be able to enjoy my all inclusive brunch and wasn’t part of the plan to begin. Being in the hospitality industry I understand the focus is to always make the guest feel welcome, comfortable, and to always try to accommodate in the most pleasant way. The service inside was fantastic but it didn’t really start off that way. Food was excellent!
Ambiance was great! Service was phenomenal. We told the server we planned to be in and out as we had plans later and she ensured we received our food and bill in a timely manner. The food was also great.
excellent service, great food with a bit of a kick, loved the wings
Our server Stefanie was a delight! Great, chill ambiance. Delicious food. Incredible value!
The service was outstanding. Our server made the occasion special.
Menu selection is fair but the food was more on the salty side, for instance the burger's side caesar salad dressing was really salty and too much cheese, and the mussel pasta sauce was too salty
Food was average got the burgers but atmosphere was nice due to distant guitar player
The experience was exceptional. Katie C wasn’t even our server, but saved the experience for us. We knew it was busy and understood we would be waiting to get served, however, Katie was there to greet us and take some starter orders for us even though she wasn’t our server. She apologized for the delay and that our server would be with us ASAP. The food portions were amazing and we were full and satisfied by the end. The flights of mimosas were tasty and well worth it!
Excellent service and ambiance. The meals were also appetizing and aesthetically pleasing but prices could do a little bit of tweaking.
The all inclusive brunch was amazing. We made reservations for a patio seat which was waiting fornus when we arrived. Then the eating vegan - each selection of dishes came out hot & freah and full of great flavours. Our faves included the tender pork cheeks with smooth polenta, short rib poutine & the ooey gooey skillet. The skillet was so decadent & delicious…a take on cinnamon buns but using croissants instead. The resulting combo was this flaky croissant with plenty of butter and topped off with sautéed apples & cream cheese icing. Great as a starter & finisher.
Patio was pleasant & nicely spaced out. We even had an isnt music from the french accordion player from across the street. I’ll be back for sure for this dining experience.
I went for the Friday brunch and was told that there was a 1.5 hr limit, which is totally reasonable. However, it took them 10 mins to take my first order. Then I waited for another 30+ mins and still didn't get my food, so I just left...
Overpriced. If you sit outside be prepared to be asked for money by bums and we had this guy with a microphone screaming across the street. Obviously nothing the restaurant could do but it would’ve been a nice gesture if they had offered to buy a round of drinks or had offered a gift card for us to return and have a better experience. The manager seems to try to be involved in the guest experience but he’s awkward and slow/has very poor timing for approaching tables.
While the service and the atmosphere were both superb, we ordered four dishes and weren’t happy with any of them. Overall, we found the food to be not flavourful and too salty, and therefore not worth the price.
Delicious breakfast and the two fantastic ladies who looked after us were nothing but charming. Loved it.
Lovely location and nice clean environment . Had to ask for more water ,Was a busy Sunday but still enjoyed our dining experience . A little bit of a wait time for our bill as well. Overall enjoyed our servers chit chat and rundown of how the brunch worked.
Beautiful meal, wonderful staff, great atmosphere
The service was ‘meh’. We waited for a while to get seated despite having a reservation. After being seated, we waited for quite a while before anyone came to take our order. We felt as though they didn’t realize we were waiting. After our food came, we wanted some pepper, but our server wasn’t in sight for a really long time so we asked another server. She was annoyed and said “ask the other server, I have people waiting at another table”. We were made to feel as though we were an inconvenience. Thanks for the service ARC. Worst part was that we came here for a birthday celebration!
Great atmosphere and the drinks were phenomenal.. service was a bit slow
Take your $49 some where else, the only dish that is quite delicious is their 80% flour, 20% meat fried chicken, which, you can get a better tasting and cheaper one from other restaurants. Church’s chicken even has more meat and is tastier to be honest. Quality of food is same as pub food, only plated a bit fancy. Don’t celebrate your birthday here either as they don’t acknowledge it. They don’t even reserve the best seat for you to celebrate your birthday. You will feel rushed as they only alot 1 1/2 dining experience and your table is booked for the next seating right after that. Will also be given the bill automatically even before you’ve finished your meal. Should’ve just celebrated my birthday at Cactus Club. This place is overhyped and overpriced.
We had a fantastic time at the Fairmont Arc for their bottomless brunch. The service from our server Vivian was great!
It was great ! :)
Brunch at ARC Restaurant & Bar located in Fairmont Waterfront! We were ready to for bottomless weekend brunch dining on their patio listening to live music across the street. Here we go! Notable dishes Salmon Benedict with smoked salmon, hollandaise and chives was full of flavour. The Jerk Fried Chicken on top of funnel cake was savoury, sweet with a kick with habanero maple syrup. Yum! You must try Croque Madame as I didn't expect it to be so delicious. If you like you protein you'd like Colcannon Breakfast with potatoes, bacon lardons, kale, sourcream, ham and Oyama sausage. It is gluten free! Migas Breakfast Taco was also surprisingly yummy with a bit of brightness salsa roja. Do you have room for something sweet? Try Ooey Gooey Skillet with mini round croissants with apple, cinnamon, caramel. Cute presentation in a skillet. The Buttermilk Biscuit is my indulgence with honey butter. Each bite melted in my mouth. It's a great experience trying out different dishes "tapas" style.
The staff was amazing and super attentive.
