Araxi is definitely an experience that needs to had at least once. Try the specials as they are there for a reason. The restaurant gets busy really fast especially on weekends, soake your reservations because quite a few people were turned away.

Great food experience, my husband is a fussy eater and devoured everything. This is ournew annual event!

We haven’t been to Araxi for a while and wanted to check it out again. It was fabulous! And Tyler was the best as our server :)

Araxi always delivers. Oysters were very nice and fresh. The Venison and Halibut mains were amazing. And the endless wine list made it tough to choose from, but you could get anything you felt like.

Wow oh wow! What more is there to say about this iconic Whistler restaurant. It will most certainly meet and then exceed your expectations!!!!

A truly amazing dining experience at a very reasonable price! VIP treatment from the time we put our coats into coat check until the moment we paired our bill and left to go back to the hotel very satisfied and full. The staff were simply amazing and the food was perfect! Have nothing but good things to say about our night! Highly recommended!

Always our highlight visiting Whistler

The whole experience was phenomenal. We had this pegged as the special occasion birthday dinner for my best friend and it lived up to it and more. The oysters were some of the cleanest/freshest I've ever had, even compared to the best ones we get in Seattle. I loved the tuna entree. My friend had the venison, which I would never think to order but tasted like the most flavorful steak you could ever get. The Fig Jam cocktail was also a winner, so I went back for a second. The service and atmosphere were both very good.

I had a very good experience!! Nevertheless of licor cost, manager Neil Henderson had a great detail with us. That's why is my favorite restaurant in Whistler.

Upscale restaurant in Whistler. Come with some coin... Very well executed food with fresh and imaginative presentation. Excellent oysters. And a memorable wine list featuring a lot of what BC has to offer in addition to the rest of the world.

Went twice on this holiday. Excellent food and cocktails - recommend the Frozen Vine!!

We were seated in the intimate “wine room”, which was very cozy and comfortable. The service was superb, and the food divine.

Great restaurant!!!

Very expensive and not worth the money. Stuffy and stale atmosphere. Our waitress was awkward and we felt rushed to order and finish our meal.

Overall, our entire party of four found the dining experience to be very average. The bar has only one beer glass, regardless of the craft variety you order. For a high end restaurant, this seemed quite odd. Our waiter attempted to pour our Stout into a Pilsner glass, and failed miserably as the entire glass immediately filled with foam. The cheese was left off of our beet and barata salad by mistake, and was simply brought out on a side plate after we asked the waiter why it wasn’t included. For such a key ingredient to be left out seemed strange and then for a high end restaurant to “fix” their mistake in such a fashion seemed off. Finally, none of us were overly impressed with the main courses. The pork, sable fish, and cod special were all quite bland. I am definitely not a foodie, but overall this dining experience did not live up to the restaurant’s esteem.

We were seated at the back of the restaurant in the wine storage area. It was great to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of the restaurant.

Great food, location and ambiance. A great place for a fine dining experience whilst at Whistler.

Only negative was an overly arrogant waitress who obviously thought her tip wasn’t large enough.

Certainly took the edge off an otherwise very enjoyable night, and makes you question giving any tip at all.

Lovely meal. Service was impeccable, food was amazing, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The food was fabulous, but the noise level almost unbearable. Perhaps if we sat in the bar it would have been more tolerable. Maybe some acoustic adjustments could be made to the place to absorb the sound better...?

Very good food, but small portions. Prices are high for the portion size. Also, much too noisy. When people are drinking and talking too loudly, we cannot have a conversation at other tables. the restaurant needs to make a solution.
