Excellent service and food. Good size sushi rolls with perfect amount of fish. Awesome garlic edamame. Table was ready right when we got to the restaurant. My go to sushi spot before going to any LA Live/Staples Center event.
Great service, delicious food. Trust the employees’ recommendations. You won’t go wrong.
Great specials and happy hour!
Thank you Arashi! We had a great time with a large group. Two tables of 8 people each. Just a great way to connect with our friends while sharing a wonderful meal!
The customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious! I highly recommend coming here if you are craving sushi and want to indulge right before a live sporting event. It's a quick 5-minute walk to Staples Center or LA Live. The options were plentiful and the waiters/waitresses were very helpful and prompt. The Happy Hour is very generous as it runs from 5pm-8pm. They have a specialty sushi menu, which I found to be my favorite. Everything was fresh and outstanding in taste and quality.
Great food! Toro belly sushi and seared Chilean sea bass robata-Yaki was off the charts excellent. Loved my salmon skin salad and low carb options. We ate like kings.
Great food ok service. Will be back bbq roll is to die for.
The team at Arashi accommodated our group of 19. The maki rolls were fresh, creative and delicious. Will definitely go back when in the area.
Excellent as usual. Bluefin belly sushi Was amazing the one with the Robo-Yaki Chilean sea bass appetizers.
Had a lovely lunch and really enjoyed the food. The lunch specials are great! Lots of variety. I like the crunchy shrimp rolls and udon. Also loved that my table was ready for me when I arrived. :)
found these guys on ppen table. reasonable prices, excellent service. went before game at Staples Center. Yummy baked lobster roll
If u have been to asia/ japan, u wouldnt want to visit here. Food quality is below average and the shrimp tempura was not fresh. And hence for the quality, its a tad overpriced
Server forgot to bring out our soup and rice that came along with the entrée but he was apologetic.
The food is great, but in the end we ordered some sushi and it was not so great. I would stick with the selection of yakitori and the rolls.
The seabass yakitori is to die for!!!
Really good, fresh sushi and only a block from Staples Center and LA Live. Vastly superior to anything you’ll get at LA Live.
I loved this sushi place, but it seems that something changed. The sushi was not good this time. It did not feel fresh and was probably not cut properly.
Enjoyed my visit the food was delicious. Would love to revisit in the near future.
Looks unassuming from the outside, but has very good quality sushi at a reasonable price. Happy hour pricing makes this an even better deal. Would definitely eat here again.
If you don't like chocolate on your ice cream, let server know when you order. Otherwise, your ice cream will be covered with it.
We enjoyed the sushi & service. Casual atmosphere. Well worth the stop if a person is anywhere near downtown LA Live
Had great food, awesome service! We stumbled upon this place before the Bruno Mars show. Was able to catch some of the Dodgers World Series game during our dinner on the TV. The staff was super friendly and attentive!
Delicious food. The cauliflower was surprisingly my favorite thing!
We loved this place. Casual ambiance with great service. Happy Hour food selections were well worth it and very close to Staples Center.
The specials are delicious, services was a little spotty. Great for grabbing a bite after a conference or before game.
Sushi was good for price. Would not consider it great. It is definitely not kid friendly which is fine if you know ahead of time. Rolls were good size for price. Would eat there again without kids
Great sushi. Decent service. I enjoyed the dining experience.
Birthday dinner in LA!
The food was great and the Sake wonderful. The wait staff were all very friendly and courteous. Would gladly return.
Lunch menu provides a great value. Good food with quick service and a reasonable price
The food is outstanding! The restaurant itself is not fancy but their lunch specials are great! Definitely recommend for a business or friends get together!
Went for my son’s graduation. Wanted something laid back and saw reviews for food were excellent. The sushi was AMAZing and the price was very good. All in all a excellent experience. Great service. Attentive
Nice sushi. A couple of pieces a bit soft though. Excellent value for money. Nice wine as well at a sensible price.
Had fairly high hopes for this place given the reviews. Maybe it’s because it was 1130 when it open but it smelt like chorlox as it was just cleaned. Sushi was ok as special plates was better. Service couldn’t read environment as kept interrupting while our table was engaged in conversation. No specials review. I wouldn’t recommend nor come back if there were other options. Service was sub par as there was no follow up after food was delivered. After mediocre experience, 20% tip was still left.
Very noisy, great sea bass robata and salmon black truffle sashimi
Excellent quality and happy hour until 8 PM !
Had dinner and was there in time for the Happy Hour menu. Great prices. Excellent quality. Really enjoyed this place. So many sushi places in LA but this one stood out for us. Nice vibe and very helpful staff and waiters.
Great food, simple atmosphere, great location. Obed the Arashi specialty items. Walking distance to DTLA Live!
Excellent food, great service, flexibility on the menu, priced right.
Welcome and seating was a bit chaotic. Long line, no one to greet guests except a young woman who also was a waitress
